- Riza (3/5): The Room it is need to check for fixing the facility. - The staff is friendly and accommodating she helps me a lot and I think ate for that. The light switch is in poor condition and is frightening to use. Some of the lights are not working. The bed cover appears dirty, making me question its cleanliness. The toilet faucet is broken and not functioning properly. Additionally, the air conditioner is too small to effectively cool the room. However, I am thankful for your staff, who have been very accommodating.
- Lilibeth (4/5): Disappointing - 5:30 in the morning tinatawagan kami kasi need daw mag check out na?!! napuyat kami dahil di pa nakuntento sa phone call pumunta pa mismo sa room. yung usual check out naman kasi is 12pm bat kami pinapaalis na..and they knew we booked online and were sorry for that daw nawala na din yung wifi nung buong umaga until mag check out kami...
- Eliza (1/5): I don’t recommend it at all despite the location for my purpose of travel - Location It is not accessible for the elderly. No rooms in the ground floor, only stairs. Also they don’t have a front desk contact number. If they would have given it to me they I could have cancelled properly and the customer service for RedDoorz is hard to understand, everytime I call them the background is always noisy making the conversation difficult to comprehend.

- Winaire (4/5): Uncomfortable - I only got this hotel because it was close to our family home. Upon check-in, staff at the reception could not find my booking booked through booking.com. Granted it was not the staff’s fault (I saw he was entering the right confirmation number), I felt like better hospitality could have been offered while he was trying to figure out the booking (tell us to sit first and maybe offer a drink). We were there while he was speaking to the boss for a good 30 mins until the boss just asked for my name and gave us the thumbs up (which I don’t understand why she didn’t check this sooner, she kept pushing that her staff was entering the wrong confirmation number or doing it wrong). When we got in to our room, I was disappointed to see that the room we got is different from the photo (we got the deluxe online -had yellow paint, nice bed board). What we got had grey paint, with the bed headboard being just a slab of timber. The bed was also like a concrete slab. And the thin piece of mattress also still had the plastic cover. I understand they may be doing this for hygienic reasons but it was so uncomfortable (other hotels would layer the sheets to protect the mattress). Another off putting thing was an hour after we were let into the room, we got a call from reception, asking me how much I paid through booking.com. I told them I paid about 50 AUD and then to add to that the guy asked how much is that in pesos. I find this so unprofessional. Shouldn’t they have a record? Why ask me to convert how much is that in pesos? Another thing was there a room in our hall that got really noisy in the early hours of the morning, I’m saying like 2-3am. Was shocked when staff knocked and told us next door complained about us. Although staff apologised when she saw I very clearly was not doing anything with my partner, I just really found this to be annoying.
