Le foto un mix di reale e non reale specialmente le foto della piscina. Praticamente inagibile da anni. Non oso immaginare chi prenota ad agosto per un relax in piscina magari con bambini e si ritrova a bocca aperta

Zero servizi - Il parcheggio adiacente alla struttura molto comodo Servizio colazione non disponibile (nemmeno a pagamento) e assenza di alternativa nei dintorni. Mancanza di ‘zona’ comune con tostapane o microonde per ovviare alla mancanza del servizio. Materasso per noi molto scomodo. Mancanza di scopa o quant’altro per pulire la stanza visto che in tre giorni non abbiamo visto nessuno se non per il check-in

- Marco (4/5): - La stanza era ben riscaldata Struttura anni 70 molto basica in stato di manutenzione non sufficiente ( cucina con dotazione scarsa, nessun microonde o bollitore e pulizia scarsa) , piatto doccia che accumula acqua, poche prese datate, non sono sicuro ci fosse il wi-fi. Ma la cosa peggiore sono i letti con materassi e reti di bassa qualità. Non posso consigliare questa struttura.

- Fabian (10/5): My most memerable stay between Munich and the Garda Lake! - A beautiful old house in a reserved, natural setting. The pool was clean and and the surrounding areas a maze of opportunities to have fun. But what blew me away was the staff and service. During my stay I was the only visitor who booked breakfast. However, the entire buffet was setup for me by the owner, including different choices of bread, marmalade, cheeses, hams, cereal, two full cakes, juice, coffee and tee and more than I can recall. An unbelievable display of hospitality and commitment. 5 Stars all the way.

- Gaueko (8/5): Piscina perfecta - Fuimos por la piscina y no defrauda: es un rincón lleno de vegetación, con una piscina limpia y agradable. La habitaciónun poco anticuada. Plaza de parking gratuita. El personal muy simpático y amable. El perro nuestro encantado en el lugar El menaje es muy escaso. Sin aire acondicionado, aunque con ventilador.

Abbondante colazione al mattino in terrazza con vista. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per visitare zone limitrofe. Purtroppo essendo circondata da piante e verde, ci sono troppe zanzare. Soprattutto nell'area giochi esterna.

Im Appartement war Platz genug, um mit 10 Personen zu essen, die Aussicht war fantastisch, der Pool grandios (und man durfte zu jeder Zeit rein), dazu noch Kicker, Tischtennis und sogar eine Minigolfanlage... - Johannes (8/5): Für uns war es ein super Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp am Gardasee in Richtung Parma! jederzeit wieder! - Die Besitzerin war äußerst zuvorkommend! Wir reisten mit einem viermonatigem Baby und aufgrund der Stausituation am ersten Pfingstwochenende hat sie es uns ermöglicht, schon vormittags einchecken zu dürfen. So konnten wir schon in der Nacht losstarten. Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen Pool, eine Minigolfanlage und einen Spieleraum. In fußläufiger Nähe ist ein Spielplatz und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer

- Lorenzo (9/5): Come ultima struttura disponibile per capodanno - OTTIMA - Le dimensioni della casa, il silenzio e la tranquillità, elettrodomestici funzionanti e terrazza per la colazione stupenda. Alla reception ti cosigliano per gli spostamenti e ti aiutano ad avere la APP Trentino per i trasporti gratuiti. Arrivate al residence dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rovereto con il BUS n. 2. Consiglio alla struttura: Eravamo in 4 e il sistema di riscaldamento (attualmente scaldabagno) non era sufficente per lavarci tutti e 4. Sarebbe meglio un sistema continuo personalizzato. Si lavavano 2 persone le altre 2 con doccia fredda. A mezzanotte i termosifoni si spengono.
- Violeta (1/5): Anche no - Apparentemente e esternamente una bella struttura Non appena siamo arrivati ci siamo accorti subito dell'orribile che aveva la camera.. del tipo che ci siamo trovati cimici vive e morte, sul divano letto una chiazza bianca, sul materasso sottostante il divano letto pieno di polvere e capelli. Sulla tenda della camera una macchia appiccicosa, siamo andati subito a dire di poter avere un cambio camera. ci hanno proposto altre due stanze ma purtroppo nella stessa identica situazione. Una di queste due nella camera da letto abbiamo trovato un ragno di dimensioni abbastanza grandi. Dopo di che abbiamo deciso di andarcene tornando a casa mandando a monte il nostro capodanno organizzato da tempo. Le risposte dei proprietari dopo avergli mostrato le foto fatte sono state che "un ragno si toglie, che problema c'è?" Oppure "ragazzi per quello che avete pagato" premetto che abbiamo pagato 400€. L'altra risposta è stata "la ragazza dei mestieri non è che può spostare tutto" e come ultima risposta "se non vi piace, andate altrove" Unica nota positiva di questa esperienza: I soldi ci sono stati tornati indietro ed è così che ce ne siamo andati.

- George (8/5): Overall good. - Lovely quiet location. Cosy room. Reception was closed after 8pm but the keys were left for me by the front door and I carried out the check-in the morning after. The breakfast looked decent but I had to head off early so didn’t try it. Bed frame- springs sunk too much. I’m 90kg, so not too heavy. Maybe it’s just like this in the single rooms, but I brought it up with reception the morning after and they didn’t seem to care. I slept with the mattress on the floor to be more comfortable. If the bed had wooden slats instead, it would’ve been better.

- Torben (9/5): Beautifully located and very welcoming - I was very warmly welcomed by management and staff. It’s been a very experience all around. Located in a quiet area with direct access to beautiful nature. Mind you, this is more of a holiday apartment than a hotel. As such, it has lots of amenities to offer, especially for couples and families. If hotel is what you’re looking for, this might not be for you.

- Petra (9/5): - Dit hotel is heel gezellig, binnen is het wel wat gedateerd maar wel netjes. Buiten kun je heel leuk zitten en er is een mooi zwembad. We hebben het heel leuk gehad daar.

- stuart (10/5): Residence Concaverde makes OCR European bronze medalist! - The hotel is fantastic—we had a great 4-night stay and felt completely relaxed after using the pool. We felt very safe, and the price was excellent for such a luxurious place. It was also the perfect base for Team GB during the OCR European Championships (https://ocreuropeanchampionships.org/). It was exactly what we needed before the competitions. I'm pleased to say that Harry Jeffery won the bronze medal! (@uk_ocr_harry) All good

- Sofia (10/5): Come a casa - Uno dei punti di forza di questa struttura è l'accoglienza. Una volta entrati a Concaverde ti senti a casa: personale gentile e molto disponibile, piscina sempre a disposizione senza particolari limitazioni, disponibilità di angoli ludici sia interni che esterni . Il lettino predisposto per il nostro bambino (3 anni) era una culla, troppo piccola per lui.
