Personeel was reuze vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bed was prima, je hoort geen enkel geluid van de luchthaven. De badkamer was niet het beste punt van de kamer. Het water liep niet weg, de hele badkamer was nat.

- Marlies (10/5): Aanrader - Het meeste beviel de ligging van het hotel vooral aks je een vroege vlucht hebt. De medewerkers check-in balie en ook van de bar waren erg vriendelijk. De kamer had alles wat je nodig hebt, goed bed en een fijne douche. Voor 1 nacht vind ik de overnachting meer dan prima.

Waarom is het in Europa toch zo moeilijk om een kamer te koelen? En dan kan er ook nog geen raam open. Je ligt in een oven.

- Ronald (5/5): Enige pre is dat het op de luchthaven is. - Op de luchthaven, goed bed Wastafel in de kamer ipv in de badkamer, niet heel schoon, klein, geen douchemuts beschikbaar. Eigenlijk heeft het hotel maar 1 pre en dat is dat het op de luchthaven is.
- helmi (7/5): Als je vroeg moet vliegen is het hotel fijn, je staat binnen een minuut op de luchthaven. - Het was erg prettig om boven de hal van het vliegveld te zitten. dat was de reden voor onze overnachting. Beetje vreemd dat er pas vanaf half 6 een ontbijt wordt geserveerd. De meest gasten zullen met een vroege vlucht gaan, daarom juist dit hotel geboekt. Het restaurant van de vlieghaven was overvol, de meeste mensen komen dus ook echt voor het ontbijt naar het hotel. Het is zelfs niet eens mogelijk om ergens een broodje met een kopje koffie te halen, voordat je naar de vlieghaven loopt.

- Aline (7/5): Airport Stay - - Literally inside the airport. Great for early flights, as soon as you leave the hotel, you turn left and you are heading towards security already. - Depending on the room, you might see some flights landing, but since there are a lot of construction at the moment around the hotel, view can be obstructed even with rooms where view might be allowed. - Great for picking up a rental car next morning and dropping it off at night since the rental cars are literally near the hotel. - There’s also a small Albert Heijn supermarket nearby that stays open until 9pm, very handy. Had an issue with the room and another incident at the lobby with someone from the staff, at first we went to reception but they didn’t help much and we were told conflicting information. I’ve sent a message to the hotel through booking.com and they helped to improve my stay after the issues, so I won’t mention it here. We did had issues and if going to reception doesn’t fix it, I would recommend contacting the hotel via message through booking.com as this seemed to have helped. - Rooms are dirty and cleaning does not seem to be very good. - Bathrooms tend to floor easily with the currently shower drainage. - Breakfast options were very limited in itself, even more so to people with dietary restriction such as vegan (no milk alternatives for cereals or drinks, for example). We told staff we were vegan and they asked if we can eat meat. There is butter alternative, peanut butter and jam for bread. Having said that, for a quick breakfast before going to a flight is still better than the options inside the terminal itself. - In the receptionist / lobby area, apparently you can only use and sit down if you are having a drink. Meaning there is no setting area in the lobby at all. - The foam aka “shower gel” given for shower is not good at all. You have to bring or buy your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. amenities are poor to non existent.

- II (10/5): Great sound proof hotel inside Eindhoven airport - Absolutely great location INSIDE the Eindhoven airport - 3 minutes walk to check in. Mc Donald's and Albert Heijn supermarket downstairs, 5 min walk, open 24 h. Although it's INSIDE the airport it is PERFECTLY sound proof - you see the planes taking off but you hear no sound. Reasonable prices. Absolutely recommend!
- Jody (7/5): Fijn dat ik zo op het vliegveld was! En het personeel was ontzettend aardig! - Ik vond het leuk dat je zo op het vliegveld was en het uitzicht was ook mooi. De eerste kamer (standard) was niet schoon. Overal kruimels, badkamer rook muf en het afvoerputje was erg vies, toen ik in bed een haar vond heb ik het gemeld en ben ik geupgrade. Die kamer was wel schoner. Ik draag oordoppen geen last van geluid gehad, maar kan mij voorstellen dat mensen niet kunnen slapen van de harde ventilatie.
