Otelde tek bir eksik var o da odalar iyi ama banyolar çok kötü musluklar bayağı eskidi. Duştan çok az su geliyor. Uzun boylu ve Şişman adamların duş alması 2 saat sürebilir bu suyla. Ama genel olarak otel rahat ve huzurlu.

I am also a regular guest at Sheraton Bursa, where I typically stay with my family in Executive Deluxe rooms, believing that the hotel offers a dependable standard of comfort and service. Over the years, I have chosen Sheraton Bursa not only for its convenient location and comfortable amenities but because I believed the staff were well-trained to serve with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has shaken that trust entirely. This review is not written lightly. What I experienced during my stay was not just a matter of poor service, but a deeply unsettling encounter marked by unprofessionalism, lack of basic etiquette, emotional distress, and most troubling of all—discrimination. I feel obligated to share the details of what happened, not only to express my disappointment but also to help ensure that other guests—especially loyal ones—are not subjected to similar treatment. - Hannah (8/5): Good enough hotel, perfect location - Location is perfect, next to a mall and hospital. My husband had bad stomach ache so I had to take him to Medicana. The hospital is quite expensive though. The room where we stayed had a city view, almost perfect except there is a junkyard (sort of) which kind of ruin the view because of the trash are just everywhere. Overall, the hotel is good just dont order room service. The spaghetti is too oily, the grilled chicken is very hard and tastless, the lamb chops are horrible. Only pizza is decent enough. There are restaurants around so dont worry.

But I don't understand why they're not putting all the amenities in the rooms. This is my 2nd time staying there and we had to ask someone for toothbrushes and shower gels. Also, I don't know if it is the other guests or housekeeping, people tried to force our door 4-5 times in the morning despite the `do not disturb` sign.

Body shampoo and toilet papers were less than you need you have to ask for more if you stay 2 or more people. Location was nice, easy to reach restaurants, cafes, shopping center by foot.

- Oras (10/5): Pleasant stay, up to expectations - We enjoyed our stay in Sheraton and it was up to expectations. We had a room in floor 10 and staff were very friendly. Spa was nice and it does have indoor swimming pool, steaming room and sauna. Room was pretty clean and room service was really good. There is a new mall which his only 5 minutes walking with lots of shops, cafe and restaurants.
