• Padua (5/5): I sent an email to hotel that I left a wallet with money and I’d but not response yet. - The Inroom service very quick and efficient The collateral on table is not arrange well., the toilet sink dirty mark with hair, toilet bowl not flush well with dirty water and the garbage bin with wet water. No dnd sign for the door for privacy if encase you want to stay sleep longer.

It's not the most luxurious stay, but it serves its purpose if you're in town for a short visit or event. Would consider staying again for the price and convenience, but not if you're looking for something upscale. We are satisfied with our stay and I think there is nothing that we do not like in the hotel. Everything from check in to check out was good and we really enjoyed our stay for the past few days that we are there.

• Amine (1/5): Very bad experience - Very bad experience This was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. The room had no windows at all, making it extremely suffocating with no ventilation. There was no designated area for breakfast. They asked us to choose a time for breakfast delivery to the room; we requested 8:00 AM, but they knocked on our door aggressively at 6:00 AM! The breakfast itself was very poor and disappointing. The bed was extremely hard, like a rock. The air conditioning was very weak, there was no mobile network coverage, and the internet connection was also very poor. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. This was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. The room had no windows at all, making it extremely suffocating with no ventilation. There was no designated area for breakfast. They charge ne an additional 900 pesos, which is totally unacceptable They scam me because they knew I was traveling, to hold my luggage until my flight home. • Blbmendoza (8/5): Convenience and Affordability near Araneta - Only a few meters from Araneta, if you're attending concert or fanmeet, this is the cheapest to book, or just randomly needed a place to stay around the area. Foods available at your convenience, package also includes breakfast for 2, I also appreciate their free juice at the lobby. 24/7 service is available with complete toiletries that you need. Manage your expectation of the room and its facilities, for me it is very understandable.

NO BLANKETS it was just DISGUSTING! Your better off booking somewhere else!
• yammabi (8/5): Budget - Stayed for 2N... Well, I chosed this because it's near CUBAO MRT STATION and near Victory Liner & Joy Bus and most of the time, I'm out so I'm okay with a budget hotel. I just need a place where I can leave my stuff and where I can sleep and of couse take a bath 😆. I stayed on their Premier room. Room is clean, bed sheets and pillow cases are clean. It's just that it's smelly - suggest to put some glade or odor eliminator. Towels- ols but clean (suggest to change them since not all stay here for just a short time.) Bed is okay. They offer free breakfast but did not avail it. Water bottle's provided- I hope should be daily :) Lobby - even when wearing mask can smell the smoke so they should have a NP SMOKING POLICY

Cons - broken toilet seat, no hot water in shower (but pressure is strong), old pillows, thin blankets, no tissues in room, safe not working. Elevator stopped working for half day on my check out day. I asked for late check out but staff not flexible and could not decide. Got 1 hour but at the last minute.

I went to check in past 3pm and i was surprised the room assigned to me hasn’t been cleaned yet. I requested a transfer to a lower floor. I’ve been asking for internet access because it was written upon booking. They keep on telling me there’s a connection but someone will still assist me. There was none and its not even searchable. There was also a very weak signal for Globe in the room. I just went to the lobby to use their net for 1 hour bec it was automatically disconnected after that so be ready with your data. The room was okay & spacious though. But for me, id rather stay in an air bnb next time.

The bathroom & bedroom are nasty. bed linen & towels disheveled, no toilet paper. (Lot of maintenance issues, no Air Conditioner remote inside the room always I have to call reception when I need to adjust my room AC temperature/ Tv channels it's not working properly. WiFI not working when my first day till my last day). It looks like the management did not maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. Especially at this time, COVID-19 more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel, as a Covid-19 quarantine Hotel Dreamworld Araneta Cubao needs to improve rooms cleanliness. cockroaches are all over the place. Smells very nasty, i cannot imagine cockroaches will run all over my head board.

Lady was talking to somebody on the phone, from what I can hear its's not work related. And even I'm already in front of her she still continue with the call. When she hangs up on the phone, she did not even gave me a smile. Not a good example of customer service. We ordered food from the room and food came after more than 1 hour. Follow up the order more than 3 times. I wish everyone will have a refresher training when it comes to service and customer satisfaction.

We are able to have early check in once there's an available room even if we have to pay extra. We moved to our designated room later on that day. The staff are friendly and the rooms are great. Cleanliness wise. I just can't open the windows in our room since maybe because for our security purpose. It's good that I can't hear any noise from the outside. Everything is perfect the food during breakfast is superb I like danggit. Overall staying here was a good experience see you DreamWorld in my next vacation

Jhen gave me her biggest smile when she greet me on the lobby and gping out and I like that! I love the cleanliness of my room and when I requested something over phone they responded immediately. The beddings are very clean and smells good to sleep on. Sonny always gives me what I am lacking on my room and made sire it is clean all the time. The food is also excellent, like - is this a hotel or a restaurant? I am confused a lot of foods hahaha! I asked Jeff while he serves me my food why tjeir food is really delicious, he just answered they cooked it with love. And the toilet is amazing new shower and nice bathtub It is clean and you can stay there for hours to take a bath and just relax. I will tell my friends and family about my experiwnce herw in Dream World and will recommend this as their go-to hotel. Congrats! God bless!

Towels are too old and already off-white. Constructions and garbage all over the hallways. I have to request for a new room but it’s exactly the same. I’m not booking this hotel anymore.

DIRTY floors ( it seems like nobody sweep or clean the floor 😞) NO TOILET paper..all in all ROOM was DIRTY and a lot of maintenance issues.. we stayed in 209..
• JoyFranz (6/5): Near araneta collesium - The choice was made because we were watching the finals of UAAP season 80 volleyball. It was very near the venue, therefore we booked in this hotel. Araneta Collesium was just across the street from the hotel. The price was ok but the place was a disappointment. The staff did not give us twin beds upon request nor did they have an extra bed for my mom who joined us for a night. We were happy with the free breakfast for two but it seems orders made were not taken into account. We ordered corned beef and longaniza, two corned beef meals were served. On the first day, the menu gave us choices for breakfast but they were all not available. Oh no. Another disappointment. I like their bathroom shower which was so unique, may son and I tested all three available knobs for water delivery when taking a bath. But we didn't know how to get warm water for our bath. The staff on OJT were very polite greeting us in the elevator and hotel hallway. Unfortunately I'm not recommending this hotel to my friends, sorry Hotel Dream World
• mariamO741KJ (6/5): Good for night stay for Business Trips but not recommendable for a staycation - We celebrate our family gatherings in this hotel because it is accessible and affordable; well, let's say more practical place to stay. Their wifi is fast depending on the spot that you'll be staying. There are some rooms in the hotel that needs some repair. Some shower and bath tubs are broken. Some amenities are not functioning like the hair dryer and water heater. The staff are courteous but some front desk officers are not that friendly. The rooms don't have much of a view but the designs compliment this. Good for practical people who needs a place to stay for a night or two

The bathroom stinks, dirty bed and linen, usual trash customer service. Try the brand new Red Planet hotel nearby if you are on a budget.

The next i checked out and asked the room of my companion whhhoaaahhh they do not know which room. I said "what do you mean you do not know". Then she said sorry it was not endorsed to me. So if something happens, then you do not know whether my companion is ok or not. Then they just shrugged. Wwoooooowwwwww!first time to experience such!!!!!! So lousy o care for my safety and even my companion. I do not recommend this, since you pay before they use their room they do not have a care after that. Whats good is you paid. I think that is not fair. Second, i think the safety measures of this hotel should be checked becuase what if and they cannot provide and not even care if your in the list of there clients having a beauty sleep. Not ever again
• lenilynl (4/5): It’s cheap! - Yes it’s cheap. Dirty linens and bath towels, leaking bidet. My room smells like cigarette when I even requested for a non-smoking room. The staffs are nice though and very near to araneta if ever you’re watching a concert.
• Naruske (6/5): Not bad for a budget hotel - From Eurotel to DreamWorld Hotel. I stayed for an overnight for the price of Php995 for 12 hours with free breakfast for two and 2 complimetary bottled water. I could say that the room is pretty spacious for the said price. Room is clean, aircondition is properly working, my towels and sheets were fresh. Location is ok, close to everywhere. My negative comments are: 1. Breakfast was not served on time despite of calling the f.o in advance, 2. Faucet in the lavatory is totally broken which did not bother me because I just stayed there for a night and 3. Shower has no divider or shower curtain that cuases the water to go everywhere. Overall my stay was ok for a budget hotel.
• johnsI3516UU (10/5): New Building , Great Staff , Great location & CLEAN - I believe most of the reviews are from their old , worn out location. For an an extended stay on a budget the new facilities can not be beat for price , convenient shopping , excellent public transportation, friendly staff & breakfast . As a side note I was given a twin bed , inner room with no windows & sleep 13 hours straight after a tough trip there . The lack of windows cut down on any sound & with no natural light was sleeping heaven . If you are traveling alone with no one to impress or entertain this is the place to be .
