- Tommy (10/5): - * Friendly staff, though they are not always available, clean room and facilities, breakfast offered as well as vouchers for 2 free beers from a local bar and 10 minute shoulder massage from a (nice) massage shop a few blocks away. Electric scooters are available for rent from them (Gogoro) through a service called Mober. The scooter reservation process is a bit complicated but I was helped with completing the form online and paying for it at a near by 7 Eleven by a staff member there.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 房間舒適 - 住在頂樓的房型，整層只有一間，房間寬廣，採光良好，略有一點悶熱需開冷氣。房間稍微有點壁癌不過整體裝潢當初應該是很不錯的。
- Verified traveler (10/5): 整體還不錯，很乾淨房間設備都很新 - 床是加大的雙人床，兩個人睡起來不會感到擁擠。早餐是跟兩家早餐店跟一家麥當勞配合的。我們是選了會送到旅館的早餐店，味道普通。這趟旅程主要是去綠島，台東只待了半天所以沒租摩托車都用步行或計程車移動。走路到夜市、秀泰及鐵道村大約10分鐘。步行3分鐘內就有超商跟銀行。如果要搭計程車最好要打電話叫車，路上計程車比較不多。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 台東の鉄道駅からタクシーでNTS250前後かかります。 市内を回るには自転車を貸してくれます。家族的な雰囲気でみな親切な人達でした。 色々な食事処が近くに沢山あって便利です。 お風呂はバスタブは無くシャワーのみ。

- Pace (6/5): 地點方便離鬧區不遠 - 民宿的優點是離鬧區不遠，藍蜻蜓/榕樹下等店都在附近。附近的巷弄也還算好停車。另外人員蠻親切的，也主動提供旅遊資訊。缺點則是房間的清潔不夠確實。首先是浴室的鏡子已經斑駁了，另外沒有乾濕分離也不大方便。房間放置拖鞋的地方看到整把的毛髮，依照累積的量，應該有一定的時間沒清理到。房間內的吹風機，背面散熱出口都是污垢，類似發霉或者是毛屑累積而成的，老實說有點可怕。這兩點應該都是因為房間只做簡單打掃，沒認真處理與檢查清潔的細節，長年累積而成。雖然是民宿，但我覺得基本的要求還是應該達到的。 另外，房間有陽台，放置電熱水器。但陽台空間算是外推，等於是室內延伸，然而地板似乎是沒有清掃，灰塵有點厚。而且電熱水器上發現菸蒂，應是之前的客人在此處抽煙。顯然民宿從未整理這個陽台空間，才會讓菸蒂一直留在此處。 整體清潔的問題較多，考慮到附近民宿與商旅也很多，有選擇的情況下以後會考慮別處住宿。 補充：飯店早餐是跟附近早餐店合作，前一天訂餐請他們當天外送過來。我覺得也可以提供抵用券讓客人選擇去店裡自行用餐。第一時間會更彈性，第二餐點可以更新鮮。不想出門的客人再外送即可。

- Claire (10/5): Nice place to stay! - Generally nothing to pick on for our stay here. We even extended an additional 1 day, as this accommodation gave us a very comfortable vibe. The room is pretty clean, the staff is really friendly and approachable - highly recommended to stay here!
- Makseed (8/5): 方便舒適 - 台東市並不大，民宿位處中心城區，往各處都很方便，附近有很多夜宵的店家和便利店。民宿環境整體上不錯，我由於火車延誤，很夜才抵達，店家會不案發短信詢問，並等待我到達安排入住。這家民宿住客隱私度高，晚上10:00後就由住客自助電子卡出入，店主不住在民宿內，亦沒有發生隨意入房內清潔的狀況。不足之處是浴室和洗手機沒有隔開乾濕區，而且牆壁和鏡面出現黑色的一大片的東西，似乎是濕氣太重導致發霉。

- こーすけ (10/5): 使い勝手の良いホテル - 旧台東駅からは歩いて15分から20分の距離で少し遠く感じましたが、ホテルには自転車のレンタルもあり、街を散策するには素晴らしい環境でした。海も自転車ですぐです。また部屋の中に喫煙室がありタバコを吸う自分にとって助かりました🎵必ずリピートします！

- O (8/5): 台東市街にある快適で利便性の良い宿 - DIY風に作られた部屋は落ち着いた色調の板張りの内装で広く清潔・・・テレビ台を兼ねたデスクや冷蔵庫もありとても便利でした。Wi-Fiも完備されていて部屋でも快適につながりました。諸々について日本の民宿より格段に快適と思います。 朝食は、「巨森早餐吧」というとろからケータリングされていて、とても美味しかったです。

- Ajay (10/5): comfortable bed in central location - Hotel had the most comfortable bed of any on our trip. Reasonably priced. Centrally located. Walking distance to most downtown attractions. Sign identifing hotel wasn't easiest to spot.
- Hung (6/5): walking distance to centre, just no much happens.. - We stay over night in connection to the Green Island outside Taitung. The reception only come when you call them by phone, so make sure you have a local number or roaming turned-on, otherwise, it's easy that you have to wait outside for long time. We only saw the reception person once during our stay (when we check in), the breakfast are left on the table in the reception in the morning (you order it the day in advance). You're expected to take care of yourself once they give you the key, no one from the hotel really stay in the hotel at night. Looks like it's a family run hotel, in a very peaceful, slow area. - nice one - everywhere is taxi - cheap one.

- Bret (8/5): Great value, location, hospitality - We tried calling ahead to set up a pick up but were not able to communicate - we took a cab - no big deal, it was about $8 ride. We loved our stay at the hotel - the hosts are very kind and welcoming. The accommodations are very nice and clean. Comfortable beds- great pillows, plenty of space - flatscreen to watch TV from bed. They have the shower style that has no door, so the bathroom floor stays fairly wet - not what we are used to, but just wear the house slippers they provide. Also one morning there were a lot of planes flying overhead starting at 8:30 in the am and lasting a couple hours. They were military planes - another day there was a couple and the other days we didn't hear any - so seems like not a common problem. The location is very good - walking to tons of stores and restaurants. Few blocks to the beach. Free access to bikes is nice.. but they are not made for someone of 6'4". They are near a big telecom tower, so can always find your way home. All in all we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.

Other than that, it was a very convenient location and there were free bikes to use. The staff was very helpful in giving directions. I speak some Chinese so that helps too. Overall, we would definitely recommend this B&B as a nice, simple clean place to stay.
