- Jutta (9/5): Das Hotel ist jedesmal unsere erste Station auf der Fahrt in den Süden - Das Zimmer war ok und ausreichend groß für eine Nacht. Es war sehr ruhig. Unser Hund durfte mit ins Restaurant. Im Dorf gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten um mit dem Hund spazieren gehen zu können. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant ist jedesmal hervorragend und man wird trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.

- Paul (10/5): - Lovely hotel - rooms very well finished and very clean. Amazingly comfortable bed. Very good pool which was welcome after biking in 30° heat through the mountain. Best thing about this hotel though were the lovely staff. From check-in, the fantastic restaurant (food was seriously good) until check-out - all the staff were brilliant. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

Hotel staff suggested going to a pizza van in a service station up the main road!! For a rural hotel in peak holiday season, this is not good enough.

Zeer lekkere en specialere gerechten, mooi gepresenteerd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer en badkamer waren wat gedateerd, maar alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabele nacht.

Delighful internal courtyard, and gorgeous restaurant with local cuisine, beautifully prepared, and served! I stupidly left my ipad behind but the staff made the effort to call me and we were able to return and collect it. Phew. I am etenally grateful for that as we were headed south, next stop Turin (IT). It was a shame that the pool was closed during our visit. A word of caution if you are prone to mossie bites, spray yourself well in the afternoon. Overall a lovely stay and delighful and helpful staff, along with delicious French food. Sadly the pool was closed

- Chris (9/5): Been before, will no doubt go again if passing this way down to the Alps - Convenient location a few minutes off the motorway on the way down to the French Alps. Extremely friendly staff. Exceptional restaurant for dinner. Decent enough continental style breakfast. Overall great value for money. It is nicely decorated with a lovely internal courtyard and has a lovely quirkiness to it all, but it is fundamentally an upgraded roadside chain hotel under independent ownership, so wouldn’t meet my definition of “boutique”.

- John (8/5): Country hotel close to the motorway - The hotel is situated at the major road from the motorway into Bourg on Bresse (12 km). Quiet location and plenty of free parking space. The restaurant is realy excellent and I was amazed about the amount of people eating there. You raly have to book a table in advance. Room is spacious and the beds are good. There is also airco in the room which was plesant on a hot summer day. The cleaning of the bathroom could be better. I had a room suitable for a handicaped people and therefore the shower was a little old fashioned with a curtain.

- Tone (8/5): Hyggelig hotell med god service. - Vi kom sent på kvelden. Men hotellet ringte til oss for å informere om innsjekk, og lurte på om vi ønsket middag, selv om restauranten stengte. Selv om vi ikke trengte, var det en hyggelig service. Det regnet helt forferdelig, slik at vi ikke fikk benyttet oss av stedets flotte omgivelser. Men vi rakk heldigvis å nyte et glass med nydelig lokal vin i den hyggelige baren deres.
- Koen (8/5): Great small hotel just north of Bourg-en-Bresse, ideal for a stop-over to the South. - We stayed here for one night on our way to the south of France. Incredibly friendly staff. Our youngest son forget his drinking bottle (which he had hidden under his bed) and we got a friendly call by the staff, to tell us we can pick up the bottle whenever we want on our way back home. Which we did, big thanks for keeping it at the reception. The bathroom is a bit outdated, nevertheless the bathroom and toilet were very clean.
- Steven (9/5): Nice place to stay - Easy to access and park, Staff excellent, comfortable and mostly quiet room, Courtyard dining area and food a delight, good value for the standard of food and wine provided. The bedroom doors are fitted with strong springs (for fire protection) and the next door room was occupied by people who were not gentle when closing, so there were frequent loud bangs, this is not a fault of the hotel, rather the fault of inconsiderate guests.

It’s a little out of the way but easy to get to everything. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfasts were great. We would definitely stay there again. Everything was good. It was a little further away from the wine areas we wanted to visit but we’d still stay there again.

Ma voiture a été vandalisée sur le parking de l'hôtel : marque sur le haut et à l'intérieur de la portière comme si quelqu'un avait essayé de forcer la porte. Pas de caméra, j'ai assumé les réparations, le Directeur de l'hôtel n'a pas voulu en entendre parler.
