- Minerva (8/5): Malo en limpieza de habitación - El hotel huele muy bien, el trato de los trabajadores es cordial Que la habitación estaba sucia del piso porque se pintaban las huellas de los pies por el polvo, además el baño de regadera, sucio con pasta dental de otros huéspedes y la puerta con moho amarillo en la parte inferior

- Valeria (10/5): Impecable, excelente atención 🫶🏼 - Súper impecable el hotel y las habitaciones todos los días nos hacían aseo nos cambiaban toallas muy cómodo su restaurante la comida muy rica la ubicación excelente si buscas un buen precio y un buen lugar este es el correcto el personal muy amable nos encantó …volveríamos !! Lo único esque el asesor es un poco lento

- Edmyr (3/5): Não foi uma boa escolha... - A localizacao é razoavel se seu objetivo é a Expo Guadalajara. O ponto é acessivel para carros de aplicativos. Nas cercanias não há opções de restaurantes. O único próximo é adquado para "desayunos". A iluminação do hotel está péssima em todos os ambientes. No apartamento não dava para ler ou trabalhar, assim como no restaurante e na recepção. O banheiro tinha odor de esgoto e as frestas na parte superior das cortinas deixavam entrar luz no apartamento. A roupa de cama estava manchada.
