Excellent restaurant le déjeuner. Notre chambre était située dans la cour arrière et tous les travaux devant l’église nous ont pas incommodé.

Hotelli katusebaarist avaneb suurepärane vaade. Seoses linnas toimuvate teede ehitustöödega oli raskendatud hotelli leidmine, kuna saabusin autoga, ja mitmed tänavad olid liikluseks suletud. See ei ole aga hotelli süü.

Las habitaciones que nos asignaron eran un poco ruidosas, gran detalle dejar tapones para los oídos. Hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras para llegar del lobby a las habitaciones, si llevas maletas grandes, necesitas ayuda.

• Nadeliz Urifaña (8/5): Excelente opción de hospedaje en el bello Taxco - Ya van varias veces que me hospedo y en general todo muy bien, es de mis lugares favoritos para hospedarse en Taxco, buena relación calidad-precio. Las instalaciones son bonitas, la zona de alberca muy agradable, y las diferentes terrazas del hotel tienen vistas hermosas a la ciudad. Su ubicación es perfecta pues tiene a la mano todos los atractivos. El restaurante de La Hacienda, delicioso como siempre. En esta ocasión tuve la mala suerte de que nuestra habitación quedó totalmente expuesta al ruido de un bar cercano, que tiene gente gritando a todo pulmón en, al parecer, un karaoke hasta cerca de las 4 am...los tapones Anti-ruido de cortesía se quedan cortos para evitar ese inconveniente. Entiendo que eso no es realmente culpa del hotel, pero es algo que dificultó el descanso en la noche, y como viajero es algo a considerar, en este y otros hoteles de ubicación céntrica. Otra cosa es que la habitación era sumamente caliente, el calor también dificultó dormir con comodidad. Hay un ventilador en la habitación, y en esta ocasión fue suficiente, pero no me quiero imaginar en verano. Y otra observación, ojalá en el futuro consideren construir algún elevador, ya que hay muchas escaleras y para alguien con discapacidad o dolencias que le generen problemas de movilidad, puede ser complicado. Si viajas con personas en silla de ruedas o personas de la tercera edad tal vez solicitar de antemano una habitación en planta baja sea una buena opción.

Another probliem was that the hotel is distributed between differentv biuildings on a hillside.this meant that accessvour room we had to walk A lot and climb a number of staircases. I counted 42 stairs on 6 different sraircasws Another complaint we hadvwas thst our bed was ver hard.

• Gisselle A (10/5): - The Property was great and clean. There was a cute balcony bar where we had a drink, and it was delicious. The views were breathtaking. Everything about it was so cute!! And the walking distance to everything was perfect. The only thing that I would say would be the comfort of the beds. I'm very picky about that being a part of comfort while being away from home. Other than that, it was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

• Dolores (10/5): - I am writing this review in appreciation to a hotel that gets it right. I would like to commend the general manager delivering more than one expects today. It was as if we had been invited to stay at the home of a wonderful person. In today’s AI perfect world, this was a hotel with human warmth and personality, quality arts and crafts and out of the ordinary gastronomy unexpectedly served by its main restaurant, Hacienda. Aguas Escondidas is a non-presumptuous small hotel smack in the midst of Taxco. I am writing to thank the management for the display of art in the hotel, including the outstanding hallway mural by Jose Maria de Servin and the art in the lobby and Hacienda Restaurant. I also write to thank the management for the serving of the comfort soups – squash blossom, milpa, Azteca, eliote at the Hacienda. The restaurant takes the time to train its staff to present food ceremonies of a selection of dishes, including presenting the origins of the tableware to the step by step final mixing of the dishes. We enjoyed the pink mole, chile en nogada ceremonies and the step by step serving of the soups. To die for. Taxco is best known as a city of silver, but we indulged in the natural wonder of the Mil Cascadas (Xplora Tours Taxco) and the Grutas de Cacahuamilpa, with meeting points for these easy walking trip from the hotel. Everything was near.

Taxco è una cittadina, e come in tutte le comunità piccole le singole persone tendono ad essere molto simili le une alle altre, e i cittadini di Taxco, in generale, non spiccano di certo per qualità di accoglienza, soprattutto i camerieri dell'annesso ristorante, peraltro molto carino, abbastanza antipatici, mi duole ammetterlo.

The only negative thing is that the beds are too hard and not comfortable. Maybe they should add some type of cushion. Despite that, everything else was great. Definitely try the Hacienda restaurant inside the hotel. One of the best I tried. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is right on the center of town would book this location again when we return. Front staff was very informative and helpful. All staff was friendly! The room was just the right size for 2 super clean.

The room and bathroom are small but adorable, comfortable, even the sandalwood soap smelled good. I also took advantage of the spa services and it was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I also had a salad in the restaurant and it was so lovely in presentation and delicious in taste.

Very nice outdoor bar area with fantastic city views. Very, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, including front desk, porters, waiters. The restaurant has fantastic food. Loved the hot chocolate drink. Room is quite big, but I wish there was a comfy armchair or a small sofa to sit in. Bathroom on a small side, but very clean and everything worked well.
