Guest Reviews
- Miller (4/5): I would rather sleep in my vehicle than ever stay there again - Nothing Breakfast is NOT being served. The rooms were dirty and dusty. I found mold in the bathroom.
- Kim (6/5): Average - The mattress is comfortable. Like that there is a microwave and a mini frig with freezer compartment. They removed their breakfast. That is why I stayed their. They now only offer coffee in the morning. I had small ants in my room. The remote did not work the TV. Asked for a new remote. New remote only worked the channel up or down. Had to use buttons on the side of the TV for the volume and on/off.
- Becky (7/5): - Could have been cleaner.
- Kevin (5/5): If you’re just looking for a cheap place to lay down at night that offers nothing more than a bed, then this is a good p - Location only. If you’re just looking for a cheap place to lay down at night that offers nothing more than a bed, then this is a good place for you to book. It was advertised as having a breakfast included. Not the case. The pool looks like it hasn’t been open for years. For some reason there was zero Verizon cell signal once you get into your room.
- Griner (9/5): -
- Stacy (1/5): - Absolutely nothing The place has bugs. Waterbugs and roaches.
- Deanna (5/5): -
- Ashley (4/5): There are better motels for $50 a night that don’t have dirty sheets and showers. - It was close to the places we were visiting, good location overall. It was not clean with cigarette burns in the comforters, dirt on the sheets and hairs in the shower. Only one set of stairs to get to the top floor. The receptionist was not very friendly.
- Dustin (7/5): -
- Ward (8/5): Mothers day 2026 - The price and location Husband cut the hot water valve, for the sink.
- Gary (8/5): -
- Jessica (3/5): - I loved the location and how friendly the staff was. Rented a king size room with the jacuzzi tub. Tub had a broken jacuzzi spout and the water didnt get hot it only got Luke warm. The hair dryer was broken and didnt work. Microwave was old and dirty looking but it was clean. The bed was very old and worn out and you would literally sink like 8 inches into it on hard spring coils. The TV remote did not work the TV to change the channels (reminded me of being a child having to change the channel by the TV buttons.) Truthfully on a scale of 1-10 id give it about a 4 maybe.
- David (4/5): -
- Matthew Stanford (10/5): - On the main street and very clean
- Melissa (1/5): RUN, RUN, RUN 😱 - The girl at check-in was nice. When I got to the property it was late. Lighting was poor around the property. It was very run down. This property is so old that they still used keys to their rooms. They had me in an upstairs room and I am disabled and cannot walk well and cannot climb stairs. The girl noted that I had requested downstairs and changed me. When I got to the room it had a non smoking sign on the door but the room was saturated with smoke. The bedding didn’t look clean and was very worn. I went to turn on the air and it was an actual window unit. The bathtub had cigarette (or some kind) of burns on the edge. I went to get something to eat and came back and it had turned into a little Mexican block party. People outside with doors open to rooms and you could tell from the decor (Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling) that these were residents. Kid talking and Partying. I dint feel safe. I got out retrieved my bag and went to check out. I went to the office and it was closed. I couldn’t get anyone to the window either. I poked my key through the opening and left and found me another place to stay. The rating for this property was a blatant lie. It was ranked pleasant but it was more like a nightmare.
- Shirley (7/5): It was decent for the price - I thought the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was very nice I wish they would open the pool earlier. They only have one pool and it’s an outdoor pool. The Pool wouldn’t have been available until the second or third week of April but the whole time we stayed up there it was hot like 80°. It was the beginning of April. The traffic was loud, but that’s no fault of the hotel unless they can make it sound proof somehow
- robert (9/5): Clean, Comfortable and great location to the Titanic museum. - Very clean room. Loved the spa in the room. Old hard room key. No card key. Old school. No breakfast.
- Dale (10/5): - Didn’t try the breakfast, good location on the main highway, but not a problem. An older facility, dated but still clean and comfortable.
- Aaron (8/5): Over all it was good I’ve stayed here before and it was nice , disappointed because breakfast wasn’t included as it says - It’s quiet, in good location They did not have breakfast like they advertised they did, bathroom door was broke and really dirty
- Richard (1/5): Bed bugs - Nothing Anything
- CRYSTAL (10/5): - The location and the quit That my vacation ended to soon
- Eric (8/5): Nice place in the middle of everything. Needed updated and smelled musty but worked for spur of the moment and being 11: - Close to everything Not updated and smelled musty
- Dennismyers10 (7/5): - Location Room to small
- Ashley (1/5): Gross - Nothing. The bugs
The left baggie
The food in the floor
I checked out the room, and we immediately left because it was so dirty and it smelled bad
Can't comment on the beds, we didn't sit down
- Gray (10/5): - This place may not look like much from the road, but don't let that stop you from staying. The staff are the kindest people I've ever met. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, right across the road from some of pigeon forge's best attractions (Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Feud, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks and Hard Rock Café.) I would stay here over and over! I wish they served a small grab and go breakfast (they do have coffee and juices). But other than that it was a great stay!
- Tiffany (5/5): - Bed was comfortable. Had a problem with the water in our room so we were moved straight away which was very good customer service. Plenty of parking available Basic but ideal for the one night stay
- Megan (2/5): Would not repeat! - It was in a good location. The spa tub was decent. It was not clean, sheets were stained, cigarette holes in comforter. Dust all over heating and cooling unit. Furniture was so dented and scratched, Smelled like cigarettes in non smoking room. Worst of all we woke up with bites in lines resembling bed bug bites and left early.
- Kevin (5/5): - Good place for one night for the value Noisy traffic and parking was horrible with my oversized jeep
- Katheryn (6/5): - It was close to everything It could have been a little clearer and the parking lot was small
- Brewer (8/5): -
- meganwM5980MP (2/5): Don't stay here! - Really bad... somehow on booking.com it is rated better. Have no idea how? I woke up with bites all over my body, holes in sheets and comforter from cigarette burns, sheets stained, dust all over heater/cooler unit. Furniture very banged up.

- Underwood (7/5): - For the price we paid it was really nice of a stay! Needs updated
- Bobby (1/5): - Nothing Bed was not queen size staff was rude water wouldn't get but warm burn holes in the bed linen very out dated
- Angela (7/5): It was good - Location Parking small
- Francisco (10/5): -
- Dennis (10/5): -
- Shackelford (8/5): - Location , jacuzzi, clean. Friendly Nothing
- Latasha (8/5): Great value - The price was very good. It was very quiet. The room smelt musky. The floor could of used a good mopping. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. The bed was somewhat hard.
- Jereme (1/5): - It was nasty with hair, dirt, and bugs in the bed. Walls and mirrors had sticky black stuff smeared on them just overall nasty
- Teresa (6/5): -
- Elizabeth (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Peggy (1/5): Awful place to stay. - Nothing. The room was small, and the shower head barely worked. The knob to turn on the shower was broke. Ice machine was out of order. Bugs in the bathroom.

- Ward (8/5): - I love this motel. Its in a great location, close to all the attractions. And prices were reasonable. BUT they didnt have ORANGE JIUCE for breakfast, the last couple times this year My husband wanted orange juice. Lol
- Kathy (9/5): - Location
- Kara (5/5): It was okay - not sure I would stay at this location again. - Property is dated but clean. Location is good. Check-in staff was rude, beds are hard, we were on the second floor and it took a long time (shower running for 15 minutes) for hot water to get to us
- Lee James (9/5): CERTAINLY WORTH THE PRICE - STAFF ALL IS WELL
- Campbell (8/5): - Area No coffee pot in the room

- Melissa (1/5): -
- Boone (10/5): -
- Adam (6/5): Okay - Location was good. Staff was nice. Cheap price for the location and it was in a good spot to drive around to. On the final day of being there, rats ate my car in the parking lot. Like literally, a rat went into my engine bay and ate my wiring harness, leaving us without a car. Although that is not the hotels fault, it still made me sad that rats ate my car.
- Bonita (9/5): Great location, we'd stay again. - The staff was very kind, even with our late check-in. Our room was clean and had good wifi and cable. They offer a small breakfast. Our bed was extra squeeky but otherwise comfortable with comfy pillows and blankets. The room also had a small refrigerator and microwave and a wall heating and cooling unit. The location is great, right off the main strip in Pigeon Forge! We could see the Titanic Museum, Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Theater, Wonderworks Museum and the Hardrock Cafe from our room! The steep driveway was hard on my small car. The bathroom sink was old, cracked, and stained, but still clean. We found a used soap bar up high on top of the shower edge (I'm sure the maid couldn't see it that high), but kinda gross.
- Jackson (7/5): -
- Jonathan (1/5): Bed Bugs at Smoky View Inn - The location There were bedbugs and the staff was incredibly rude when I confronted them about that issue.
- norma (10/5): -
- Rahman K. (6/5): -
- Lee James (7/5): This Hotel is Clean and well worth the price of $50.00- $60.00 Per Night. - Comfortable Clean Bed. Price of Room, Staff. Dead Bolt on door did not work, No plastic cups in room,
- Darrow (1/5): Poor experience - Location Very unkept
- Sonia (6/5): Very quite good price for a stay needs breakfast in the mornings - That it was close to certain attachments Rooms are small for a family of 4
- Knowles (9/5): -
- Hazel (8/5): - Close to everything. Old furniture.
- Robert (8/5): Its no 5star place but it was clean, comfortable & convenient!! Great place for the price!! - The location was great!! Nothing
- Gary (8/5): -
- Kim (8/5): - Location. There is a red-light to get out onto the Parkway safely. The mini refrigerator has a freezer compartment for your ice packs. Light breakfast provided starting at 7 am. Cereal, donuts, toast, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice. The electric outlet by the sink needs replaced. The one plug will not hold a plug.
- Cody (3/5): The location is OK, the service and the rooms are on lower side of satisfaction - Location is ok The woman running it I had an attitude about us getting the complementary breakfast. The rooms were not that clean.
- Nofsinger (5/5): Clean and affordable. - The room was clean and comfortable to rest while visiting in the area. I found a bug in the bed on the morning of our departure which I reported to the front desk. The lady at the desk said the room would be inspected, treated if needed and a report given to booking.com, as I made payment online when reserving that room.
- Jenny (6/5): - Good
- Thomas (4/5): - Needs work in rooms and area and more pillows
- Carey (10/5): I like staying here - Staff Very Professional, Bed Very comforable, Location is Fantastic, There is no coffee pot in the room. No problem though because I won't use it anyway. Just place hot cups that I can microwave water for instant coffee. When I first wake up I need a cup of strong coffee. There is coffee in lobby but very weak.
- Angela (7/5): - The floor was dirty
- Stephanie (9/5): -
- Willie (6/5): -
- Sarah (5/5): - The staff was nice. Loud music played late into the night by other guests.
