- Catherine (7/5): Nice place, good location, friendly staff but unhelpful parent-organisation - Once I was actually there the staff were helpful and nice and it was in a good location It’s obsessed with money - notices everywhere saying things like “if you do…we will charge you…”. It felt very clinical and I felt like a sausage in a sausage factory. Of course hotels need to make money but a guest doesn’t want to feel like they’re only there to squeeze money out of. This would not have been so bad if there hadn’t been a problem with the hotel’s pre-payment system so I was hounded for money by the hotel in advance which kept saying my payment had been declined and i then had to spend an hour on the phone to my bank trying to work out why the 5 times I’d tried to pay for my room hadn’t worked. I was made to feel like some kind of criminal. It was incredibly stressful and frankly ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in London to attend my daughter-in-law’s 50th birthday party.

- Hanadi (9/5): - Cleanliness, newly redecorated, the bathroom with automatic bide, and prime location, secutity. Windows did not open to get fresh air and duvets were extremely warm we had to open the AC.

- Noura (9/5): Definitely coming back. - This was our second stay here, which honestly says a lot because we don’t usually repeat hotels, but we had such a great experience the first time that we had to come back. Both times we stayed in the Luxury One Bedroom with a sofa bed. The second unit (2nd stay) was a bit smaller even though it was the same category so maybe you’d want to ask for the bigger units if you were a group of 3. The housekeeping was spot on, and the apartment itself is incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen literally has everything, you could easily cook a full meal without missing anything. And as someone who really values genuine, good service, the staff were honestly lovely. At checkout, we were helped by a gentleman (didn’t catch his name), and later when we came back to collect our luggage, Grace assisted us. She was so kind and attentive (offered us water, let us use the washroom, checked if we had a cab) just really thoughtful and warm. -

There was an offensive odour which seemed to be coming from the bathroom drains which permeated the entire apartment. Mentioned this to staff in the morning and it was taken care of quickly. The window blinds are a couple of inches too short which let a lot of light in both the bedroom and main living area which wasn’t great for a good nights sleep.

- Ali (7/5): The hotel took advantage of my non-refundable booking. They refused a simple date change even though MY room category wa - Location is amazing I booked a non-refundable room for 5 nights, and I did not ask for a refund. I only wanted to change the dates, and the same room type was available on the new dates. But the hotel refused to change my dates unless I either: 1. Cancelled and lost all my money, or 2. Accepted a downgrade to a lower room while still paying the same price for the higher category I originally booked. I was basically forced to downgrade, even though the room I paid for was still available. It felt like the hotel used the “non-refundable” rule to benefit themselves — they kept my money, gave me a cheaper room, and could re-sell my original room at a higher rate. In short: I paid for a higher room, the same room was available, but the hotel refused to change my dates unless I accepted a downgrade. This is unfair and not professional.

- Priti (8/5): Great refurbished apartments, like brand new! - It was a lovely stay, however I think for the price there could have been more amenities in the building like a bigger gym, spa, common areas to work, etc. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming and they were so dog friendly it was amazing :-) Housekeeping was very attentive. The area was in a heavy middle eastern touristy area and I didn’t feel very comfortable with my dog around them

They were trying hard which was all one can ask. The shades in the bedroom need to be longer. The light came in which woke us up. It would have been nice if the bathroom was connected to the main bedroom or a different layout. Bathroom is in the farthest spot from the bedroom.

I never really heard street noise. Also, the staff is exceptional. I especially appreciated the warmth and helpfulness of Miia. The finishes in the room are top quality, including the kitchen, bathroom fixtures and the sheets/pillows. As this was the third leg of a journey through Europe I especially liked that there was a washer/dryer plus kitchen facilities. I knew that I would not want to eat all my meals out so having a fridge, microwave, etc., made it perfect. I had a wonderful 5 days staying here and would return in a heartbeat. There are short stairs to get to the apartment I stayed in even though there is an elevator in the building. For me this was not a problem but for others it might be.

- MARIA (10/5): A very comfortable stay - We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate.

- Holly (10/5): Exceptional - We booked last-minute that very morning after a red-eye flight and they got us in a room as soon as possible, apologizing for the wait in the meantime (even though it was before normal check-in time), and upgraded us for free to a better room that was available sooner! The building is historic and the room was gorgeous, modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Huge, powerful, hot shower. The ultra-modern kitchen was small but fun to cook in. All staff was lovely and helpful and attentive. We accidentally broke a mug and a nice man from housekeeping soon arrived with a "glass bucket" to finish cleaning it up safely. Great location in Chelsea, with Sloane Square tube stop nearby. I could happily live there for a long time if I could afford it! The only downside was a hassle regarding more coffee pods. These had to be ordered (and paid for) through their app, but didn't arrive... we inquired and they said they are delivered by housekeeping, so were unable to deliver them because of our do-not-disturb sign... so we removed the sign the next day, housekeeping came and did a beautiful job of cleaning... but left no coffee pods. We ended up having to buy them at a shop in the meantime, then inquired again, and someone finally delivered them. It was a few days of a mild annoyance in an otherwise perfect stay.
