- H&h7475 (8/5): Very good - Location Crowded
- Abbas (9/5): Superb - Location.

- Anouar (9/5): What you see is what you get. Best value for your money. - The best value for money. You get a decent and clean room without any fluff. Check-in was smooth and everything was pretty straightforward. I underestimated the walking distance from the hotel to the mosque. Yes, it’s true that you can do it within 20 minutes but you only get to the border of the new expansion. So you need to spend another 20 minutes walking to get anywhere near the main entrance near the clock tower.

- Khaled (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sanjida (2/5): Very poor - Location was close to the haram Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was horrific. The porters didn't bother to help with our luggage during check-in or check-out – which is basic hospitality, especially for a hotel of this kind.
The front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. Despite us arriving at noon and clearly seeing available rooms, we were told there were none. Suspiciously, they suddenly had rooms available exactly at 4 PM. It felt manipulative and dishonest.
Even worse, the room we finally got was in unacceptable condition. The beds had mould on them – absolutely disgusting and dangerous, especially for my dad who is a heart patient. This alone should have been reason enough for us to leave.
To top it off, I was overcharged at checkout, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve yet to receive any refund.
Extremely disappointed and will never be staying here again. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, honesty, and decent service.
- Asghar (7/5): Good -
- Waqar (10/5): Exceptional - Location, facilities and staff very good, value for money in this price Nil
- Nawal (9/5): Superb - Near the haram, staff are very helpful Nothing
- Shams (9/5): Nice hotel near to Haram - We stayed at hotel Al Massa Dar Al Fayzeen for two nights, check in and check out was very smooth and staff was very helpful and friendly, specially Hussain at 5th floor. Hotel is located aroung 750 meters away from King Abdulaziz gate which is around 10 mins walk. Over all we like our stay at this hotel. Wifi was not working in the rooms.
- Sahiba (6/5): Saba - The hotel was okay, and the best part was its close walking distance to the Haram.
A special thanks to Supervisor Mohammad Salah and Housekeeper Hussain Mohammad. They were both incredibly kind and took great care of us during our 6-night stay. We saw how dedicated they were in making sure all guests were comfortable and had everything they needed.
The hotel owner is lucky to have such sincere staff. May Allah bless them both and grant them a happy life. Ameen. ..

- Mayada (8/5): Very good - The hotel is close to haram, about 10 mins walk
They have a free wheel chair for disabled people
The kettle was broken, They changed it immediately once we called them
Once we call the reception to ask about anything, they provided it immediately The room has no window so you can never see the sunlight
- Adnan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammed (6/5): Good location and affordable stay - Close to the Haram for the price. Room wasnt the cleanest -
- Rashida (6/5): Will not be coming back to this hotel - Location was the only good thing about this hotel. Very close to Al Haram and shops and food places. Not getting the room we booked. Instead got a cramped room with windows full of pigeon faeces. Room with broken units and no hot water in shower. Asked lots of time for hot water to be sorted eventually got sorted on 3rd night of our 6 night stay. ( room 120)
Cold food for breakfast. Being charged a ridiculous price.
Other people’s children screaming and messing around in the middle of the night on the floor corridors. Unable to get a good night sleep as a result of the disgraceful behaviour of the children and no sightings of any of the parents telling their children to stop.
- Assem (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good.
The stuff was decent. The room was not clean.
The bathroom smells bad.
The room service told me that I had to be there while the housekeeping are cleaning the room, which was weird.
- Shahzad (9/5): Superb - Proximity to Al-Haram Price
- Romana (2/5): Personally I won’t book this hotel again. - It was 10 minutes walk from the Haram The property wasn’t good value for the money.
It wasn’t very clean. Bed sheets, pillow covers were stained.
There were insects at night.
Toilet seat was broken, sink was leaking.
The overall state of the bathroom was unacceptable.
- Fathima (5/5): Passable -
- Ummair (10/5): Excellent - Fawazi at reception & Hussain in cleaning are their best people. Very courteous and friendly. Not the hotel but people decide to discuss their day in front of your door whilst you want to sleep 😴
- Bakr (7/5): If it’s just a bed you are after. This is then recommended - It was reasonably close to Haram The room was not the cleanest. The whole hotel seemed old and scruffy
- Ahmed (1/5): Bad -
- Eman (7/5): Good -
- Rafik (3/5): Poor - Not far from Haram The room was miserable. Wall had someone writings on it. No TV remote, the shower was broken
- Ansar (9/5): Superb - The place is near to haram. Between 5 to 10 minutes depending on your walking speed you can reach haram. There are so many kiosks(baqala) near the hotel. Small eateries are also located nearby. Hotel itself provides buffet food which I didn't try though. Going to haram and getting back to the room using the lift is the only drawback of this place which cannot be resolved. Though many lifts are available the crowd is much more than the lifts could transport. Using the stairs should be avoided as there are dedicated floors for restaurant, cafe and 3 levels of parking..
- Noman (7/5): Good -
- Khalid (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abdallah (9/5): Superb -
- Ahmed (8/5): Very good -
- Hasan (8/5): Very good - Location and especially the house keeping Mr Hussain Mohamed (staff) was always helpful and full of energy
He has skills to be manager Waiting area crowded and long time for lift
- Ahmad (1/5): Won’t book again - Is it near to Haram; yes. Value for money they charge; no. Bathroom door won’t close properly, as it is swollen because of humidity- taking shower is challenging as water pressure is extremely low.
- El-shaaer (8/5): Very good - I had a very good stay at the hotel, The location is close to the Haram, The staff were friendly and helpful throughout Special thanks to Hussain Mohamed from housekeeping he was always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed.
The downside was the noise coming from other rooms, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
- Mohsen (9/5): Thanks for hotel and Mr.Hussein - Very nice hotel and excellent location
Mr.Hussain from housekeeping was keep asking and checking if every thing is ok with us
- Agung (8/5): Nice - Nice stay for nice price. My mother likes it a lot. Not too far, but not too close to Haram, just a bit of distance.
- Umbetov (1/5): Terrible ! I ask for refund! - It was one of the worst hotels I’ve been in! Such a disappointment! No wifi, no clean room, absolutely dead room and service is not helpful at all!
- Umbetov (1/5): Bad -
- Dastanbek (2/5): It is a 2 star hotel, not 4 star. Very old and dirty hotel. - It says 4 star, but I would give 2 star, it is not worth of 4 star, not even close.
Dear Booking. Com please check the facility and give star. Very old facility, dirty rooms, dirty washroom. While booking it gives with breakfast, actually they do not give breakfast. Hotel staff said it is booking.com app issue, not their. I got fooled by hotel. I would never suggest to book for the group or family. The location is good, however, it is not worth the money you pay. Everything is old. There are a lot of other hotel options in Ajyad street.

- Ahmed (8/5): Very good -
- Hamza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rasty (6/5): Pleasant - Great Location, But Needs Improvement
The hotel’s best feature is its location, especially during the last 10 days of Ramadan—it was very convenient. The staff were very helpful, and the reception provided good service.
However, the cleanliness was a major issue. My first room was very dirty, but when I informed the staff, they changed my room and gave me a new one, which was better. While I appreciate their quick response, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The furniture is old and really needs to be replaced.
On the positive side, they also allowed me a late check-out, which I appreciated. If they improve cleanliness and update the furniture, this hotel could be a much better option.

- Naimur (7/5): Good -
- Alkhalaf (4/5): I would rather die than go back to this hotel. - The staff are very friendly. The entire room needs to be vacuumed. The carpet is extremely dirty. I could swear that the carpet has not been vacuumed for almost a month.
The sheet smelled so bad, and it is not even white anymore. My bedsheet had yellow/brown spots on it, and I had to avoid looking at it so I can go to sleep without throwing up.
The shower does not have hot water.
