- Hector (10/5): - Standard commercial hotel. All very convenient. We were able to use the pool in the neighbouring hotel, which is connected by a corridor. Staff were helpful and professional. You have to wear swim hats in the pool!

- Pierre (7/5): Es war leider nur ausreichend, in der Türkei ist der Standard sonst höher - Man konnte den Gym im Nachbarhotel Shareton nutzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet steht in der Lobby. Gegessen wird auf der überdachten Terrasse, wo Wärmestrahler viel zu stark auf die Tischbereiche strahlen. Es ist kein gemütlicher Bereich. Das Hotel ist generell in die Jahre gekommen, alles ist etwas abgenutzt, Fliesen sind verkalkt, Rollos beschädigt usw. Die Wände sind dünn, Nachbarn sehr deutlich zu hören, was stört, wenn man nicht erst am frühen Morgen schlafen gehen will.

- mohammed (5/5): انتبه من الترحيب للعوائل مع الاطفال !! Be careful how welcoming family with kids - Location. How they welcoming kids !!! When I arrived at the hotel I had two rooms booked for 2 adult and 2 children, I make small mistake I forget to added by not adding my 7 years old child to the reservation , instead for helping or finding reasonable solution, the hotel refused to let us check unless I upgrade one room to suite . I was forced to pay 110 euros for 3 night just to allowed for one 7 -years old child to stay - without adding an extra bed in the so - called (suite) . This is absolutely not acceptable and feels like pure exploitation, not hospitality. Is this really how aloft hotel chooses to welcoming families and children ?!! A very disappointing experience, caused entirely by poor management decisions and unprofessional reception staff. This is not definitely not the kind of welcome you expect when travelling without with kids Thanks a lot to aloft hotel management and reception staff - a truly terrible a first impression

- Steffan (9/5): Nice and clean hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. - Nice room with a good bed. I liked the set up of the room. Friendly staff. The door of the shower didn’t close in full. The airconditioning was set on a to high temperature so everyday I just turned it off to let it cool down in the room. Waist of money and environment.

- Senem (2/5): - Sık sık konakladığımız bir otel ve hep büyük oda tutuyoruz Her seferinde söylememize rağmen banyo seti koymuyorlar, sigara içilmez oda istiyoruz fakat gece, havalandırmalardan sigara kokusu odalara yayılıyor (sigara içilen odalardan). 3 yıldızlı bir otele göre fiyatlar oldukça yüksek! Ancak konumu iyi olduğu için burayı tercih ediyorduk ancak son konaklamamızda çok kötü şeyler yaşadık. Gece klimadan bir ses gelmeye başladı, resepsiyonu aradık, “Genel bir sorun var, 10 dakikaya kadar düzelecek” dendi. Ancak 1 saat geçmesine rağmen ses kesilmedi, saat gece 23:30 gibi gürültü devam etmesine rağmen, uyuyalım dedik. Tam yatmıştık ki odaya birileri girdi, eşim “noluyor, nasıl girersiniz böyle” dedi, ben korkudan çığlık çığlığa bağırdım. 2 erkek paldır küldür daldı odamıza, oda kartıyla kapıyı açıp girdiler. Klima ustasıymışlar, bizim odanın boş olduğu söylenmiş onlara…Gecenin 12’sinde, iki tane usta tamir yaptı odanın ortasında. Ertesi sabah erkenden çıkış yaptık, hiçbir Allah’ın kulu da arayıp, özür dilemedi ya da odamıza gelip durumu açıklamadı. Hasbelkader bir yer işte..Kalacaksanız, kapınızı defalarca kilitleyin.
