- Rob (10/5): - Stayed at this hotel on the 21/22 of september for the boxing at Wembley. As you can imagine hotel prices rocket. As for this hotel the price was very good a short taxi ride away or a 20 min walk. I found the hotel to be clean in a quiet safe area with plenty of shops and a great pub called the Preston near by. Andy who was on the reception was brilliant couldn’t help enough gave good advice and couldn’t help enough. Thank you for a great stay would highly recommend

We were greeted by the most helpful receptionist, Andy, he was happy and helpful and couldn’t do enough to give us advice about places to eat, and the best way to leave Wembley Stadium after a concert there. The hotel was clean, we had tea making facilities with packs of proper biscuits. Highly recommend. ,

- neil (10/5): Great hotel close to Wembley. - Has had a spruce up since i was last there. Done a fantastic job. Always a friendly welcome , good wifi coverage and not far from the underground and a decent pub. Very close to Wembley and some nice fields close by if you fancy some peace and quiet.

The chap at reception was very friendly and also upgraded us to a better room as we had booked a basic room and i suppose they had empty rooms that night. the room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The bed was large but a little too hard for me however that's a personal taste. It's a little run down but okay and was useful at being so near to the tube station.

It would be better to warn anyone visiting the hotel that there is work taking place nearby. Other than that the rooms are very basic but it was suitable for our visit to Wembley with the Preston Rd station a 5 minute walk away.

- ROBERT (4/5): Smelly Brent. - I had booked a single room but this was no more than a cupboard, it was tiny. There is supposed to be free parking facilities but there is only space for 6 cars and it was full. I had to park at the top of a hill on the main road a Fair distance away from the hotel and walk back. They have a severe problem with their drains, the smell in the bathroom was disgusting. I remembered that I had stayed in this hotel before about 18 months ago and the drains were bad then. I Will never stay there again.

- Glenn (8/5): An another fing! - The Brent hotel was neat and clean with a small car park out front. Front desk service was friendly and approachable and we were upgraded to a family room which was a lot bigger than the other rooms available. The room was on the corner of the hotel and had views in three directions. The room was clean and well appointed with a king size bed. Everything worked as it should. The ensuite was good, clean and well appointed. My only criticism was that the showerhead had quite a bit of mould around it and it looked like it hadn't been sterilised for some time. Shower cubicle was small but functional. All in all good value for the price. The hotel was well placed to get to Wembley arena which was about two miles away or a 30 minute walk. There are some local shops and food outlets near by about half a mile away but these shut by 11pm. Not sure if there was a lift as I didn't see one which may be an issue for some people. We didn't stay for breakfast so could not comment on quality. Resturaunt looked nice though. I would recommend to others.

- Marcus (6/5): Not for me. - It was a small room and not cheap. Om a busy road, the hotel itself was noisy as it was small and the whole place shook when somebody came in or out and woke up by traffic in the night. Needs a refurbishment and double glazing. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

- tiger (2/5): Not a hotel. low class b and b. - My wife and I checked in, left our luggage and went out. upon our return we saw owner (maybe owners son) or manager had been in our room, they are very untrusting. I have never had this experience before and it was clear we could not ask about this as they would only lie about it due to our experience with the heating. We came back late and had to wait and ring bell 4 times before door was opened for us as he was asleep. I then called as the room was freezing, this was 'boosted' but for a short time so i slept with my clothes on. There is no heating control except on the radiator which means nothing if the heating is off, room should have heating control. In the morning i went to reception and was given 3 excuses but i asked for heating to be put on and left on as i can put radiator off myself. So every time we came back to hotel they ran to put heating on which meant room was cold for a couple of hours each time. and was only done as i said i would rather book another hotel or a real one at least. Rooms are not clean, owners are tight and demand you put lights off but there are many switches and not near our room so had to walk in the dark each time we came or left. Parking limited to 5 cars, 4 if owners car is parked there. owners son saw where we were from and stated he had a wedding venue in our area and had just spent £1 mill renovating it! But wont spend £50k to get a door system and heating system that works for guests. Rooms are not clean and smells odd.

A little noisy if on the road side but for one night it was bearable. Be aware that within walking distance of Webley means a good 35 minute walk at a brisk pace. If you don't mind the wait get the tube from Preston Road which is only 10 minutes away. Continental breakfast was very reasonable and included in the price.

- Patricia (6/5): Great for Wembley Arena - The room was small but warm clean and comfortable. Breakfast is continental only with good coffee. Staff organised a cab for us after the gig as we had got lost! Very close to Preston road tube station, a bit further to the Arena. It's more a b&b than a hotel but adequate for one night stay.

Looks like large converted house buzzer entry on door(hand key in, buzz for re-entry),all lovely friendly staff, very clean room, new towels, warm, great shower, large bed(very comfortable),very good free continental breakfast which included toast, pastries , yogurts , cereals, fruit, tea,coffee and fruit juice or £5 for ordered fried. Very happy with stay for a budget"ish hotel-Great for Wembley stay if you cant find any nearer. Found great pub in town called the "Preston" , would recommend this hotel and stay again.
- James (6/5): Warm welcome, cold room - Although the welcome was warm I am sorry to say the room was not. It was tidy but it was also a little cramped and I had to climb over my bags to move around and get to the bathroom. Unfortunately I had to be away by 07.30 so was going to miss breakfast, the host was kind enough to give me some cereal and milk to take to my room. All in all a safe and secure place for a weary traveler to rest their head but not a travel destination or holiday hotel in it's own right.

- Cory (2/5): Good location, poor amenities - Good location..hotel staff were very rude when informing them of a problem, suggested we wait until the following morning to sort out the plumbing issues and other problems to which nothing was done about the next day.
- Ann (6/5): Budget hotel near to Wembley - Stated for 1 night to visit an event at Wembley Arena. Booked here as the hotels nearer the venue were either booked up (cheaper ones) or too expensive. Was a 30 minute pleasant walk to the Arena, 1 stop on the tube (but a 5 min walk to tube) or £10 in a taxi. Hotel was basic, but clean. Hotel proprietors were very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast provided was basic but adequate. Friends husband paid £5 for a cooked breakfast on the Sunday morning. Next day we parked the car at a car park near the tube station, which was free on a Sunday and caught the tube into central London. Took about 20 mins. On return was quickly on the North Circular road, onto M1 and away. Would recommend as an overnight stop for Wembley if you are on a budget. Also free car parking at hotel.

- Mary (10/5): Best Value in the Area - We have stayed at a number of hotels in the area over the years and this is by far the best in terms of value.
- Syed Adeel (4/5): - Stayed there for three nights for business. Nice small family operated hotel with nice staff in a residential area but a bit over priced. Its an uphill walk of around 1km to Preston Road tube station however the buss stop is just a few steps away.
- Abilash (4/5): Small, clean but, not value for money - Everything is small in this hotel! Small room, small shower, very small toilet, small kitchen with some cereals, wheatabix and hot water. Although it was clean its a bit expensive for a house converted to a hotel(£90/night}. I would suggest Hilton hotel in the vicinity (5-6 miles) for a little bit extra. There is no car parking and I had to park my car off the street as it seems the hotel car park is permanently rented out to some vans.

- Sue (8/5): Nice little hotel in good location for Wembley. - Good little hotel staff lovely, don't know why anyone would complain it's not 5* or pretending to be, good location for Wembley. Breakfast choice of cereals and toast, orange juice and tea or coffee absolutely fine. No complaints would stay again. Whilst everyone was in a massive queue for the tube back into London we walked passed them all got straight on our tube one stop and 8 mins walk to the hotel! Comfortable, clean and friendly staff.
