- MELİS AYBÜKE (10/5): Muhteşem fiyat performans - Konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Eski ama temiz bir otel. Kahvaltı yumurta peynir. Hamam ve termalden ekstra keyif aldık. Kayak için gitmiştik çok memnun kaldık. Dağda değil ama dağa yakın kalırım yukarıya o kadar para bayılmam derseniz muhteşem bir otel Eski ve küçük olduğunu kabul ederek gidin, otel otel bir performans beklemeyin.

- Ismail (1/5): find something else for your money - nothing the breakfast was paid for as a breakfast buffet and they write nothing that they have turned it into a breakfast plate. I have paid 600 Turkish lira for breakfast buffet and what have I got for it? plate with 1 piece of egg and 1 piece of butter and 4 pieces of tomato and 4 pieces of cucumber and the children only get tea or coffee, you have to pay extra for water and juice. I could eat breakfast for 1 week for 600 Turkish Lira outside, so the breakfast was really laughable. the employees are so rude that they won't even turn on the light to their terrace, you are almost unwelcome in this hotel and our 2 night stay only ended with 1 because we just had to get out of there. the rooms need renovation and are really damp everywhere in the ceiling and the bathroom there is mold around the joints. In the corridors of the hotel by the elevator, there are cigarette butts and it stinks of smoke. Their private parking only has space for 6-7 cars, so it is also useless. I would strongly not recommend this hotel. They served coffee as an excuse for their arrogant behavior but the coffee also just tasted like water. also I would not recommend this hotel for families with children, they complain if the children make noise. Families with children are not at all welcome in this hotel.
- Muhammet (8/5): - Alt var ok, men morgen mad er sammen på alle dagene. Køkken tilbereder det selv, ikke åben bufe. Der var langt i mellem for service. Man skal lede efter tjener heleriden.
- Fahad (8/5): Me can or jan to rescue - It got of to a bad start as I checked in very late around 10 pm because my flight was delayed when I got into the room there was smoking smell everywhere in bedsheets towels even though I asked for non smoking room and there were signs in place for not smoking the first night was very uncomfortable and i asked the guy at the counter in the morning if he can help about the issue and he turned out to be very friendly and cooperative guy even said he can change the room but i said nothing wrong with room its nice spacious with garden view just need cleaning so he had everything replaced all the sheets and towels and had the room cleaned so happy ending for me… but its the people and they should respect the rules when there are signs in place for no smoking why would someone will smoke in the room when they can go to garden or outside but never mind mr jan ir can in Turkish to the rescue very helpful guy thanks

- Verified traveler (4/5): Hayalkırıklığı - Türkiye'nin dört bir yanını gezip yüzlerce otelde konaklayan bir gezen olarak tam bir hayal kırıklığı ile karşı karşıya kaldım. Otelin personellerini mutlak bir eğitimden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. İlk başta müşteriye nasıl davranılması gerektiği öğretilmesi gerekiyor. Nezaket ve misafirperverlik kelimelerinin anlamlarını açıklamak gerekiyor. Otele gelince konumu iyi. Fakat konfor yok denecek kadar az. Odalarda sanki nargile içilmiş gibi inanılmaz ağır bir sigara kokusu mevcut. Isıtıcılar çalışmıyor. Çalışmadığı halde kalorifer borularından sürekli ses geliyor. Kahvaltısı ise çok zayıf verdikleri şey. Hepsi basit ve paket olmak üzere klasik tereyağı reçel ekmek ve çay ve kuru ekmek. Etrafında parasının hakkını verebilecek bir çok otel varken burada kalmak bir hayal kırıklığı idi.

Benim kaldığım odaya sinmiş bir sigara kokusu vardı. Ne kadar havalandirilsa da yıllardan kalmış bu kokunun kolay kolay geçeceğini sanmıyorum. Otelin kendi otoparkı mevcut. Park sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz.

- Hanan (8/5): Good stay - Clean and nice hotel, helpful staff, located in a nice quiet area that many taxi drivers are familiar with. Room was spacious for an economy room. The drawbacks were the breakfast and soft bed mattress. Very very limited choices in the meal that i had to skip it couple of times during my one week stay and couldn’t sleep well due to back pain. Overall, good value for money.

A bus , or shared white taxi can take you from the roundabout nearby the hotel straight to the city centre. Special thanks to Furkan, he was very helpful and nice.
- Julie (10/5): Nice stay - I had a nice stay here. Rooms were clean. Breakfast nice and when i went down at 9.30 for breakast ( flyer in room said breakfast was 7.30 to 10.30) the buffet was already packed up, they brought me a turkish breakfast plate. Had one spring bath in a private room.. which you can have one a day for 30 mins... at 43degrees i only stayed in for 15 minutes!. You can catch shared car dolmus’ for 2.75 lira into central Bursa
