• Ashlynn (8/5): Comfortable, clean, and easy to get to from the freeway. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. Walking distance to where we needed to be and driving distance to where we wanted to go. It is also surrounded by other great food options. We reserved a King room and when we checked in, there was no more available. The breakfast options were decent, but pricey. Two coffees and two muffins was $35, and a Pepsi was $5.

One drawback this time was being without water for 8-9 hours during the one day while they updated their system, but we kept ourselves busy outside the hotel while this was happening. Altogether, it was another great stay here!
• Irene (2/5): The hotel room was Ok, the customer service at this location gets a F- rating. - Breakfast was not included with this Reservation. The Staff at this location was not accommodating at all. The only positive was the hotel offered me a ride from the LB Airport. I had several pieces of luggage, I was going on a 7 day cruise. I would think that a $200/nt hotel would have a Bellman. I was offered a cart, which was very difficult to maneuver, as I'm a 74 yr old female. I had the same problem when I checked out. I really had to struggle to bring my luggage down to the 1st flr. When I asked for a check-out receipt, I was told, since I booked thru a 3rd party, they didn't have any information on me. Really, you certainly had my info to process my check-in?? I was treated with total disrespect since I didn't book thru the hotel website. Maybe you could indicate on your website that there's no Bellman at this hotel. I will not book any future reservations thru your website and certainly would never stay at this hotel again

• Jamie (6/5): Location is fantastic. The hotel and amenities were as expected. Decent, average hotel. - The location is perfect. Close to the airport and retail shopping is a walk away. Whole Foods is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Perfect. Also enjoyed having a gym , whirlpool and heated pool on site. Appreciated having a Starbucks in the lobby as well. I don’t like the charge for parking. A little steep in cost. The water pressure of the bathroom shower was disappointing. Also never got a room cleaning or bed linens change. I did have to request more towels at one point during my stay. That was disappointing.

We would definitely return.” “Overall, everything was excellent — the cleanliness, reception, and location were outstanding, and we would definitely return. The only downside was the attitude of one of the women working at the bar, who was rude and unpleasant. On the positive side, the other bar staff member was very polite and respectful. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay.”
• Megan (8/5): Decent stay. - the AC and Hot tub No breakfast, all though when we checked in, there was confusion on breakfast. My husband and I thought it was complementary breakfast, and woke up in the morning to go get breakfast, but then found out it was only though the bistro and everything was super expensive for what you were getting. Plus they have many food options around, I dont know why anyone would pay expensive basic food when you can walk in the parking lot for better pricing and options of food. // Pillows are very uncomfortable, you might as well just take the pillows off the bed because your head is going to sink right thought and lay flat on the bed... even if you stack two of them.

• Alison (10/5): - I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about this hotel. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was amazing. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. We could walk to many restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Long Beach area!

The driver went to Home Depot, even though we had already asked about the shuttle schedule that morning. We ended up having to call both Uber and Lyft (we had a large party). So, instead of receiving the free shuttle service to the airport, that was included in the price of the rooms, we had to pay out of pocket. This was a stressful, unexpected expense and inconvenience.

• Jose (9/5): Superb - My stay at courtyard Long Beach was exellent, very clean, comfortable, loved room and view and breakfast is awesome. Check in representative was unable to check me in with my online reservation, so had to charge me for the room again, no good.

• Edward (8/5): - The place was nice but since we made the reservations with a third party. We were having trouble extending our stay the person at the counter said if we needed to extend we would have to do it through them but we could not find where to do it and the AI was worthless. We end up staying across the street at Hampton inn. Glad we did it was much nicer and cheaper too!
• haitham (4/5): - Stay is okay, but very expensive for this service. Stayed for 2 nights there they didn’t clean te rooms at all.
