The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the prices are excellent. All services are close to the hotel, making it ideal for peace and relaxation. Getting to the city center may cost around 100,000 Vietnamese dong or less. It is very impressive compared to the amount of money you would pay if you chose to stay in the city center with the same company. Thank you, Novotel Living Saigon South.🌷

As an Accor ALL Gold member, I really appreciated the thoughtful welcome—a handwritten note with treats—and the room upgrade to a very spacious room with a comfortable living area. Location: The hotel sits in District 7 (D7), which has a calmer, modern vibe that I enjoyed. It’s conveniently next to a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away—super handy. Dining: Don’t miss the seafood buffet. The seafood was fresh and cooked to order by the chef (lobster, crab, oysters, etc.), and with the Accor member discount it was outstanding value. Throughout my stay, the team was warm, attentive, and professional—the kind of hospitality that makes the Novotel brand and Accor loyalty program stand out. I had a short 1 night stay for the first time at Novotel Living Saigon South during 4-5 October 2025, had a very pleasant experience and would love to stay again in the future. I was checked in and out by the very helpful Mr Bình (Rocky) whom I compliment for his patience and kind willingness to assist me as much as possible, and his team mates(remembered Ms Nhi & Ms Jade). I got nice upgrade to an apartment, and offered late check out. Room was clean, accommodation was well maintained. There are well maintained gym facilities too. My breakfast was good (food and team). During my welcome drink redemption, I was nicely attended to by Mr Hau and team. Overall my stay was made very comfortable and pleasant by the team at Novotel Living Saigon South. I asked two hotel staff members, Kyle and Nhi, for help. They were very kind and helped me call the taxi driver through the Grab application, and also searched for the restaurant’s phone number and called there as well. Thanks to their help, I found out that I had left my phone in the taxi. While I was waiting for the driver in the hotel lobby, they informed me that the driver had called to say he would arrive soon, and they continued to help me until I finally got my phone back. I was able to find my phone thanks to their support, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to them.

• petermZ491DB (10/5): Novotel Living Saigon South - Hello fellow travellers, We have just come back from 5 weeks in Saigon, I know, what do you do for 5 weeks in Saigon? Lots. This first week is mastering crossing the road and being fairly sure that the bus will not run over you, intentionally, accidents do happen though. The rule is walk slow and no sudden stops or starts. Saigon is a great place, so much to do and 5 weeks was just enough to revisit some of our favourite places, 4 weeks and we would have missed things It all happens in District 1, many of the museums and places of interest are within a 15 minute walk of Ben Thanh Markets.  We stayed in District 7, which is about a 20 minute Grab ride away. District 7 for us, was a good easing into Vietnamese life, there are 7 million scooters in Saigon, so District 1is like being in a swarm of bees when near a road. District 7 is much quieter.  We stayed at Novotel Living South, and I could not praise this hotel enough. Ideal location, a ten minute walk from Crescent Mall, where there is a big Aeon Supermarket downstairs. In the Novotel complex there is a 7-Eleven and pharmacy, within a five minute walk there are numerous eating options, a pub, McDonalds and Starbucks, for those missing home.  The Novotel itself has very large rooms, good in house TV channel selection, a laundry that provides laundry powder, washing machines and dryer. There is a well appointed and large gym. As with all Accor properties,  very comfy bed and great shower, our room cleaning lady was very good, I do not know her name. Pretty much everything a person on holiday needs in a hotel, and a very good location. Our room included a buffet breakfast, which was excellent, a mix of various food types and an omelette station, Vietnamese Coffee is serious stuff! From 5-7 every afternoon there was happy hour, pay for one beer get two, that was very well used by us! The staff here were magnificent, Vincent, the General Manager greeted us upon arrival and we saw him often in the breakfast area, the hotel has a very personal and friendly approach to staffing. We had a lot to do with the restaurant team and without exception, they were great, after 5 weeks, we knew them all extremely well, Cadell, Oanh, Linh, Trang, Nu, Thinh and Hau. All lovely people and we were sad to go. My wife is still in contact with a few of the restaurant team, it is that kind of friendly place. So if you are in Saigon for more than 3 days, District 7 is a good choice, and if you stay in District 7, Novotel Living South is definitely worth considering. Peter and Irlange.

She was lovely as always making sure I get settled in properly. The housekeeping team does an amazing job as always keeping my unit spotless everyday that I’m there. Mr.Cuong from F&B does an amazing job at Food Exchange and everywhere else in the hotel.

• AnhAmaan (10/5): Super comfortable hotel with great customer service - We booked into the Novotel Living Saigon South hotel for 9 nights. This was a first time for us & we are very happy with our stay. I am writing this review on the 9th night before checking out in the morning. On arriving in our room there was a thoughtful welcome gift of cheese & fruit platters & cookies along with a lovely hand written welcome note due to my Accor Plus Diamond tier. Little touches like this do make a difference when you are away from home. The one bedroom apartment suite was super comfortable and very spacious. Equipped with a separate bedroom with tv, relaxing bed & great pillows for easy sleep, a nice kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, stove & a Nespresso coffee maker and a separate living area with a large smart tv that had easy access to connect our apple tv. Literally all the staff were very service oriented and made us feel totally welcome. Breakfast every morning on level 2 was a very satisfying selection from a breakfast buffet plus an egg & noodle station for made-to-order eggs or noodle soup. On our second last night we invited two local friends to join us for the Friday night Seafood buffet. The selection was truly delicious and we all enjoyed the evening. Also worth noting, there is a spacious well equipped gym on the third floor with sauna and steam rooms. Also there is a very useful totally free self-serve laundry. Ultimately this is a comfortable hotel to stay at and the staff do go out of their way to make guests feel cared for. Definitely consider it if you are looking for a more apartment style stay in Saigon while still having the normal hotel conveniences.

• arizonaac (10/5): Great team members and location - This was a business trip with several team members. We used the meeting room facility and attended a trade show at the near by exhibition hall. The location was convient for our first visit to HCM city. From a midnight check in with Rocky to daily interactions with An and other reception team members we found everyone so helpful, professional and polite. The restaurant team, meeting room team and housekeeping team were very friendly and professional. The gym is large and clean. The free laundry machines (including detergent) was a nice bonus. We did not use the sauna but it also looked clean. We would for sure stay again due to the location, good staff and a reasonable price.

Overall the whole place is quite well maintained except some small minor things like mosquitos in the lobby and no ventilation in the lift.

So great service for breakfast, dinner; so perfect GYM room which has the sauna and steam room when I finished my exercise can enjoy so comfortable relaxing. Especially the Receptionists: Mr. Vincent-Tu PHAM, Miss Ellie and Trixy. They really do a lot of excellent support for my trip. The hotel is conveniently located and only 2 km away from Crescent Mall where you just go there by walking around. There are also many supporting facilities for convenient living around it. • dannylB3864FA (10/5): 10/10 service - Vivian and team at the front desk has been absolutely amazing the 7 days that I stayed. They truly represent what saigon hospitality is all about. Housekeeping team does an exceptional job daily as well. Even the doormen makes me feel like home with their greetings. I’ve been staying here ever since it opened its doors. Ibis is next door but for a few extra dollars it’s definitely worth the upgrade. I will continue to make this place my home when I’m in town.

• ArchhB (10/5): Comfort - Quiet - Kindness in the Heart of Saigon - I’m here as a long stay guest with my wife, and still shuttle back and forth for my business trip. First impression of the hotel is a cozy, immaculate and clean lobby area. As a Diamond member, my room has been upgraded, I feel so appreciated for that, the comfiest bedroom was indulgent with a wonderful bathtub, standard amenities and a perfect bed and pillows, all is up to my needs - made for a really good sleeping. A big compliment on a varied breakfast, hot Vietnamese food changing everyday. My wife, she likes it a lot. I would say this is one of the best breakfast in Accor hotel properties in Saigon as I have tried all of them. Shout out to Novotel Living Team, thank you Mr. Yang and Ms. Helen - amazing team management! I’d say you have such a great FO team as well, all of your efforts that make my stay even more memorable - thanks to FO team Mr. Tu FOM, Mr. Thu, Ms. Quyen, Ms. Hang, Ms. Tram, and Mr. Thien - they all are so attentive and organised. It really says something for a property this pretty large that you remember the staff's faces and personalities. What's even more incredible is that they remember you, your reason for your visit, your morning coffee preference, and that the interactions feel so special and being welcomed. This added extra value to my stay. Will definitely be recommending this property to others and look forward to staying here again in the future. 👍🏻
• Traveler52106101539 (4/5): Worst breakfast ever in Accor Hotel - Worst breakfast experience ever and it does not match the name of Novotel or Food Exchange Resto in comparing with Novotel Saigon Center. Poor breakfast with very few selection of food, the staffs move around but it they don’t care about removing dishes on clients table. I don’t think it’s worth 4 star facility. Recommend other options for accommodation
• tokoh88 (10/5): Filled with hospitality - The staff are so kind and filled with hospitality. We had a great time in Saigon due to their assistance. The rooms were slightly dusty, and we requested a re-cleaning room. They kindly quickly handled that for us. It is a good location for visitors to the Saigon Exhibition Center.
• christophes154 (10/5): A great peaceful hotel location - Stayed twice in December in this hotel. Love to stay in District 7, away from the buzz of Downtown and yet easily accessible. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Took the 53 sq meter room which gives you space with the living room with some of them even having a washing machine in the bathroom 👍

• Caroline (6/5): Disappointing stay for a Novotel. - Location perfect for work purposes. Air conditioning did not work in room 1302. Colleague’s room also on the 13th floor, air con did not work. Outside air temp 35 degrees and none of the bedrooms had the aircon on upon arrival. Just far too hot. Not great for international visitors. No extra toilet roll and not enough coffee & tea. Staff took 20+ mins to acknowledge or serve in the restaurant area. Ordering a glass of wine took another 15 mins and white wine wasn’t chilled. Again, not what was expected from Novotel. We will not be returning on our next business trip sadly.
• WU (6/5): - It has been one weeks since we came back, no one send us invoice until now. If you stay in this hotel, you must remind youself asking for invioce before you leave. Otherwise, nobody care you after left.

• WENCHIEH (8/5): - 照片跟實體有點落差，硬體設備舊，浴缸踩上去會有聲音，很怕會壞掉，走廊沒有空調，因為是Novotal是4星級，才會訂，但是我覺得有落差。服務很好，親切，早餐沒了也都會補，人的服務是很好

• BYUNGJUN (4/5): 죽은 호텔 - 기본적인 시설들은 나쁘지 않은데 편의시설 즉 gym,사우나 등 전혀 관리를 하지 않고 있었음.아침 6시부터 gym을 한다고 해서 내려갔더니 관리하는 직원도 없고 전기도 켜 두지도 않고,사우나는 사용한지 한 달 정도 된 그런 느낌입니다.아침 식사도 투숙객도 없어서 그렇겠지만 식사중 그릇도 치우지 않고.그저 방만 청소해주는 느낌. 다시는 가고 싶지 않음.호텔이 죽은 느낌입니다.

Breakfast was a bit weak, same offerings all four days Service was good. There are some restaurants in the same Building and a mall about 15 min walk away

• Verified traveler (8/5): 친절한 직원. 편안한 침대. 주변엔 아무것도.... - 출장 목적으로 머물렀는데, agoda를 통해서 예약한 멤버들에게는 Welcome fruit 가 제공되던데, Hotels.com 에서 예약한 저만 아무것도 없었습니다. 과일을 좋아하는 편이 아니긴하지만 저만 안주니까 좀 빈정상하는 기분.... ,:-( 침대가 매우 편안하고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 조식도 아주 깔끔했구요. 우유가 꼬소하니 아주아주 맛있습니다. 계란 반숙도 아주 맘에들었습니다. 다만 다리미는 스팀기능을 사용하면 석회가루가 튀어나와서 옷을 다리기 불편했고, 에어컨이 오래되고 풍량이 약해서 한참을 켜둬야 시원해졌습니다. 요 부분은 큰방은 좀 낫더라구요. 주변에 편의점 하나 레스토랑 두어 개... 전시장 가까운 것 빼곤 위치상의 장점이 없습니다. 여행 목적이라면 추천하고 싶지않은 위치. 그래도 직원들이 너무너무너무 친절해서 머무르는 동안 편안했습니다. 호텔 주변 여기저기 공사중이던데, 레스토랑이나 쇼핑인프라가 좀 들어선다면 더할 나위 없을 것 같습니다.
