The AC was so loud that woke us up EVERY TIME it turned on! While the AC it was not running the room got quiet enough for me to hear someone in the room next to us snoring all night long. We did not sleep.

- Hinson (10/5): A clean, wonderful, affordable place to stay - It's super clean and bright, good water pressure, and it's quiet. This is my 2nd time getting a room from them, months apart, and same great experience. And my service dog is free. He's extremely important to me & we've never been apart. He is trained to watch out for me and help me. It's wonderful to have a relaxing place to stay with your dog. That the front desk didn't know anything about Federally Registered Service Dog's, but she was open to learning something new and very polite.
- Shaner (3/5): Meh. - The location was nice. The booking process, double charged. The pitiful breakfast, should be worded as quick grabs. The pet room was not clean. Human hair in shower and bathroom area. Room did not feel nice but I get that it's a pet room.

- Jennifer (10/5): even though it was a bit pricey overall my stay went well. - The property was nice. It was clean,comfortable and the staff was friendly. Even though the property was nice it wasn’t really anything special (respectfully).It was a fairly small property and didn’t have the amenities that some places have. So with that being said I felt like it was a little bit pricey for what it was and with it’s location being several miles from the ocean and even a couple of miles from town ¬ near anything special I guess you could say.

I travel with a service dog and it was nice to be given a room with easy access to green space. It was a little loud at night although it was just people coming and going. The shower water never really got hot - it was warm but not really hot enough. The towels were tiny.

- phillip (5/5): It was ok but will not stay here again - It was clean, good location No room for clothes, Found a half eaten pizza in the microwave, it was molded. Makes you wonder what else was missed. Told front desk the next morning, return later that evening, bed made up and fresh towels, pizza still in microwave! We were on the second floor, rooms are entered on the outside, there are no elevators. Asked the front desk about a room on the first floor and was told none available, there were rooms available the whole weekend. In the day of checkout while we were having breakfast at 7 am I receive a text wanting me you do an online checkout, I didn’t respond. When we went back to our room the room key wouldn’t work, had to walk back down the concrete stairs to get the key fixed. While I was showing getting ready to go to church I got another email to checkout. I was not happy with getting these emails I felt like they were rushing us off. Checkout is supposed to be 11 and we left at 9. There is a Hampton in in Swansboro which is the same distance from where I need to bed and will stay there next time.

- Adriana (7/5): - Great location with beach, restaurants and stores within a few miles. Room and linens were clean. Enjoyed having a refrigerator in the room. Front desk clerk was friendly and provided great information in regards the surrounding area. Breakfast was limited. Unfortunately, not many options for someone trying to eat healthy or diabetic. Would have loved to see more protein options added. Loud A/C, and it had a mind of its own, turning on and off all night. Walls were so thin and you could hear the next room over (someone coughing/talking and detailed conversation). Beds were too small. Prefer a queen size bed instead of a full.

- Greg (7/5): - It was quite and a ground floor room where I could park right outside. This is what I just sent to Days Inn. The breakfast did leave something to be desired. When I was checking in a comment was a bit overkill in my opinion. Is Days Inn really opposed to people having their dogs? There is a whole list of things you have to sign that you agree to. Then I was charged $25 a night which shows up as 84.75 on my credit card. That a lot of tax on $75. Then a mysterious charge for $10 shows up on my credit card the day I checked out without explanation. I took pictures of every part of that room before I left it so why. After initialing all those statements I'm told "it's not our responsibility to clean up after your dog". Your charging extra fees and nickel and diming my credit card. If you don't want dogs there then don't take them there. My dog did not damage while there and she was quiet.

- Chloe (10/5): Our stay was very enjoyable and I would most definitely recommend this property to a friend! - I loved the “homie” feel, the great location, wonderful staff and safety of the property! I stayed with another girl friend and my niece and we all felt very safe our entire stay! The ice machine was out of order during our stay but there was a location just beside the property that offered cheap ice for sale. It was a convenient second option!

- Hannah (10/5): What a great place to stay! - Our stay was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The water pressure was amazing in our room, which helped when we came back from the beach and still had sand on us. The worst part is having to turn left to leave.

Property is a short distance to Emerald Isle and Swansboro. Rates were Great! Would have liked to have a fan in the room. Bagels would be a good addition to the Continental Breakfast

- Kellyn (7/5): - Hotel was clean and a short drive from the beach! Great value for a quick trip. Don't mind people paying to park a camper in the parking lot at all! It seemed like the people actually staying in it had small kids and kept mostly to themselves. But they were somehow associated with some people who were VERY clearly tweekers. It was uncomfortable for my brother and I just trying to have a few drinks and smoke some cigarettes out by my truck in the parking lot, as these people would just sit there ALL night watching everything, arguing, and eavesdropping. Everytime we went up to the room I'd crack the curtain and see they were just sitting there staring through their windshield. So I get the camper, but not tweekers being up in their truck in the parking lot making people uncomfortable every night. But it was a cheaper hotel so it is what it is. Also breakfast was not great, but if you want a muffin you're good to go lol

- Randolph B (3/5): A very bad value and poorly run property. - The rooms were old and basic, but very clean and nice. I checked in online to make it as easy as possible for the staff, but the woman at the front desk still could not find my reservation when I arrived and did not seem to know what she was doing at all. I went out to do my job and when I returned about 10 PM a car alarm Was sounding very loudly in the parking lot right under my room. The people on that side of the hotel the other guests were going crazy and for good reason. I went to the front desk and the same woman that could not find my reservation earlier could not find which vehicle it was that was causing the problem. I asked her to move me to another room on the other side and she said very rudely, we don’t have any other rooms. Thankfully, the noise finally stopped, and I was able to sleep. I woke up and had breakfast, which was so bad that it almost did not qualify as food of any kind.
