- MARYIA (8/5): - Хороший завтрак, удобная постель, хороший вид с высоких этажей. Заказывали улучшенный номер, но он был не реновированный. Сантехника в ванной была очень старая. Поэтому если думать о цене-качестве, лучше заказывать обычный номер, но реновированный. Иначе оно того не стоит.

- Krzyzanowski (8/5): Super und empfehlenswert! - Zimmer-Service war sehr gut. Ein tolles Frühstück mit Live-Cooking. Insbesondere fällt eine große Auswahl und glutenfreies Brot positiv auf. Ein Manko war der Aufzug. Es war schwierig von oberen Etagen direkt ins Parkhaus zu fahren, weil nur ein Aufzug in die -1 fuhr. Sind die anderen Aufzüge eher oben gewesen, hat man keine Möglichkeit den „direkten“ Aufzug zu holen.

- Turnip (9/5): Hotel super, polecam! Dobra lokalizacja, ładne , duże pokoje. - Śniadanie wyśmienite, olbrzymi wybór różnych dobrych dań i potraw. Robione na poczekaniu omlety- pycha. Dobre soki. Dawno nie spotkałem tak olbrzymiego wyboru herbat a kawa była kawą, nie lurą z ekspresu. Podczas kontaktu obsługa nie poinformowała , ze na parking podziemny wjazd jest zupełnie z inne ulicy i nie podała tam adresu. Przy okazji teraz remontu ulic wokół hotelu to był jakiś tam problem. W trakcie spotkania obsługa może też informować o miejscu w drugiej sali, kiedy ta bezpośrednio przy bufecie jest pełna.

- Panagiota (9/5): Καλό, επιδέχεται βελτιώσεις - Καθαρό, με ευγενικό προσωπικό. Άνετο δωμάτιο. Γιορτάζαμε γενέθλια και μας έκαναν έκπληξη. Καλή τοποθεσία, αν και σε κεντρική περιοχή που αυτή τη στιγμή είναι υπό κατασκευή, με πάρα πολλά έργα παντού. Άνετο κρεβάτι. Καθε μέρα μας έφερναν μπουκαλάκια με νερό Το πρωινό δυστυχώς ήταν μέτριο, τα μισά πράγματα δεν ήταν ωραία. Επισης το δωμάτιο δεν είχε θέρμανση. Μονο κλιματισμό στο κρύο. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί, σε μια χώρα με τόσο κρύο όσο η Πολωνία. Οι παντόφλες δεν περιλαμβάνονταν στο δωμάτιο και έπρεπε να τις ζητήσεις στο check in. Δεν είναι και πολύ ωραίο να περπατάς με παντόφλες στα χέρια ενώ έχεις μόλις φτάσει στο ξενοδοχείο. Η πόρτα του δωματίου έκανε «Μπιπ μπιπ» όταν δεν ήταν κλειστή. Ενα πρωί κάποιος ένοικος άφησε ανοιχτή την πόρτα του και ξυπνήσαμε από το «Μπιπ μπιπ», το οποίο δε σταματούσε για δύο ώρες. Ηταν πολύ εκνευριστικό. Καλό θα ήταν να δημιουργηθεί ένα σύστημα ασφαλείας, όταν ένα δωμάτιο έχει πόρτα ανοιχτή για πολύ ώρα να υπάρχει έλεγχος. Αν δηλαδή κάποιο δωμάτιο ήταν ανοιχτό 2 ώρες επειδή ο ένοικος μέσα λιποθύμησε με το που άνοιξε την πόρτα, δε θα έπρεπε να ελεγχθεί;

- Karolina (7/5): Przeciętny - bardzo duży tłok podczas śniadania, brak wolnych stolików w restauracji podczas śniadania - hotel nie dostosowany do dużej liczby gości; obsługa nie zarejestrowała nr tablic rejestracyjnych w systemie od razu co wymusiło powrót na parking i długie oczekiwanie na obsługę i w efekcie spóźnienie na spotkanie biznesowe. Najpierw czekałam długo, żeby wjechać na parking, a następnie bardzo długo żeby wyjechać.

- Kersti (9/5): - Asukoht oli hea, hommikusöök rikkalik, tuba oli suur. Koristati igapäevaselt. Soovisime Twin tüüpi tuba, kahjuks oli suure voodiga. Palusime võimalikult kõrgele korrusele, kahjuks saime vaid 4. korrusele. Vannituba haises kanalisatsiooni järele.

- Maria (8/5): Lækkert hotel, men ærgerlig oplevelse - Fantastisk værelse, da vi endelig fik det vi havde booket, god beliggenhed og fremragende morgenmad. Hotellet havde overbooket, og vi fik tildelt et værelse vi ikke havde booket. Det blev vi i første omgang ikke oplyst. Der var først da vi så vores værelse at vi opdagede at det ikke var det værelse vi havde booket. Da vi går ned i receptionen for at finde ud af hvad der er sket, for vi oplyst at de havde overbookede hotellet, og vi ikke kunne få vores suite, men havde fået et meget mindre værelse. Som kompensation fik en voucher til hotellets restaurant, som vi accepterede. Desværre viste det sig at være en voucher til en forudbestemt menu, der betød at ikke selv kunne vælge hvad vi ville have at spise. Og desuden skulle vi selv betale for drikkevarerne. Vi blev ikke gjort opmærksom på begrænsningen ved voucheren, havde vi det havde ikke sagt ja til den. Alt i alt en ærgerlig oplevelse og en dårlig start på vores tur ril Warszawa.

Problem z wjazdem parking i wyjazdem z parkingu (miało go wielu gości, pierwszy raz coś takiego widziałem). System albo nie zaczytywał prawidłowo tablic albo nie były one prawidłowo wpisywane do systemu przez personel. W konsekwencji samochody cofały przed wjazdem i wyjazdem bo nie mogły pokonać szlabanu. Ewidentnie element do poprawy

Dużo przestrzeni, szlafroki i kapcie dla gościa, wygodna strefa wypoczynkowa. Polecam serdecznie i na pewno wrócę. Milo by było dać chociaz po dwie sztuki kawki i herbaty. Nie dużo kosztuje a miły gest.

Номер чудесный, 100 процентов соответствует фотографиям на сайте. Персонал отличный. Моментально выполняли наши просьбы. Кровать потрясающая, белье пахло невероятной свежестью. Полотенца и белье идеальные, новые. В комнате есть все необходимое. Номер большой и очень удобный. Завтак разнообразный. На месте пекут блины с начинками на выбор. Есть свежевыжатый сок. Рядом с отелем есть великолепные рестораны и магазинчики Единственное, что мне не понравился кофе из кофемашины на завтраке. Для меня он был слишком ненасыщенный, даже двойной эсспрессо

- Malgorzara (8/5): - Pokoje czyste, lokalizacja ok. Często sypiam w hotelach 4 gwiazdkowych, zwłaszcza w Warszawie. Niestety jeśli chodzi o śniadania wypadacie najsłabiej. Najmniejsze urozmaicenie zwłaszcza zdrowych produktów, warzywa krojone grubo. Panie obsługujące sale zabierają talerzyk bez pytania, pozostawiając brudne stoliki, nie dbają o uzupełnianie dań w bufecie ani o jego czystość. Jest głośno, tu nie chodzi o gości, personel powinnien być bardziej dyskretny. Zwłaszcza jeśli plotkuje o gościach na sali.
