Lovely room and sauna, ski/boot room with drying facilities, relaxed atmosphere and stunning location. Was not obvious where the entrance was when approaching from the village after a long hike - found it after going up the wrong set of stairs. Not a big deal though.
- Malcolm (8/5): A beautiful hotel with lovely people that's one step away from perfection. - Overall, the hotel is excellent. The location is nice and quiet, with no traffic. The hosts and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was terrific, with lots of space and fixtures that work perfectly. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding. This would have been a 10/10 rating, except for one major flaw. The bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was old and saggy. Instead of lying on a nice mattress for a good sleep, it felt like I was lying in the depression made by thousands of guests before me. Sorry, but a comfortable bed is the single most important feature of a hotel room, so I had to knock 2 points off the rating for this.

- Joerg (9/5): Place to come back every year again for skiing. - I regularly go to this hotel since years for skiing. It is a little bit away from the popular ski lifts at Sölden but there is a good bus connection. It is a place to feel good. Friendly stuff, nice rooms, good wellness and really good kitchen. It is worth the price and a true come-again. Going skiing got really expensive in the last years. The hotels during season, too. But this hotel has a comparable fair price for it's service in this area.

- Ronald (10/5): Hotel with fantastic views, delicious food and a perfect location for hiking in the mountains - It felt like being at home. Without exception, everyone working there was very nice and service-oriented. The breakfast was very good, I booked half board and dinner was excellent every day. The service at mealtimes was also excellent. You can start various hikes from the hotel, which makes the vacation even more valuable, as you can do without the car. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. n/a

Both breakfast & dinner were very tasty and served with a smile. Sauna is very nice. Beds are good. Very actively used living-room with a homely/family vibe. Also the location in Vent is nice; beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely go here again. Perfect for skiing in both Sölden and Obergurgl, about 25 min drive.

- Peter-jan (9/5): Beautiful Views and Friendly Service! - The hotel is run by a family which will make you feel at home without making you feel you are in their space. The hotel is a beautiful typical Austrian hotel with amazing views of the mountains surrounding it. The hotel is right at the start of basically every mountain trail from Vent. The breakfast is great, the service is great, the rooms are spacious and the dinner is as always in Austria great as well! The soundproofing could be better and the beds are a bit older, nothing to worry about, but as a small point of feedback.

- Christine (10/5): Gemütliches Hotel im kleinen Skigebiet - Das Hotel ist sehr familiär und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist super und die Zimmer schön groß. Es liegt direkt am Lift und an einer Haltestelle für den Skibus, für die die nach Sölden zum Skifahren wollen. In der Umgebung sind viele Gasthäuser für Abwechslung beim Abendessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

- Raffi (10/5): Simply fantastic - Simply fantastic. Only about 20 minutes away from Sölden, but worth staying in Vent. Family ran hotel and they do a super job of making your stay enjoyable. Very clean and well mannered staff. The restaurant was also great. The balconies of the rooms had plenty of space for just sitting and enjoying the alps. I would stay here again anytime of year.
