Una mesa con sillas por si comes allí, baño cómodo (ducha algo chica pero hay peores) bidet!! Muy recomendable La cama no tenía sábana de arriba, acolchado que daba calor y sin el frío.. almohadas algo finas. El internet por momentos se cortaba, pero nada muy grave. Es muy lindo y recomendable

- Yuwaraj (1/5): Very Poor Service and Questionable Practices – Avoid - Nothing We had a very disappointing stay at Milan apartment Rent, with rude and uncooperative staff who imposed unexpected charges despite prior communication. They applied a deposit incorrectly and dismissed our concerns in an unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, the room was unclean, with stained bedsheets, making the overall experience unacceptable.

Poprosiłam o dodatkową pościel ale pan w recepcji powiedział że mam spać pod brudnym, śmierdzącym kocem. Na kanapie było już prześcieradło które było niewyprane i we włosach . Lokalizacja była blisko dworca dla mnie na plus ale niestety toż przy głównej ruchliwej ulicy więc pobudka była już o godz 4 nad ranem.

- MARIA AUGUSTA (4/5): Péssima - Apartamento grande Nos venderam uma localização bem próxima à estação do metrô central e nesse endereço era apenas o escritório. Mas no booking tinha o endereço da acomodação como Via Pergolesi, 31, Estação central. Estávamos viajando com uma irmã com mobilidade reduzida por isso a opção por acomodação próxima a estação central e tivemos que pegar mais táxi e metrô por conta dessa distância. O funcionário foi rude e não nos ofereceu nenhuma outra opção a não ser cancelar. As camas eram péssimas com buracos e pouco suprimento de papel no banheiro pra um grupo de 5 mulheres por 3 dias. Milão estava quente e o ar condicionado não foi disponibilizado. Também não tinha Wi-Fi mesmo entrando em contato com a acomodação não resolveram o problema. O chuveiro quente tivemos que esperar 45 minutos com a torneira aberta pra finalmente esquentar a água, isso foi instrução do anfitrião. Ainda tem a caução que deveria ter sido reembolsada no dia de nosso checkout e já faz 8 dias e ainda não devolveram. Enfim, péssimo. Não recomendo. Venderam uma coisa e entregaram outra.

- Mathilde (5/5): Bien placé mais décevant - Emplacement géographique très pratique. Propreté de l'appartement. Le bruit de la rue est atroce. J'étais soit disant surclassée, mais cela ne s'est pas senti. Nous étions dans un appartement au 1er étage, et le bruit de la rue était terrible avec la rue extrêmement passante, et surtout c'était du simple vitrage. Je n'ai pas dormi à cause du bruit. Le lit de la chambre principale était dur comme du béton et nous a fait mal au dos. Le lit du salon n'avait pas été fait alors qu'il était bien précisé que nous étions 3. Pas suffisamment de prises murales, notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Pas de quoi brancher une bouilloire. Pas de kits d'accueil (sachet de thé ou café en poudre...) Les poignets de portes sont à huiler impérativement!

- Amanda (5/5): Great location, basic amenities, ask for a quiet room. - great location, nice to use the lift, apartment was spacious My room was on level 1 facing the very busy street which meant there was very loud street noise all night and starting early (~5am) which made it very difficult to sleep even with earplugs. Also, the street lamps shine directly in my window, which my bed was facing, and the exterior blinds were only slightly helpful. I had read a review that the beds were "comfy" but the mattress in my room was not, it should be replaced as you can see/feel the springs (and I'm only 120lbs); I had to use blanket as padding. Stovetop needs an update - the digital display for the elements is nearly gone so it was very difficult to see how hot / manage the temperature. The shower door handle was broken and the door was hard to open. The living room could use another table lamp for the corner, but that's just a suggestion. I was staying during Design Week, so the prices were higher than they should be and therefore I would not say that I got a good value for the cost. But, if I was paying normal season rates, I think it would be a good value. I wanted to chat with the front desk in person to discuss my feedback, but I never saw a real person again except for when I checked in.
- Alice (6/5): Top location, ok apartment - Die Location ist einfach top wenn man zum Zug oder zum Flughafenbus muss In unserem Apartment war das Wifi sehr schwach und hat nicht mal bis ins Schlafzimmer gereicht. Als wir eingezogen sind waren die Schlafsofas nicht bezogen, was natürlich nicht sehr geil ist wenn man müde von der Reise kommt und einfach schlafen möchte.

- Agnes (8/5): Adresse parfaite si vous cherchez un chambre avec cuisine et sdb privative près de la gare centrale. - Emplacement très pratique à deux pas de la gare centrale. Le personnel à la réception est aimable et serviable, toutes les informations étaient claires. La chambre et le lit sont confortables, la cuisine bien aménagée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.

- Rosanna (10/5): Monolocale in un'ottima posizione e soggiorno molto gradevole. - L'appartamento è situato in una posizione comodissima da raggiungere dalla Stazione Centrale. Monolocale pulito ed accogliente. In bagno suggerirei di mettere dei portasapone o piccoli cestini per mettere le proprie cose.
- Adriana (6/5): - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la terminal y el lugar es tranquilo (de ruido igual que cualquier lugar céntrico). Que la calefacción no funcionara, estaba helado de temperatura y pasamos bastante frío, para compensar nos pasaron una manta extra que no ayudaba en mucho, espero que mejoren eso si vuelve a pasar.

Ho tardato di 50 minuti , sono arrivato da malpensa alle ore 20:50 in struttura ed hanno preteso il pagamento di 30 euro extra. Capisco che hanno scritto che il check inn è fino alle 20 ma ci vorrebbe flessibilità in queste cose.

- jane (10/5): Ticked the box for our Milan stay. - conveniently located for the train station Check in was slow. Only one person on, trying to explain all the rules for the apartment. Put a folder with all the details in the apartment would have been much easier. Tv needs replaced as it’s too small for the apartment also leaning over so in order to watch it it needed to be propped up a bit. Apartment could have been cleaner.

- Valeria (9/5): Todo muy bien! - El departamento moderno, linda decoración. Utensilios de cocina necesarios para la estadía de dos personas. Muy cerca de la estación central, es facil de llegar con las valijas. Del centro camiando a 25 min o 3 paradas de metro (aprox €2) se llega en 5 minutos. Tener en cuenta que el ascensor del edificio es pequeño. No me parece correcto que te cobren el uso del Aire acondicionado, en mi caso no fue necesario usarlo xq no hacía calor, pero nunca me paso q lo cobren por separado en la reserva. En la habitación sentí un poco de frío y no había mantas adicionales o calefacción. (Ojo tampoco me contacte para solicitarlo)
- Irati (6/5): - El apartamento era amplio y estaba a 3 minutos de la estación Central de Milán. Suficiente para pasar una noche. Cuando llegamos, hacía mucho calor en la habitación y quisimos poner el aire acondicionado. Como no encontrábamos el mando, preguntamos en recepción y nos dijeron que en ese momento no estaban en funcionamiento los aires acondicionados, que abriéramos la ventana. Además, la ducha estaba un poco suelta.

- Carreras Martorell (5/5): No estaba sucio, estaba en una muy buena ubicación pero en la habitación hacia frío y faltaba una cama. - Me gustó mucho la ubicación justo en la misma calle de la estación central central, y a 20 minutos del centro en transporte. Pedimos una habitación con dos camas para 3 personas y al final nos dieron una habitación de una cama y un sofà que era comodo, pero no fue lo que pedimos, y la habitación no se calentaba lo suficiente y pasamos un poco de frío. A demas la puerta era complicada de abrir.

- Guest (9/5): - Espaço agradável, limpo com os equipamentos necessários. O elevador é muito antigo, preferi usar as escadas. O sistema de abertura e fecho de portas é muito moderno mas confuso e não inspira segurança. É solicitado a quem aluga que separe o lixo e o deposite no último piso. No meu caso, que aluguei apenas por um dia, não faz sentido que tenha de levar o lixo ao último piso depois da minha estadia.

- Lucía (2/5): - El alojamiento en su estaba correcto , calidad-precio, sin embargo el personal fue pésimo. Cuando necesitas que te solucionaran algún problema , ya sea agua caliente, aire acondicionado … nó estaban disponibles ni contestaban a los mensajes. Por ello nós tuvimos q duchar con agua fría. Además la cadena del baño no paraba de sonar. Y lo que remató todo fue q nós pidieron una tarifa extra por el hecho de q se realizaban las olimpiadas en este año, pero nosotras contratamos este alojamiento sin esa tarifa por ello nó entendimos el por qué. Muy decepcionante

- ROBERTO GABRIEL (9/5): Apartamento bien ubicado - Buena ubicación, súper limpio, esta cerca de bares, restaurantes y locales de ocio. La comunicación con la chica es excelente súper amable. El apartamento es precioso y súper espacioso. Éramos dos personas cada uno con su habitación Estuvimos 4 días y no teníamos suficientes toallas. Deben preveer que si los huéspedes se quedan 4 o más días pongan más toallas. Solución (No cuesta nada decirle a la chica de limpieza que deje más toallas ) Para encontrar la dirección me costó mucho ya que la fallada su número de identificación del edificio no se nota. Solución ( Pintar el número de la entrada del edificio )

- Andrew (8/5): Great train and metro access but noisy - Ideal location next to Centrale plus metro stop Caiazzo is just on the corner. Plenty of space and the washing machine at the end of a couple of weeks on the road was so appreciated. Via Giovanni Battista Pergolesi is NOT a quiet road. Even with double glazing and roll-down shutters the noise was intrusive. Maybe the window seals are no good? The toilet is without a doubt the most ridiculous thing I have ever used. It's jammed in the corner of the bathroom and I have no idea how the designers thought anyone would actually be able to sit on it.

- Arbana (4/5): “Good Location, but Some Inconvenient Policies” - “I really liked the location — it’s very convenient and close to the train station. This made getting around easy and stress-free.” First of all, the environment didn’t feel very warm or welcoming. Secondly, after the booking was confirmed, I received an SMS stating that a €100 cash deposit was required for possible damages. This should be handled through Booking, where a deposit can be blocked in advance, as is standard practice. The most inconvenient part was that although the €100 deposit is required, it is not returned at check-out time (11:00 AM). Instead, it is only returned at 3:00 PM, when reception arrives. This is quite impractical, especially if you have an early flight and need to leave before that time.

Appartamento rinnovato, ma con carenze, stanza da letto comoda , cucina nuova , bagno senza aperture ne aerazione, piccolissimo, con cattivo odore. Prima di andare via attenzione perchè è necessario lasciare la cucina pulita. PS: c'è una caparra di 100 euro lasciata a cauzione.
