• Francisca Jesiane (7/5): Não recomendo - O senhorzinho que ajuda na recepção é muito solícito e mesmo sem entender nada de inglês, foi até nosso quarto, nos ajudou a trocar para camas de solteiros, trouxe novas toalhas e ainda preparou omeletes que não estavam no cardápio do café da manhã! Localização muito esquisita. Sair próximo a estação de Basmane, é relativamente tranquilo, mas sair pela outra saída do hotel é MUITO estranho. Muitos homens nas ruas encarando, ruas não asfaltadas e escuras. A cortina do quarto não cobria a janela toda, apenas metade dela, então acordávamos todos os dias com o sol na nossa cara. Reclamamos por três dias seguidos e nada foi feito. O banheiro é minúsculo e não era possível se mover direito dentro do box. A iluminação do quarto também é terrível, apenas uma luz amarela para iluminar o quarto todo. O restante era uma luz led azul na televisão e a luz branca do banheiro, apenas. No checkout também tivemos complicações pois consumimos apenas uma água do frigobar e eles quiseram cobrar diversos itens, até mesmo cerveja, que não bebemos.

Le petit dejeuner était pas terrible (minimum syndical), il y avait une odeur de cigarette mélangée aux égouts dans toute la chambre. Une personne du groupe a fait une crise d'asthme pendant la nuit et a du changer d'hotel le lendemain.

Nothing much. If you like more touristy and cozy lifestyle, maybe not for you. But this is the real izmir especially at night, locals eat and drink their tea or coffee.

• Modesto (7/5): - I like staying in big room so I decided to booked with balcony or terrace at the rooftop. The panoramic view is very good and we have some photo souvenirs during the day. Breakfast is ok but repetitive. Very good they can call taxi going to the airport when you are leaving right at your doorstep for heavy baggage. Thanks to the receptionist. There are restaurants nearby and seaside can be walk around 15 minutes to 30 minutes when you are roaming the city. Overall experience is good. The soap dispenser seems not working well or run out of soap. There is no separate shampoo and body soap, it's all in one dispenser. Management should check it daily when they clean the room. But it's minor thing could be fix. Another issue the room and blanket and pillow has little smoking odor maybe due to this terrace is popular among smokers. Blanket should be laundry well if possible with soap with perfume. But it's all what you get for the price.

About 30 minutes walk to Alsancak for bars, restaurants and shopping. Spacious room and lounge. Massive balcony for sitting outside and enjoying the city view. Large bathroom cabinet for storage. Bed was comfortable. None of the following had a negative impact on our stay, just observations (we would definitely stay there again): Breakfast was fine, typical Turkish food, but lacking in variety. The room was a bit worn, could do with a freshen up. Bedroom lighting was dull. The balcony was massive but extremely basic, no decor, and a lot of wasted potential.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The floor mats looked dirty and tattered. The rooms had a blinking blue light around the big mirror that served no purpose and was a pain to figure out how to turn off.

Noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi anche per raggiungere il lungo mare, dove poi abbiamo cenato. La stanza non era un gran che. Abbiamo preso la economy quindi per quello che abbiamo pagato andava più che bene. Ma la finestra dava su un cortiletto interno, il condizionatore non funzionava.

• Cristina (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, vicino al grande bazar, all'agorà e alla stazione di Basmane (treno e metro). Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile e ci ha anche concesso di lasciare i bagagli in custodia prima di andarcene. Sono presenti anche un parcheggio auto privato e un piccolo cortiletto in ombra con tavolini e panchine. Ottima la colazione, sia per gli orari sia per la quantità e la qualità dell'offerta. La struttura è un po' poco curata, avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. La zona (vie laterali) non sembra molto sicura la sera e la notte.
• Anastasia (5/5): - I honestly don’t understand how this hotel gets such good reviews. I booked the Junior Suite on purpose, paying extra, and even informed them in advance that we would be three people. When we arrived, the room wasn’t prepared at all for three guests. We had to repeatedly ask for extra sheets, towels, and even a chair. Nobody bothered to make the bed – I had to do it myself. The so-called “suite” was nothing like a suite. The elevator didn’t reach the floor, so we had to walk up one flight of stairs. On arrival, they helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which I appreciated, but on departure we had to bring everything down on our own. The couch was dirty with stains, the general condition of the room felt neglected, and the veranda was just the roof of the building filled with loud air-conditioning units running all night. Calling this a suite feels almost ironic. Breakfast was extremely basic, far below what you’d expect for the price we paid. In fact, with the same money we could have stayed at a much better hotel in Izmir. To make matters worse, the staff made no real effort to communicate in English, not even using a translator app. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay with minimal standards, poor service, and a very bad value for money.

If you like the Alsancak area, then this is not the place as it is about 30 minutes walk or by public transport. The breakfast was great and the service was great as well. Nonostante l’aria condizionata al massimo la stanza ci ha messo 3 ore per essere a una temperatura accettabile. Sarebbe bastato accendere l’aria condizionata prima che arrivassi e chiudere le tende. Fuori comunque c’erano 40 gradi

• skynery (2/5): 失望至极，不知道为什么会有这么高的分。 - 酒店帮助我们进行了early check in。 1. 酒店有两个门，有一个门及其难找，后面的游客请注意一下找basmane附近的门。 2. 酒店的电梯只能到三楼，但是我们住四楼，酒店是一个很久的楼，提箱子走一层很麻烦，而且顶楼超级热，晚上空调降温太慢了。 3. 早餐非常简陋。 4. 想要一个面盆塞子洗衣服，没有，想要一个脸盆也没有，总之都是没有。

The staff just dismissed us, saying there's no availability. However, I was able to book 2 rooms on here. Breakfast is average. Rooms doesn't look like the pictures. Room with 2 single beds has minimal walking space and bathroom very small. Room For 3 guests was larger and had walking space with a decent size bathroom.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the guy on night shift (Vulcan). Originally my room was on the 1st floor, but it was a bit noisy as I was opposite the main stairway. They moved me to the 3rd floor which was much better. I had a look at some of the larger rooms, and these were actually really nice with a view. I would come back.

• Bruno (8/5): 2 noites em Izmir - A área envolvente é muito típica e menos turística que o Bazaar. É muito central e em 15m a pé chega-se aos principais locais. Excelente solução para ficar sem luxos. Quarto bastante grande ex estou WC. Genericamente bom. O hotel não é bonito e podia estar mais bem arranjado por dentro e por fora. Melhorar na decoração e na dimensão do WC.
• Ferit (8/5): - Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz mit einem Parkwächter. Das Economy Zimmer ist relativ klein und liegt direkt am Treppen Eingang und gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl, daher war es teilweise recht laut.
• Heidi (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal .Zimmer sehr sauber und Frühstück gut.Sehr gute Zentral lage Bus,Bahn und Strassenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen.
• Carla (8/5): - Everything was ok, and staff was very remorseful. However, even thoug it is in a very central location you can tell the area is not that preatty although I never felt unsafe.
• R. Decamp (8/5): - Correct, propre, pas mal placé, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner assez complet, rien de mauvais, rien d'exceptionnel
• Liew Kee (8/5): Elder couple traveling - Good size room. Big car park. Nice breakfast and walkable to city center and beach front Our room on 1st room has the smell of smoke. The guest before us could have smoked in the room
• Salima (8/5): - Breakfast was great and the hotel was nice.
• Jawaid (8/5): Clean hotel with very good location - Nice and clean hotel very close to train station, 15 minutes walk to Kemeraltı Bazaar. Breakfast was nice and delicious.
