My son (1) on first night picked a lighter up and had it in his mouth while I was occupied putting his travel cot up. Told the owner to which he told us the rooms arnt hoovered every time mistake happen. Breakfast was diabolical.

The toilet in our room didn't flush very well, ceiling tiles were damaged in places, hardly any room in the actual room itself. The door didn't shut properly had to push it hard to close fully.

Lynn (8/5): Cheap, cleanly welcoming hotel - I liked the welcoming entrance with flowers The basic food hopefully the hotel follows through with the thoughts of doing some national cuisine but for the price of the stay you really can't complain!
Bilal (8/5): Lovely place and friendly staff with amazing food - Perfect location. Lots of parking and amazing food around on every corner. People who are visiting should keep their voices down especially after 11pm and be bit considerate. Would highly recommend the staff to pass on the message to the guests at check-in.

Amina (7/5): Basic but affordable - Manager was friendly and helpful. First floor rooms. Comfortable bed. Fair value for money. Parking available for a price. Decor was basic and needs modernising, wall paper peeling off, towel rail loose, duvet too heavy and hot, curtain do not hold light out, and you can hear every foot step and sound from neighbours, breakfast room too crammed with tables and chairs. OK for people who don't have too high expectation.

The location is ideal—just a short walk from the promenade and the main attractions. I also appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. Although it wasn’t a hot breakfast, it was fresh, simple, and a nice start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool!

Paul (1/5): A éviter à tout prix - Les lits, c’est tout L’établissement était fermé lors de notre arrivée. Je croyais qu’on avait mi la clé sous la porte. J’ai été obligé de téléphoner 3 fois pour pouvoir enfin nous installer. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre qui était très étroite. Peu de choix au petit-déjeuner (rien de chaud à manger). Le propriétaire était présent et mettait le volume de son portable très fort ce qui nous avait mis mal à l’aise, comme s’il voulait qu’on parte rapidement. C’est exactement ce qu’on a fait pour fuir cet enfer! D’ailleurs c’était le seul hôtel dans la rue qui n’était pas complet.

Siân (6/5): - I liked the homely touches like the bedding and hotel bukhari cushion and I thought the breakfast was nice. I also liked the tea and coffee facilities in the room. I liked where the hotel was, not far from a tram stop and there's loads to do in Blackpool. We had an amazing time at Coral island, central pier, Madame Tussaudes, shopping at the shopping centre and watching the fire works and seeing the illuminations and going to Sandcastle water park. Was very good value for money and did the job for the night! I love their sign too on a night where it lights up saying welcome to Bukhari hotel 😁 The room was tiny and the hotel was generally run down which was ok as we were only there 1 night but if it had been any longer it would have been an issue. The bed was a bit hard, there was no soap or anything at all in the bathroom- ive never been to a hotel where you have to bring your own soap before. The sink was tiny and I had to fill the kettle using a tea cup, there were smudge marks on the mirror so the room hadn't been cleaned properly and the water in the bathroom wasn't very warm.

Ralpheous (1/5): Bogging - Nothing Everything they put a cone at the lift so when you were in your room and wanted to go down stairs you had to walk down the stairs. Walking into the room was like the 70s the light above bed didn't work. Asked for full breakfast in the price there was only cereal or toast and watered down orange juice. Absolutely poor.

Tweedy (7/5): Illumination stay breakfast and parking charge let's hotel down. - Location was good Having a lift was good Rooms were basic but adequate had everything you need If offering bed and breakfast - breakfast should be a choice hot option etc. We werent the only people to make the same comments about breakfast. What was offered here for breakfast were cereals, pastries, toast. The kind of items you get before you get a full English breakfast. If you offer continental there should be more choice fresh fruits and yoghurts and stated the breakfast is continental. We found the breakfast was disappointing and let the hotel down unfortunately. Car parking for guest should be free - using the hotels back garden/drive guest shouldn't be charged £10 per day. Other car parks or park on roads for free/cheaper

Nicola (2/5): Not recommended would not return - The rooms need updated, they were very basic and the beds were very uncomfortable, The bathroom on a whole looked clean apart from the floor i wasnt prepared to have a shower as it was a wet room and didnt want to walk on the floor in my bare feet plus i was scared incase i flooded the place and I made my kids put their shoes on to use the bathroom. The parking was atrocious which we paid £10 for and we're blocked in so couldnt use our car as we didnt know who the other vehicle belonged to. Breakfast was included in the price but since we were travelling with a small child we were up at 6am, we went down for breakfast at 8am to be told it didnt start until 9am which I have never known in a hotel. The staff on a whole were pleasant enough but not very welcoming, they mumbled under their breathe which made it hard to understand what they were saying at times. If I had of been travelling alone with my husband I would not have stayed we would have travelled back home but the kids were exhausted so we made the most of it but we would not return

Corinna (5/5): Mixed feelings - Spacious rooms and communal areas. We arrived late at night and were grateful for the last minute booking. It was bank holiday weekend. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage on the day of checkout whilst we explored more. We ended up staying a second night after missing the last train, so checked into another room around 10/11pm on the second day of our stay here. The customer service was great, friendly, and welcoming up until the last day on which we weren't allowed a late checkout, and the owner of the hotel hung around rushing us out at breakfast with our children. We would not stay again because of this. We paid £300 overall for the 2 nights. Both of which were very late check ins and both rooms would've gone unrented. Not worth the money or the uncomfortable feeling of all of a sudden not feeling welcome at breakfast.

Kulwant (4/5): - Smelly room, had to go in and let fresh air in, leak damage on ceiling, small room, cantwalk around bed, have to clinb over each other. Cant even wash your hands properly in the sink, its minature you can just about fit a small cup under it, no chance of the kettle supplied ( take bottled water). loads of tea, sugar and milk which we didnt use. Apparently free brekkie 🤧😭😱💩💩💩 Bed frame was broken, walls were only built in frames so could hear neighbours snoring. Had a family either side of my room, so they were knocking on each others doors all night

Price was right, location was easy to get to and right near the beach. Shower pressure was very weak, cleanliness was not ideal, but it was good enough. It was as though I'd booked a room at my hard of seeing Nan's and it was homey but not professionally clean. The owner did help as much as was possible and was very kind.

Shelley (1/5): The hotel of hell, - Breakfast was not included. £200 for one night and there was a £10 parking fee as soon as we got there considering there were only 3 parking spaces behind the hotel, there was dust from drilling into the walls all over the windowsil,the bathroom had no toilet roll, there was a hole in the floor,The shower was cold water so no hot water,the sink tap splashed all over the floor,the lift did not work,there was wallpaper that had been ripped off all round the room, 2 plug sockets for 5 people,we left after being there for 2 hours,disgusted with the service and the room for £200 for one night it was not worth it, no way it's a 4 star hotel,I would rate it 1 star,
Kerry (1/5): - The staff just coming in the room while we was sleeping and wouldn’t let us have breakfast and it wasn’t even passed the time it was meant to be served he point blank refused the cheeky t**t 9:45 we went down didn’t finished till 10

Swerve (4/5): Really disappointed overall although the staff there were friendly. - The location was good for what I wanted. There was no hot water both on arrival and in the morning. The room was cold despite using the heater provided and the room was a lot smaller than it appeared on the pictures. No hot breakfast other than toast, despite it advertising halal breakfast.
Anna (5/5): Poor - Location and access to attractions. Smallest tv on the wall I have ever seen. Room clean but bathroom could do with some TLC , breakfast very very poor, toast and corn flakes plus tea in cardboard cups . Additional pay for car park £10

Melissa (7/5): Was great for our one night stay. Would use again and would recommend. - The hotel was clean, the owner was very friendly and was kind enough to let us check in earlier than the stated time, as we were meeting up with family. Beds were very comfy, had a great sleep. Only downside was that breakfast was included in our booking. However, it was continental only and on paper plates and cups with plastic cutlery.
Melissa (7/5): Ok for just a bed to sleep. Had to go out for breakfast before heading back home. - Hotel was clean, owner was friendly and chatty. Let us check in earlier than we should have, as we were meeting family. Bed was comfy. Didn’t have the included breakfast as it was continental only, served with paper plates and cups with plastic cutlery.

Cory (8/5): Good value for money - The property itself was well maintained and was ideal for a night stay, the room was a bit small but for just a couple it was more than ideal The add said that it was breakfast included, with this I was expecting a full English with serve yourself cereal and toast however when breakfast came there was no full English and it was just serve yourself cereal and toast and make your own coffee, also the parking was £10 a day which was not bad as we got there at 3pm and was out for 10am but would have liked it if I could have parked there all day the next day as I had to move the car the next day and had to pay for longer somewhere else

Jamie leigh (9/5): - Friendly welcome with an easy check in and was even allowed to check in early at no extra cost, room was perfect for what we needed it for and definitely big enough. Perfect location! We would definitely stay again. The owner was so friendly and polite. The children loved it 🥰 No complaints, yes it needs updating but so does the rest of Blackpool. But it was perfect for a little weekend get away.
