- Verified traveler (2/5): En el hotel dicen que no tienen convenio con hotel - El pago que hice por hoteles.com no me lo aceptaron, en el hotel condina dijeron que no tenían ningún convenio con ninguna página que aparece en internet y que la reserva solo se hacía de manera presencial por lo tanto necesito que me indiquen cómo puedo hacer el trámite para que devuelvan el dinero pagado a través de la pagina hotels.com

- Jose (10/5): Great place - The service is A+, located in the center of Pereira. Great breakfast the only issue is that the bed mattress was a little bit hard. They were able to assist with a softer mattress which made but of a difference. If you are there just for a quick visit I highly recommend it.

- Mer (6/5): Not the best option - The hotel staff was very kind, but that's it. The hotel is in a walking street with a lot of street noise until 12 am. The area is not nice and it does not feel safe. The bathroom is uncomfortable with little space and the water in the shower is very very bad. The breakfast is not enough and the only option is eggs and fruit. If you want or need anything else they charge it.

Lo bueno, queda cerca a la Plaza Bolivar y es facil transportarse desde aqui a cualquier lugar. La habitacion es comoda, limpia y el hotel es muy tranquilo. La atención es muy buena. Es una buena opción precio/calidad en Pereira.

The hotel is closes to the restaurants, stores, boutiques, etc. I will chose this hotel for my futures trips to Colombia. Moreover, I loved the customer service. They are friendly and the people are very helpful to tourists like me. From the bell help, to reception, up to Sebastian(breakfast attendant). They are hard workers and they have your attention.

- JUAN (6/5): Condina at Pereira-Colombia - Staff is simply awesome, they are really kind people able to help any time and an smile on their faces. Huge problem at this hotel is location (downtown very unsafe area), no access to cars, taxis or buses on front of the hotel, it is located on a alley with no car access. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, DO NOT CHOOSE STANDARD ROOM, temperature in Pereira is about 82-86 Fahrenheit, and room becomes really hot they only have bad noisy ceiling Fans on the Standar Rooms, choose a room with A/C.

- Björn (2/5): A wolf in sheeps clothes - First impression of the hotel was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, all the concierge staff was excellent. The lobby and room looked newly renovated and nice. However the bed was awful! Like sleeping on a bench, the room was also very noisy because of a nightclub close by. Impossible to get any sleep before 3 am. The girl that worked in the reception during the evening was really unfriendly and even rude, something we haven't experineced anywhere else in Colombia. It is also really expensive for what you get, compared to hotels of the same standard you pay 30-40 percent extra without being able to sleep properly. All in all it is the worst hotel we stayed at in the whole of Latin America
