Guest Reviews
- Patrick (10/5): - Huge rooms and living area. It was a a mansion.
Great breakfast, lovely staff. Location great. Not staying longer time in Siem reap.

- YUKO (10/5): Wonderful base to explore Angkor Wat and more. - Kind and friendly staff. Very spacious room.
Washing machine in the room was great and we used it everyday to wash sweaty clothes.
Conveniently located for many restaurants and shops. It would be nice if they have an elevator..
- Ambouharya (8/5): -
- Laura (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was lovely and the staff are all excellent. Highly recommend staying here.. - The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The facilities were excellent.
The staff were so lovely, polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
We loved our stay here. It does state that there’s a kitchen to cook in, however there we no knives to chop food or even a butter knife. Plus you need to pay for the use of the stove which was a little strange. Other than that, the place was perfect.
- Frans (9/5): -
- Judith (6/5): - Staff where pleasant Stairs, and the food wasn't very nice
- S. Jamie G (10/5): Great Location, Great Hotel rooms, Great Included Breakfast - Check in - we arrived 2 hours before checkin - they were able to check us in early to allow us to head off on an excursion!
Food - Breakfast included - awesome variety and quantity on buffet with eggs made to order
Room
Room - 2 room suite with small kitchen (and most importantly a washing machine (you sweat through lots of clothes in Cambodia). A/C worked well ... very spacious rooms ... they had universal plugs which is helpful.
Checkout - they let us extend for an extra hour to allow us to complete our excursion and then shower before heading to the airport.
Location - centrally located about 10 minute walk from Pub Street (far enough to be quiet) and close enough to attend as desired. The night market was also about a 10 minute walk - great food and retail options (we bought some Cashmere scarves. There were also some local great restaurants within 2 blocks - one was Ty Plalla - so good we ate there 2 of 3 days Lunch & dinner on 2 separate days).
Far exceeded expectations - hidden gem!
- Altay (9/5): - Value for money 10 mins walk to pub street, tuk tuks outside No lift, we where on 2nd floor
- Chakradhara Rao S (9/5): Relaxing - Spacious , feel like home. nice kitchenette, good breakfast , cool balcony and had a pet plant as well Toilet shower was not clean
Nichts.
- James Anthony (10/5): Had a great stay in Siem Reap, the grounds of hotel were well maintained and comfortable. The staff made it even nicer. - The accommodations were the largest I had anywhere in my limited experience in Asia. It was like having a nice apartment. Location worked well as starting point for Angkor Wat tours. The pool was nice and service wonderful. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were so helpful and friendly. No complaints.
- Jeske (9/5): Fijn verblijf - Zeer grote kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. -

- Milica (10/5): Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Colonial-Style Hotel - The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our room was very bright and spacious with vintage-style furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean.
We had daily cleaning service, which did an excellent job and really added to the comfort of our stay.
The staff always greeted us with genuine smiles - you could really feel how kind and welcoming they are. They were also very helpful throughout our stay.
The swimming pool was clean and very pleasant, and we really enjoyed spending time there. Breakfast was excellent as well - varied, fresh, and very delicious.
The location is also great, about 8–9 minutes on foot from downtown Siem Reap. There are always tuk-tuk drivers right outside the hotel, making it very easy to visit the temples or explore the area.
The building itself is a beautiful colonial-style property, which makes the whole experience even more special.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
- MADABHUSHI (7/5): Very Satisfying. - Breakfast was very good and sumptious. The room was very comfortable and very spacious. Very well maintained. The vegetarian options in the restaurant were simply non-existant, barring for one or two items. You could provide for a few Indian Vegetarian dishes for lunch and dinner.
- Gaye (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay due to comfortable apartment and the friendly and helpful staff - The friendly and obliging staff can't think of anything
- Y1779ZCstepheng (10/5): Super Hotel, Amazing Staff, Reasonable rates ! - We travel all over the world - this is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing, the restaurant exceptional, rooms were large, pool was outstanding .. it is located about a 10 minute walk from the Night Market and Pub Street which is perfect - you are close enough to walk but far enough to enjoy the calm of Thor the Siem Reap City. We were blown away by how friendly the staff was .. trying at every turn to make us feel special!
We will be back - it was a super adventure … and the hotel was exceptional … oh yeah they also have a washing machine so we were able to wash our undergarments from the comfort of our room … huge added benefit!
- stephengO3941BW (10/5): Awesome Hotel, Amazing Staff, Reasonable prices! - Perfect location, amazing rooms, awesome staff, super restaurant!
We travel the world and love to find hidden gem hotels … this place was awesome … 10
Minute walk from Pub Street and the Night Market … so close enough to enjoy but far enough to not not get can’t up in the loud (and more expensive) tourist area.
Staff was awesome - we had an early morning Angkor Wat pick op and they packed a super breakfast to carry with us …
They allowed an early check in following our arrival … and a 1hour late checkout out to allow a shower after our last tour before returning to the airport
We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant - super food and great service!
We will stay here again …
We 5 star service at a reasonable price!
- Sam (10/5): -
- Gerald (9/5): Overall very happy - Friendly staff. Good location and good sized rooms Could do with more variety breakfast
- Jennifer (10/5): Would absolutely stay here again. - Breakfast was varied and generous.
- Scott (9/5): We loved our stay here - This little gem was very well located near the action but far enough a way to be quiet. The staff was amazing. Our room on the third floor was very quiet, though on occasion, not having an elevator was unfortunate. But we knew that going in and we’re very satisfied. A fully amenities department will still be in a nice little hotel. Nothing
- jenniferlX4643XN (10/5): Excellent hotel - My mom and I stayed in April 2026 for a few days while touring Angkor Wat and the surrounds. To start off, the staff is so kind and helpful, always smiling. The hotel is in a good central location, and the grounds are clean and well cared for. The pool was wonderful during the hot(!) afternoons. Breakfast was generous and varied. The on-site restaurant was very good. Our room was big, with a small kitchen, dining table, and living room, in addition to the bedroom. An overall great hotel. Highly recommend!

- Don (9/5): - Great facilities
- Saravanan (10/5): Very good stay complete loved it - The rooms are just amazing, attention to detail on the furniture and all the facilities were beautiful. breakfast is amazing. The food was good but it was a bit expensive for what is on offer just a short walk away.
- Sreekanth (10/5): Great Location, lovely staff, great for families and for longer stays! - Great Location, lovely staff, great for families and longer stays! There’s so much to love and praise about the property and the staff- we will certainly cone back if we ever visit Siem Reap again! We found an odd Gecko ( house lizard) at times in our suite which made the kids jump!
No in-house spa but they take you on Tuk Tuk to a nearby one- which was okay but not memorable as such.
- Kevin (10/5): Great location and excellent hotel - Everything, the apartments were fantastic being designed on French colonial style and huge. We had a 2 bed room, 2 bathroom, kitchen and massive living area with balconies. Full size fridge freezer was useful for my beer and water. The staff throughout were tremendous. We used the hotel to book transport for the Temples on a couple of days and the drivers were great.
I would be back soon... maybe at Christmas time when a little cooler..
- Peter (9/5): Magnificent - Very pleased with everything Nothing
- Kevin (10/5): Excellent stay, great hotel and time with family - Everything, the apartments were fantastic being designed on French colonial style and huge. My sister in laws had a 1bed room, kitchen and massive living area with balconies. The staff throughout were tremendous. We used the hotel to book transport for the Temples on a couple of days and the drivers were great.
I would be back soon... maybe at Christmas time when a little cooler..
- Des (9/5): Excellent older style hotel - The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and enhanced our short stay in Siem Reap. The pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon to battle the heat of the day. The hotel has their own tuk-tuk and we engaged the driver to take us to three museums and he waited whilst we visited and then bought us back to the hotel. It was cheap and made to half day activities easy to see. No lifts was the only obvious thing we would have liked.
- Emmanuel (10/5): -

- Alistair (10/5): Lovely old hotel with massive rooms and lovely pool in great location. - Lovely old hotel with huge apartment type rooms.
Fantastic pool area which is lovely for a cool off after visiting temples.
Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars, such as lovely river streets and Pub Street.
Pool bar food good and reasonable price too. The food in the evening was very good, but everyone eats out so the dining room was empty other than us.
- Ramirez (10/5): Home away from home - The place was clean. Great amenities including a washer and kitchen. Breakfast was good No elevators
- Mackay (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Michael (10/5): Wonderful choice - We were upgraded to a very large 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment which was really nice. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice pool with a pool side bar. Location was good and it was super easy to book a inexpensive Tuk-Tuk to Pub street or other in town attractions. It would have been about 12 min walk to Pub Street. In hotel restaurant was pretty good with prices very comparable to other restaurants. Included breakfast was very nice Beds were a too firm for our taste but we have found this to be the case throughout SE Asia
- Timothy (10/5): - This is our third stay at this hotel and we love it. Rooms are big and spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast - lots of choice. Good location. Wifi much improved since our last stay.
- Workman (10/5): - Hard mattress
- Daisy (10/5): -
- Tom (10/5): -
- Alex (10/5): Amazing stay with 2 children - Swimming pool, location and friendly staff. We had a twin room with a living room and kitchen which was very spacious. Bonus was a washing machine with washing liquid included. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance or grab a tuk tuk if too hot. Nothing

- Jane (9/5): Old world charm and close to everything. - Great location, large, spacious rooms, very helpful staff and a lovely restaurant on site. There are stairs but we knew this going in.
A choice of pillow firmness would have been nice but otherwise this older hotel is great.
- YUGO (10/5): -
- Nathan (10/5): - Beautiful and spacious suite with delightful staff. Washing machine in our room was a bonus!
Pool area was spectacular too. Nothing - it was great on all fronts.
- Amanda (9/5): A fabulous roomy and comfortable stay in Siem Reap with all you need in walking distance. - Room was fabulous - huge size bedroom with a large family room as well. Smallish kitchen but more than needed for a short stay. Large bathroom as well and walking distance to good restaurants, markets and the main streets of Siem Reap.
Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the pool area and sip a cocktail or two. Nothing - all fab!
- Markus (10/5): Tolle Oase zur Erholung nach anstrengenden Besichtigungen. - Super Lage, total zentral, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück sehr gut und umfangreich, total gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Jederzeit gerne wieder. -
- Gail (10/5): Great hotel, staff and location, highly recommended - Everything Nothing it was fantastic

- E (10/5): The room was beautiful. The staff including the front desk staff, restaurant and cleaners were so nice. Very helpful and - The property was within walking distance to everything. The property was well maintained. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was plentiful. Pool area was lovely. Full size fridge in room. There was NOTHING to not like!
- Julian (9/5): Great location - Amazing staff - The hotel was great and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you had to pick fault, the breakfast was a little limited. However, there was plenty for my tastes.
- GREG (9/5): Chateau fantastique - Great location. Gorgeous French colonial building, beautifully maintained and presented. Apartment sized room with kitchenette, washing machine, full sized fridge, dining area, huge bedroom and ensuite with large balcony off. Pool and cabana, meals to the poolside if requested. Great restaurant and all moderately priced.
Wi fi is strong and reliable.
If you cant be happy here, you just cant be happy. We didn't stay longer
- Lemuel (10/5): -
- gregmP2647FY (8/5): Home away from home - Wonderful experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and well appointed, rather like an apartment, with a kitchenette, oven, full sized fridge, seperate living area, tv, large bedroom and ensuite. Internet was reliable. Restaurant had a wide variety of dishes. Breakfast was a range of hot and cold choices. All very fresh and tasty
Yes it is a little dated but that is to maintain the character of the period in which it was built, French colonial in keeping with most of Siam Reap.
All is well maintained and kept
The pool is a welcome bonus with attendant staff, a bar and lounges. Food can be ordered to the poolside.
Conveniently located to all that Siem Reap has to offer.
All in all I loved it. If you couldn't be happy here, you probably just cant be happy.
- Christophe (9/5): -
- Kiffir4ik (9/5): - Spacious apartment. I liked the location, it's quite, 10 mins walk to the center. Big supermarket in 2 minutes.
Breakfasts were good. Bathroom isolation might be better.
- Matthew (10/5): Really lovely and spacious hotel with a great pool - Great location and walkable to many of the places we wanted to go, though the tuktuk was always outside if we wanted to go further. The room was incredibly spacious, and it was convenient having laundry access in our room. The pool was great, very few people in it so it felt like we had our own pool oasis to ourselves, and was convenient having the shallower child pool for our daughter to play in. Loved having access to the food and drinks out there as well as my daughter didn't want to leave. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, and it was really helpful being able to get an in-room massage as I didn't have childcare. The beds were a little firm for my liking, and the wifi wasn't great though that seemed to be fairly standard at all hotels in the area that we visited.
- Lesley (10/5): - Lovely small hotel with nice pool and very helpful staff. The staff made it really - always thinking ahead to make our stay more comfortable - when the chambermaid saw we had done some washing she struggled upstairs with a huge drying rack!
A little out of town so peaceful for a good night's sleep and unbelievably good value. For even more incredibly good value try local restaurant 'Try Me' (yes, seriously!) for amazing Amok Fish
- Linda (8/5): Lovely stay - The staff were great! Very accommodating! Our room was huge, worked great for our group! Nice pool area! Breakfast was good too! Our bed was hard…but then staff put a mattress topper on and then it was just fine. Could have had another roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
Weinig of niets.

- K McBride (10/5): -
- Darryl (10/5): Accomodation was comfortable, staff was great and we had an enjoyable stay. - Excellent service and value for money, I would definitely stay here again.
Location was walking distance to the lively center and national museum.
Great for couples and families.
- Stephen (10/5): - Loved the room - so comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was just the job in the heat of Siem Reap. There was a wide selection of options for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay 😀 Nothing not to like - was brilliant!
- Reed (10/5): A Must Stay! - The staff was outstanding! Their service was topnotch. Whatever you seem to need, they were there to meet it. The hotel has that timeless, classic, French colonial look. Rooms are huge, and the beds are super comfortable. And you can not beat the location! Just a short walk to Pub Street and other activities. That we couldn't stay longer.
- Melissa (10/5): - Great location. Large rooms with kitchen area and a washing machine!!! We were desperate for laundry by the time we arrived in Siem Reap.
We loved the pool area, peace shaded area provided afternoon respite after a morning of touring.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived around 7pm and they helped us book a tuk tuk for Angkor Wat for next morning. They also provided us with breakfast to go as we were heading out before breakfast started.
- john (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here - Good location. Easy to walk everywhere.
Friendly staff. Great having a washing machine. Pool area nice. Great breakfast.
Huge room, lounge area and nice balcony A bit noisy at the front of the hotel. Pay the extra and book the two room suite which overlooks the pool.
- Jane (10/5): Fantastic hospitality - taken care of at every turn! - We thoroughly enjoyed the large rooms with balcony surrounded in lush green gardens and enjoyed the pool - as well as the delicious pool-side cocktails. Room had a washing machine which I made good use of. Location was fantastic - close enough without being too close - slept well in very comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic - great quality and range of options. Very helpful with booking transfers. We arrived at about midnight and they were there to greet us! How short my stay was
- philippe (10/5): - Tout est parfait, à découvrir absolument.
- Patricia (10/5): Great value and exceptional staff - The staff was amazing, large apartments with washing machines in unit, great breakfast and excellent location
- Jessica (10/5): Fabulous exclusive hotel at reasonable rates! - Fabulous! Such a treat and felt like an exclusive hotel but very reasonable prices. Rooms were massive and our family of 5 could spread out with room left for another few! Two bathrooms and a kitchen where we prepared some light food (not a fully kitted out kitchen). Pool was awesome with service and happy hour 2 for 1. Breakfast was fabulous every morning. They even made special dishes for our children with milk and gluten allergies.
A short walk to the night market. Food just outside the door.
Hotel grounds were immaculate as was the cleanliness everywhere!
Lovely Tuk Tuk drivers that work with the hotel. We had Tes Sochea. He was awesome. I highly recommend him. He was so patient with our family of 5! Nothing. It was perfect!

- Kushal (10/5): -
- Jane (8/5): - Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor and facilities were slightly tired and dated. The lack of a lift is unusual but staff were available to carry luggage.
- Paul (9/5): Great location only a 10 min walk to pub street and restaurants. Lovely pool. - Huge room, in fact it’s more like having your own apartment. The breakfast choice was a little limited. Although very good.
