- Guest (2/5): Muy mala - Que al llegar habían cancelado mi reserva sin previo aviso, sin avisar , a pesar que se hizo la reservación con antelación y se llegó al hotel ante de la hora prevista para la confirmación de la reserva , mala experiencia ya que venía de otro país. - René (1/5): Desastre, vendieron mi reserva y me dejaron en la calle. - Al llegar a la ciudad de Bogotá y a pesar de que me habían confirmado y preguntado la hora de llegada, encontré que "supuestamente" me habían cambiado para otra sede cercana del mismo Hotel. Nos trasladamos allá y en el lugar la chica de la recepción no tenía ninguna información. después de varias llamadas nos envió a otro pequeño hotel cercano que no tenía nada que haber con lo ofertado y a mayor costo. Deduzco que vendieron mi habitación. Que hubiesen mantenido su palabra, que es lo que supuestamente se hace al uno reservar a través de BOOKING, y no vender mi habitación, sin explicación alguna. De contra, me tocó solicitar cancelación, cómo si yo hubiese desistido de alojarme, eso me parece tramposo.

Para mejorar, se podría incluir un basurero en la habitación (adicional al del baño).

That the room didn't have a coffee maker and that the only complimentary coffee was in an urn by the front desk that was old and not very tasty. I mean this is Colombia....Coffee should be good, every where!

- Manuel (3/5): welcome to the jungle - The attention of the girl who try to fix the problem with the water. The staff on the morning of September 12 was rude and incompetent at solving problems. I found a t-shirt in the bathroom of another guest, or I don't know who. The internet connection was terrible, and we didn't have water for many hours either.

- Luis (1/5): Terrible experience - Its in a good location Since the start they messed up my reservation, I had asked for 2 single rooms and they only had 1 because they overbooked and some of the rooms were under maintenance. So they put me and another traveler in the same room and they wanted to charge me the same price as if it was a single room . Finally got it figured out and since and since my arrival I had asked for towels and never got any towels for a day and a half they kept saying they were getting washed also the internet went off for the remainder of the stay . So I had to change hotels since they wanted to charge for a service I was not getting.
