Guest Reviews
- Rodney (10/5): - Hospitable staff.
Spacious room.
Great view.
Gym has plenty of equipment.
Close to mall. No nearby restaurants/eating places open late at night/early morning. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.
- Leila (10/5): Second time staying here and will likely return again. -
- Go58298432575 (10/5): We’ll come back again! - I dined at The Nest Dining and it was very cozy and nice. The staff were very welcoming, especially Ms. Christine from the front desk who gave excellent customer service and was very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended!
- 645lloydr (10/5): Very accommodating - Nice Very accommodating cozy place
- W821MKnancyc (10/5): Amazing staff and a very delicious breakfast every morning. - We spent 3 nights at Vivere and were very well looked by all. A very special mention to Miss Adeline from guest services who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay at Vivere was memorable. Everyone was always so friendly and had lovely smiles. It was a nice way to end our 1 month travel in the Philippines
Thank you again xx

- aliciamarief2022 (10/5): Wedding Prep - The location of vivere is perfect for our ceremony venue. We're happy that we chose to stay here. Everything went smooth from checking in to checkout. I loved that the rooms are spacious since we used it as our wedding prep.
- Ada (10/5): -
- alexandramF2047PT (10/5): Cozy Skyline Comfort at Vivere Hotel - ivere Hotel is a well-known boutique hotel in Alabang offering spacious rooms, great service, and a beautiful view of the city skyline. Guests like its cozy yet upscale feel, good dining options, and convenient location for both business and staycations.
- YUI (7/5): -
- Joline Aubrey (10/5): -
- chelnavarro (10/5): Friendly and attentive staff - Excellent service from frontdesk staff to bellboys, and resto personnel. In particular was the fast action of Dannielle of the Frontdesk to upgrade one of our room reservations as the original room had some issues. In addition, she gave us an early check in, a pleasant surprise for us seniors. Despite the busy people traffic due to the holidays, the staff showed genuine attention towards their clients.
- Mark Valle (8/5): - People Water supply
- Emmanuel (9/5): Will continue to be a faithful guest. - Very friendly and respectful staff. Dress code needs to be enforced on guests who show up in flip flops, sleepwear and unkempt appearance. Very disrespectful of the nice breakfast setting!
- Emmanuel (9/5): -
- BERNADETTE (9/5): - Staff was approachable and accommodating. None
- U5090IHjohannar (10/5): Excellent Stay - We had such a pleasant experience at Vivere Hotel and Resorts thanks to the exceptional assistance of Christine Bautista. She was very friendly, responsive, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Her dedication to providing great service really stood out. Highly commendable!thanks again, Christine! 💛
- Madelyn (5/5): - Location is great. Lobby area and the service are also applausable specially the concierge and the guards. Toilet needs some thorough cleaning and update. Aircon is noisy that woke us up in the middle of the night. The towels provided were too old. The pool was closed due to some event in the evening and maintenance the following day. I can get a better room with a lower price just few steps near this property.
- Leila (10/5): - Top 3 things I like were...1. The Staff. Everyone was very warm, friendly, and helpful. Doorman, front desk, housekeeping, hostess, servers. 2. The Atmosphere. I love the boutique feel, where it is elevated without being flashy and the Filipino textiles, that gives the space earthy and cultural character. 3. The Room. The room felt grounded and quiet with the cool tile floors, thick walls that made it almost completely soundproof, and wide bay windows that opened toward the sunset over Manila Bay. The only minor inconvenience for me was that some items that are often already in hotel rooms (wine glasses, extra towels, an iron) were not initially in the room and needed to be requested. That said, they were delivered quickly when asked, and I suspect this may be part of the hotel’s effort toward environmental awareness and reducing unnecessary in-room items.
- Valerie (9/5): Excellent customer service with a good price point - safe location, clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, great buffet selection, friendly staff, great customer service None
- Jhonald Nueza (10/5): A good place to stay here in south of Manila, with lots of restaurants and shopping options. - The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is also a few minutes away from Festival Mall. And if you are ok to walk, ATC is just 2.5km away.
- Stay63830315642 (10/5): Good place for family - Location very convenient to shopping and other towns. Atmosphere is pleasant. Rooms are nice. Value on off peak season is very reasonable.
- N589FCirener (10/5): Super worth it! - Location very accessible even to commuters, very near Festival mall which is great if you love shopping/malls or need any services/items.
Ambiance and environment is very nice, cozy, clean and relaxingly quiet.
Staff are polite and friendly.
Such a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
The two-bedroom suite is spacious, clean and comfortable. Can accommodate you and your friends.
Super worth the price!
Pool and gym are nice, wish we stayed longer to enjoy it.

- Carl (7/5): - I love how regal the hotel looks. Great location as it’s a short walk away from the mall. Rooms are very clean and great value for money. Breakfast buffet on top floor looked amazing and the food was great! Great service by the staff! I wish the hotel would improve the water heating system.
- Rey (10/5): A Wonderful Stay at Vivere - We had a fantastic stay at Vivere. The hotel is beautifully maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay truly relaxing.
The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop area is a highlight—offering great views, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent food. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
Overall, Vivere delivers excellent service, comfort, and value. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. None

- Audun (6/5): medium - The japanese restaurant was very good The shower was not good. Lacked hand shower. No hot water.
- Princess Rhea (10/5): A Smooth and Enjoyable Stay in Muntinlupa - We had a wonderful stay at Vivere Hotel with our family. The location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our little one, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast had good options for both adults and kids. Highly recommended for families visiting Muntinlupa! None
- Daven (10/5): Comfort and Convenience in the Heart of Filinvest - We had a very pleasant stay at Vivere Hotel and Resorts. The location is excellent—convenient and easily accessible within Filinvest Corporate City. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and leisure. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and everything was well prepared. Most importantly, the room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we would gladly book again.
- Buknoy (10/5): Perfect - I booked my stay at Vivere Hotel under my name, Lover Manibo, and I truly enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with complete amenities like a bathrobes, minibar, and a cozy seating area. Everything was well maintained and perfect for a relaxing stay.
I’d like to give a big shout-out to the Vivere staff for being so warm, friendly, and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, everyone was attentive and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their service really made a difference in my stay. You can really feel the Filipino hospitality in the way they serve their guests.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, breakfast was included and the food was good, and the WiFi was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
Overall, my stay at Vivere was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. None
- Buknoy (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at Vivere! - Great stay at Vivere Hotel! The Deluxe Room was comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, the restaurant served excellent food, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays. None
- Anaya (10/5): Great stay with excellent service—we will definitely be back again! - I had a comfortable stay in the Deluxe Room. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for two adults. I appreciated the non-smoking room and the breakfast included in the rate.
The room was well equipped with complete amenities. The bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay.
Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience. We will be back again for sure. Nothing
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Anaya (10/5): Amazing Stay at Vivere - I stayed in the One-Bedroom Suite and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay even better. Highly recommended! Nothing. Everything is perfect!
- nicalovelyns (10/5): The best hotel in the South - This my go to hotel every time I visit Alabang. The staff are accommodating especially to the FD Manager, Paolo. He upgraded our room. He was best!
- Rachel (10/5): Would Definitely Stay Here Again! - We stayed at Vivere Hotel in Alabang recently, and honestly, we had a great time. The staff were super friendly, the kind that actually make you feel welcome, not just doing it for show.
The room was big and comfy, which I loved. It’s not the newest hotel out there, but it feels clean and homey.
The best part for me was The Nest on the rooftop. The view at night is so nice, and the food was good too. It’s the perfect spot to just chill and enjoy the evening. The location is solid! close to Festival Mall and ATC, so it’s easy to get around or grab whatever you need. Overall, really good stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend in the South, I’d definitely recommend Vivere. We'd stay here again for sure!! :) Nothing
- Eric (10/5): VIVERE - Centrally located in the heart of Alabang, you can literally reach the Alabang town center and Festival Mall on foot, which is super convenient.
The view from my room is amazing. The service of the staff is fantastic, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is impressive.
The room that we were in is spacious and comfortable. We like the minimalist but elegant design of the room. Nothing
- luisbR5604NO (10/5): Exquisite Night - The room had enough space for two people. The bathroom in particular was spacious and perfect for a couple. The Nest was very beautiful and will most likely have dinner reservations in the near future.
- homera560 (10/5): Overnight Stay Review - Nice room with nice amenities. The Nest was the highlight of the stay 🫶 The Breakfast had a lot of varieities as well as good food.
- Reyrey0423 (6/5): Good Hotel. Not a 5 star. - We were attending a wedding next door at the Acacia. Chose the Vivere due to the 2 bedroom option of the Imperial Suite.
Conveniently located in the Alabang district and right across from the very lively Festival Mall, the Vivere Hotel sits 31 stories above Laguna bay. initial impressions were very positive with a Lobby that was very opulent. friendly doormen, bellhops and check-in agents welcomed us in. we got in very early in the morning and opted to pay for the early check-in which was a FULL night's stay. it was a reasonable price as it was so we were ok with it.
the room was very nice. clean lines and sparkling tiles. the Imperial Suite has a separate living area, dining area, 2 bathrooms with 1 tub/shower combo and 1 with just a standup. the bathrooms did not have very much counter space, unfortunately. the water pressure was both weak and did not deliver HOT water, just lukewarm. very disappointing. there was also no TV in the 2nd bedroom. 2 of the 3 AC units were remote controlled and the one in the 2nd bedroom was hardwired. kinda weird.
we ate our morning breakfasts at the Nest on the 31st floor. the staff up there were very friendly and remembered us each morning. the food was buffet style with a good amount of Filipino and Western options. we ordered sparkling wine a couple days and were surprised how pricey it was considering we were in the PI. the day of Typhoon Uwan they had the breakfast setup on the 2nd floor ballroom. the elevators got pretty busy for breakfasts, but, we didn't wait too long most days. we also dined at Shogun, the Japanese spot at the lobby level, but, was not technically associated with Vivere. no room charges allowed. good food nonetheless.
the location is extremely appealing. the Alabang area is very clean and well maintained. mama had some concerns when i initially told her we'd be walking back from the wedding (800 meters) back to our hotel. no worries at all. Festival Mall is located a quick 5 min walk from the hotel and is filled with so many eateries, shopping, lounging and most importantly for us, KID friendly amenities. the mall had an amusement park and a trampoline park. further up from the hotel was more dining options as well as a grocery store that we used to grab some stuff to stock up for Typhoon Uwan.
there is a pool on the 4th floor. it's small with limited lounge chairs, but, very refreshing. there is a bar/dining area, but doesn't open till 4p so that was inconvenient unless you BYOB, which we did. the kiddos enjoyed swimming during the Typhoon with sideways rain. the area was not impacted much from the weather.
Overall, we liked our stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The dining options were good, just wished they had a lobby bar option. The location can't be beat. The rooms need some attention, specifically the water pressure and temperature. They need to add a TV to the 2nd bedroom as well as modernize the AC in that room. The hotel bills itself as a 5-star, but, is not. 3.5 to 4 is more their speed.
- BummedOnBadService (8/5): Homey and great customer service - I booked this hotel as it was exactly where the start and finish line of the Garmin run 2025. They had parking spaces within the building and open one beside it with security. Hotel was across festival mall so very convenient.
Security, front desk (MJ, Ayessa, and Gerry) and Maxx from Nesst restaurant exceeded my expectations on customer service. They were all so pleasant to engage with.
As I was way too early for check in, Gerry from front desk helped and recommended options. He made it happen that I could check in around 10am with additional fee but still within reason. I appreciated that a lot!
I regret not having to take much photos because I was being in the moment and having so much fun during our stay there.

- dulceannrossd (6/5): Breakfast Buffet - Breakfast buffet was just so-so. Not worth it for a P1,300 meal per person. We had to eat breakfast late probably because the hotel was fully booked due to overlapping events. The staff told us that they will just call us once there's a vacant table but after more than an hour of waiting, we didn't receive any call. We decided to call and check physically again the buffet area and the staff there told us that they already called our room's phone "several" times and that nobody answered the calls. However, we are certain that we did not receive any calls at all. They could have at least physically checked on us knowing that our booking included breakfast. They should also regularly check if their telephones are properly working.
We will most likely not book again in this hotel.
- alfono2023 (10/5): Perfect for wedding proposals - Great place, good food, wonderful staff, and an unforgettable evening. Service is personalized, props to Jessica and Brianne.
- Jacqueline (8/5): It was good. Well rested - The Nest food and the Room accommodation None
- ABDULRAHMAN (9/5): - كل شي جميل في شويه ناموس ف الافضل ناخد كريم او شي طارد للناموس
- Kevin (10/5): - Staff were lovely, more than happy to help and serve in the best way that only they can. They epitomise Filipino hospitality and are a credit to themselves and the hotel.
The upgrade to the Penthouse suite for my mother and father-in-law who also stayed with us was an amazing and thoughtful touch - completely unprompted - and is exceptional. I have never experienced this in all my time flying and staying in hotels, and my respect goes out to everyone who made that happen for them.
I will certainly stay here again, as will my parents (who also stayed here! And I am currently still here until next week!) It is a sentiment shared by all. I cannot recommend this place any more highly. Indeed you should make a point to visit!
- CHIALUAN (8/5): - Good location, near the shopping mall and highway If the ice coffe/latte can be free, that is better, because it is my first time to see the hotel charge for a coffee in the breakfast, not very much option to choose in the breakfast
- nikkoadrianb (10/5): Proposal Experience - The setup for the proposal was superb. Food was delicious, especially the beef broccoli. Staff are very friendly and approachable.
- Justine (10/5): - The staff are so respectful.
- 971chrisjand (10/5): A blissful retreat! - Checked in with my sister to celebrate her birthday. We got a birthday cake at no cost ready in the room table when we enter. Hospitality at its finest. Good choice of food for breakfast buffet. Was able to enjoy the sauna and had some good workout at the gym. Amenities are all complete and staff is nice. There is a smart TV where we binge-watched a Netflix series and play random relaxing music in YouTube. A five-star rating it is!
- Michael and Angelique (2/5): - Not much When booking we requested a booking in their Restaurant for 8 people a few hours after our arrival . They responded by saying call a phone a number. We were overseas so unable to. When we arrived they told us the Restaurant was closed. Very bad communication.
- John (7/5): -
- Carolina (8/5): - Great location and excellent customer service. The Vevere team is the one to beat. Love also the experience dining over the weekend in the Nest. Excellent food and band.
- kzjux (4/5): Far from 5-Star - I skipped this hotel before due to a poor reservation experience but decided to try since it’s rated higher than others in Alabang.
Sadly, it didn’t live up to the hype. Parking was too tight, and while reception was polite, it wasn’t warm—though they did honor my early check-in.
The room was spacious but dusty (couch and headboard triggered my rhinitis) and the place overall felt old and a bit creepy. Bathroom fixtures were dirty and clogged, definitely not 5-star standard.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: very limited options (garlic rice, chicken, pork, swordfish, one sad premixed salad), a few bread selection and 2 drinks. Bacon was the only saving grace. To make it worse, iced coffee came with an extra charge—at a 5-star breakfast!
This hotel has clearly seen better days. Will I come back? NO. Recommend it? Absolutely NOT.
- Roman (8/5): Great hotel.in South Manila - The hotel is located centrally in Alabang with two great restaurants - the Nest on the rooftop and Shogun on the groundfloor. Nice views over Laguna.
- Kumiko (10/5): -
- Agnes (10/5): -
- Roman (10/5): Great hotel in Alabang - The hotel is good located in Alabang .... easy accessible by car. Has two great restaurants- The Nest with great dinner choices and craft beer and the Shogun a nice zjapanese restaurant. Unfortunately the bathroom is a bit outdated otherwise a top choice.

- Navigator16592379899 (10/5): Good overall experience - Overall experience is great. Staff is friendly and accomodating, great ambience. Room is clean and appealing. Birthday cake was provided for my daughter which is a plus. Parking is accessible and spacious. Pool is just the right size. Breakfast buffet is good, comparing it to the other hotels, this one is definitely better. Will not hesitate to book again.
- Devesh (8/5): -
- trishsK559LV (10/5): - Can’t say enough great things about this hotel, and their staff! Staff was beyond kind, welcoming, accommodating, pleasant, and so willing to help! We loved our stay here, took advantage of the restaurant, and the spa everything was excellent. Location is great walking distance to a large mall with a grocery store and lots of shops. Would highly encourage anybody that’s coming to Manila to stay here.
- Anderson (9/5): Superb - The room was nice Maintenance. Low water pressure
- Jean Jack (10/5): - The breakfast on the top floor is amazing.
- jeanellearyellel (10/5): Presidential Suite Experience - Had a chance to stay and experience a Presidential Suite here in Vivere and so happy that their Front Office staff is nice and kind to assist us especially Ms.Hazuki.. also the Housekeeping help us remove some dining set since we need to use the whole table special thanks to Mr. Alejandro, forget a chance to give him some tip as we are busy prepping for the wedding the next day. Also to Ms. Rohoney of The Nest thank you for assisting us in our dining experience. Over all We had a great stay thanks to your accomodating staffs! Kudos.
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- May (10/5): Exceptional -
- jefreyg2025 (10/5): Exceptional Service - Exceptional service from start to finish! Anika, Paolo, and John Rex truly went above and beyond to make our experience at The Nest and Lama Pool unforgettable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests stood out and made a big difference in our stay.
Thank you for the warm hospitality we truly felt well taken care of. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Regards
Jefrey
- Maricor (8/5): Location is nice of you have an event at Alabang - The location and room rate Choices on food for breakfast becomes few compare to the pre pandemic era.
Sounds from other hotel
Water pressure if being ised etiher by flash or other faucet but the pressure on show is really low
- michbened (10/5): Relaxing stay and thoughtful staff at Vivere hotel - It was my husband and I’s first time staying at Vivere Hotel, and we had such a relaxing and wonderful experience. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and our room (2316) was very clean and cozy. I especially want to thank Harvey, the bellman who helped us with our luggage. I had been quietly enduring some leg pain during the day, and he must have noticed me rubbing my leg. Without saying a word, he kindly offered some Salonpas relief patches and even made sure to get them for me right after we reached the lobby. That thoughtful gesture truly touched me. It’s rare to find that kind of attentiveness, and it really made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Harvey, and thank you Vivere Hotel!
- GrandTour779039 (6/5): Front desk: Forgot to attend service - We booked for 2 rooms and arrived before 2pm. they accommodated us in 1 room only since the hotel is full we fully understand and waited for the other room..
however it was almost 4pm when i called the Front desk to follow uo and she told me that other room is ready and they will just send the keys in the room i waited for 20mins still no keys. i called again and they apologize..
maybe they forgot to send the keys..
We appreciate and thankful for the room ugrade
- 658anjs (10/5): 5-star customer service - I had the best stay with friends. I commend Adeline for a 5-star customer service. She have clear instructions and guided me with a swift checkin and checkout process. The filipino-themed breakfast buffet was superb. Highly recommended place! thank you
- Mobile63174683833 (2/5): DISSAPOINTING STAY - We stayed here to celebrate mother’s day, we arrived around 3:15pm but the room was made available around 4pm, they offered late check out but it was unneccesary, once we got in the room some trashcans still has garbage from the previous guests (take note this is a five star hotel) we were also not being oriented properly about their amenities, we even had to ask them for it. Pool was small, and then for the buffet breakfast, hot choco was additional payment, like lol? the bacon was also very oily. Yes you might be having a lot of bookings because of mother’s day but that should have been anticipated. the best thing that they offered was only the free valet parking. OVERALL IT WAS NOT WORTH IT FOR THE PRICE I PAID FOR.
- Rachelle (8/5): Very good - The entrance/lobby was nice and cozy! The shower room from 914 executive suite room is not working well.
- Bernadette (10/5): - Love the roof top restaurant :)
- Muhammad (4/5): - Staff at front desk is not very helpful.
- Shanilya (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, great location and excellent staff No lunch options
- aveghaillecharllemap (8/5): Vivere Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. - My stay at Vivere Hotel was quite enjoyable. The hotel is modern and stylish, with a comfortable and well-appointed room. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We especially appreciated the rooftop pool, the comfortable beds, and the excellent room service.
- gilcyruse (10/5): BSHM 2ND YEAR OLIVAREZ COLLEGE - Had an amazing stay at Vivere Hotel! The lobby was stunning and gave such a warm welcome. We learned so much during the seminar and enjoyed a delicious lunch. Shoutout to Ma'am Angel for the fun and friendly hotel tour!
Our room was spacious, cozy, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast at The Nest was unforgettable — delicious food and a breathtaking skyline.
Thank you, Vivere, for an experience I’ll never forget. I’m definitely coming back with friends, family, or someone special!
- kimashlyl (6/5): Good experience - Staying at this hotel was a genuinely comforting and relaxing experience. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind. The mattresses are soft yet supportive—perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a busy day of travel or work. It’s clear that great care was taken in choosing quality bedding to ensure maximum relaxation.
One thing I really appreciated was the air-conditioning. Each room stays cool and refreshing, no matter how hot it is outside. It’s easy to adjust and keeps the temperature just right, which made my stay even more pleasant.
Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job—rooms are spotless, linens are fresh, and the bathrooms are immaculate. You can really feel the attention to detail in every corner of the space.
Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
- Y7846RDvictoriaj (10/5): bellman harold 10/10 ⭐️ excellent service! - I believe the bellman’s name was Harold. He greeted me with his warm smile the second I stepped out the car. Throughout my stay, I noticed he was assisting guests with the same level of care always ready with a helpful hand. It's rare to see someone so consistently dedicated to excellent service.
- Travel49837200051 (10/5): My Mom's 60th Birthday - The Nest Dining In The Sky: At Vivere Hotel is one of my favorite places to go to for celebration. It was the best surprise for my Mom's 60th birthday. Thanks to Girlyn for being accommodating and to our server Bryan. The food was great and the view and ambiance was spectacular. Everyone was happy and delighted, till our next celebration.
Thank you and God bless!
- John (7/5): Good - The rooms where comfortable Unfortunately there was a 2 day music festival across the road from the hotel this was noisy with to many people in the general area detracting for our stay
- Von (9/5): Superb -
- tomaszk399 (10/5): Highly recommended hotel in Filinvest Manila. - Recommended Hotel in Filinvest City, Manila.
Very nice staff. Pool deck is on 4th floor.
Food is world class but the top floor restaurant is spectacular no matter which part of day!
Huge Shopping Centre (Festival Mall) located not far from hotel - within 10 minut walk, .
- Stefan (10/5): - My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. I do wish I would have known that to eat at the roof top restaurant, required a reservation many days in advance. But other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.
- Lourdes (8/5): Beautiful place accessible to a mall - Charges too much at the Dry cleaning when they are very Unprofessional dry cleaners No iron in the room no face towels and extra towel you always have to go thru the front desk to request
- Ryosuke (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cecilia (6/5): - the ambiance is great, the restaurant (The Nest) view and ambiance is great, as well as the hotel lobby.
Staff are very accommodating & helpful.
The room is spacious but the bathroom towels are not enough ( no face towels) only 2towels & one face towel.
The hot water is not working properly, the shower partition is not big enough (only half) resulting water from the shower are splashing all over.
& need to requested more towels to wipes water coming out from the shower. Need to clean up space to protect ourselves from slip & fall after using.😩
Our accommodation from their competitors hotel nearby that we availed the last time is much much better on them.
We travelled a lot & I am very particular in bathroom.
Just very disappointed 😩
- jakomartinb (10/5): Awesome Family Stay from check-in to check-out =) - Highly appreciate the assistance of GSA, Ms. Adeline Babiera from our check-in to check-out. Particularly commendable for her extra effort to my kids 8mo and 4yo, giving them snacks and entertaining them.
Appreciate as well Jana/Ana of Front Desk for late check-out. Especially it takes my family longer time to pack up.
The One-Bed room suite is awesome. Thou the TV in the bed room is broken and needs updating. But other than that nice views, clean, good airconditioning and with bath tub. Food is awesome too =)
- Ryosuke (8/5): Very good -
- Janelle (9/5): Superb -
- Norman (10/5): - The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were professional. Steps from a large shopping mall. Great condition for a 23 year old hotel.
- daphneannem2024 (10/5): Vivere Hotel Stay - This is our fourth stay at Vivere, and once again, it did not disappoint. The experience has remained consistently good, and we truly enjoyed our time here. However, we noticed that no complimentary coffee was provided in our room, which would have been a nice touch. In terms of cleanliness, the room was well-maintained, though I would rate it 4.6 out of 5. Overall, our stay deserves a solid 4.7 out of 5.
