- raj (8/5): Great stay .. Hunstaton relaxing and can get away from the madening crowds. Easter bank holiday - location , views and Hunstantion is a special relaxing place
wash monster trip to see te seals a MUST . Cliff Views, Serenity Garden ,
- Phillip (7/5): Once warm the apartment was a good base for the local area. - The apartment provided a good base to go birdwatching in the area and as a base for local exploration. It would have been helpful if access information was provided by text or Email. It took a number of attempts to contact our host to describe on the phone the number of the key safe. The apartment was glacial, no heating was left on and it took several hours to reach a comfortable temperature. I advise for a winter time stay to request heating be put on before arrival. A hob light (bulb needed replacing) would have made cooking easier.

- Julie (9/5): -
- Michael (8/5): A very pleasant stay everything you need is in the apartment and in a good location - Very clean and spacious in a good location Too many stairs unfortunately
- Teresa (6/5): - Location.Good roomy apartment. Difficulty contacting the owner initially. When I texted about the microwave I didn't get a reply. I happened to see her on sight the following day and was told that I needed to bang the door at the bottom to make it work as she had had the problem before.
Quite steep staircase, difficult to manage suitcase.
Kitchen tap, and shower tap very stiff. Toilet flush difficult.
TV remote not functioning correctly.
- Mr c cullen (8/5): Seaside retreat. - Great location. Large rooms. Has a sea view. A bit tricky to get up the stairs which are a bit narrow and steep. Double glazed window in the living room needs a new seal because the sea breeze whistling through the gap can be annoying.
- Gary (10/5): - Excellent location and great view, very clean and easy parking, thank you. None
- Anne (8/5): I have very fond memories of my first stay in Hunstanton. And I’m looking forward to returning hopefully soon. I would b - I loved the apartment. I was very happy with the location, the cleanliness, the well maintained back garden. One of the singles beds was very uncomfortable as I could feel all the springs. The mattress needed replacing. I then changed to the other single bed which was much better.
- Pauline (9/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): Lovely place location great too definitely be coming back again - Very clean everything we needed perfect Nothing all was great
- Michael (8/5): A pleasant stay in a flat that suited us well but would not be suitable for some due to steep stairs - A good size two bedroom flat with large living/dining area and distant views of the sea. Well located to walk to the beach or the supermarket. Ample free on-street parking. Steep stairs to access the flat, with more inside - as clearly advertised before booking. Kitchen was functional but dated. No information about e.g. bins and recycling. No welcome pack.
- Julie (8/5): Was okfor 2 day stay really enjoyed Hunstanton - Very clean and tidy nicely decorated . Bed comfortable . Towels provided Hunstanton was lovely Not suitable for older or disabled people Lots of Steep stairs to top floor flat . Which we struggled with No coasters to put hot drinks on . Needs rails to help get in the shower.
- chedapong jack (5/5): - Bathroom specialy shower,, kitchen,, and locations, garden was very well kept too Living room, Cannot sit on sofa bed, as soon as you sit down, your body slide down,,
Bedroom, bed was asked to be push together but never, also bed itself was uncomfortable, got backache in the morning
- Bond (10/5): Fantastic Stay - The apartment is a fabulous place to stay. It is very well decorated, furnished, and spotlised clean. The beds were super comfortable. The apartment with seaviews is close to Hunstanton seafront and town. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be returning. Thank you very much for a lovely stay. Nothing
- Demi (7/5): Fantastic location, good for a short stay - Location is fantastic
Was very clean A little overpriced
- Naomi (9/5): A nice accommodation in a quiet street. Very clean. Free street parking right outside. - Great location. Very quiet. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen well equipped for a short stay. Staff very helpful over the phone with key collection. It's a tiny suggestion but a kitchen roll would have been useful. However everything else was SUPERB!!
- Paula (9/5): Great place to stay, short or longer term. - Clean and Tidy.. had all facilities required to have a good stay. Pleased to see that washing up liquid, cloth and sponge were provided. Loved the shower. Garden was lovely. Well located, a short walk to the seafront and shops and bus station. Easy to park outside the property.. enjoyed our stay. Nothing that I can think of.
- Wendy (10/5): Very comfortable, great lication, owner lovely. - Beautifully decorated Victorian building. Stairs!
- Priya (5/5): - Location and actual layout of property The location and the apartment itself were very pretty. On our first evening, the toilet didn’t flush properly, but someone came to fix it the next day, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the first night was extremely hot, and there were no fans provided, so we had to open all the windows. To our surprise, around 4am, the pigeons became very noisy and disrupted our sleep. They were around the following night as well, which again affected our rest.
Another downside was that the booking description was somewhat misleading. We were placed in a top-floor apartment that required climbing three additional flights of stairs, which was quite difficult for us. The listing also showed a garden, but we didn’t have access to it.
Considering these issues, and that the apartment ended up being quite expensive, it didn’t meet our expectations. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience for us, unfortunately.
- Suzanne (9/5): Looking forward to going again. - Lovely and well-appointed ground floor apartment. Perfect for our stay and an easy walk into Hunstanton. Our host gave us instructions to get into the property over the phone as we were arriving late. The flat has use of a large garden to the rear of the property which is also well-appointed with garden furniture. Quiet location and close to the seafront. Very clean and comfortable. Good quality linen and towels provided. Would definitely re-book if in the area. Not a criticism at all - but if you're planning to cook take everything with you as the kitchen is well-equipped but there are no condiments / food supplies and a kitchen roll would be useful.
- Julie (10/5): Repeat visitor - perfect place to stay - Love this apartment, we try to come every year

- Ruth (10/5): Fun weekend with friends, would recommend Belle Vue apartments. - It was in a great location, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Easy to access and had use of a beautiful garden. Lovely big bathroom, ideal for a family or group of friends. A Shop just along the road, sea view from double room. Quiet road in the evenings, so no trouble sleeping with window open. Great price too. As it’s at the top of the house, the second set of stairs are a little narrow, but really not a problem if you are able bodied.
- Phyllis (9/5): - The garden, how big the apartment was and the fact it was home from home Nothing it was all great
- Tomek (8/5): -

- shila (1/5): - Close to the beach only bonus To confirm, my stay was for my birthday. Since becoming pregnant and having my child I haven’t been able to do much with the health complications I endured. This has meant I have not been able to get out much and it’s had an impact. This booking was a treat for my birthday to spend with my family. I used my maternity pay to book this and pay a dog sitter for my dogs at home. Which has made me out of pocket. I was extremely looking forward to staying away.
Upon arriving we, me and partner, found out we had been placed on the top floor (which was not advertised on the website) with no lift and several flights of stairs. This was despite me adding a cot to the stay automatically notifying the owner/host we are a family and have a small child 3month old. This put pressure on my husband to carry everything up the stairs as I can not lift anything right now, mentioning the stairs aggravated my fibromyalgia in my hips, knees and back.
Due to this we ended up not bringing all off our things upstairs and only using the essentials, this made it a inconvenience for me to be able to pump as i am breast feeding and feed my baby and being able to adequately steralise syringes and bottles to feed my baby as we had to boil water in a pan to steralise bottles this has caused distress and inturn affected my milk supply.
Not to mention my husband who already has a manual job thought this was going to be relaxing for him also.
Despite the poor start I was still hopeful and excited for the stay however once entering the property you naturally want to settle and look around. Once you headed up the stairs to the main bedroom before even opening the door you could smell a strong ammonia odour. This got worse the moment you opened the door. It was awful. I of course immediately let the owner know. When the house keeper arrived she agreed there was a smell but could not identify where or what is it.
- jennifer (10/5): Lovely area will revisit but need to find an easier accessible property - Lovely comfortable apartment everything we needed Didn’t realise 2 sets of steep stairs , we had a 92 year old with us so difficult
- john (9/5): Great location, Quite, Stunning views, Comfortable beds and linen. -
- Ana (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location, on a quiet road, yet close to the beach and town centre.
The apartment has quality fittings and everything you need, including garden access.
We particularly liked that the kitchen was separate from the living room, so early risers could have breakfast without disturbing the persons sleeping in the living room. Overall, an excellent stay and we would gladly return. Minor point: there was insufficient toilet paper for the stay, but we bought some.
- Susan (6/5): - The apartment was lovely and the location It was up 3 flights stairs and through 3 doors the garden was only accessable by going out and round the side if the building
The microwave didnt work there was no light in the fridge the oven was broken but quickly repaired. The.control on the shower was so.stiff we struggled to turn it on and off
Had to use the hand shower atached to the bath.
No provisions supplied at all nothing never experianced this in any were weve stayed
There is.always a welcome basket
- Andrew (8/5): -
- Roger (8/5): - The flat was well located The shower on/off control was extremely difficult to operate and needs some attention
- dean (7/5): Really nice apartment lovely garden weather was great -
- Julie (10/5): Great apartment for a weekend getaway -
- Nigel (9/5): - Quiet and well equipped Difficulty in entering the property. I would have preferred the combination to the key safe sent by message or email.
- Simon (9/5): Belle View - It certainly is. - We had the two bedroom apartment for our 4 night stay. The front windows are large which helps to capture the amazing views out to sea which were way better than expected and lucky to see the sunset most evenings. The flat was clean, tidy, well presented and exceptionally comfortable for the two of us and the bathroom was large with all facilities. Plenty of grocery shopping available nearby. Although we visited in early June, Hunstanton was not too busy and never felt overcrowded. Plenty of scope for walks along the beach in either direction. Would definitely book this accommodation again. Arrived by excellent bus service so didn't have much luggage but suspect the stairs might provide a challenge with large suitcases or if you had limited mobility. Other than that had a really nice stay.

- Jen (10/5): So pkeasurable - So easy, no probs, someone on the end of the ph whenever needed and very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money, exceeded expectations N/A nothing needed
- ian (10/5): - Great place to stop , it was in the ideal location for us as it wasn't that far from the town centre, about a 10-minute walk , the place was ready when we arrived , it was clean and comfortable and at affordable price . I will be booking again when next in Hunstanton. There wasn't really anything I dislike to be honest with you .
- Cathy (5/5): -
- Esme (7/5): Average - Very clean, within walking distance of anything we needed Not even tea or coffee - usually that's at least a standard these days - also the tv remotes didn't work properly and we had to use the buttons on the screen. I also messaged after we left as my perfume had dropped under the chest of drawers and I forgot to pick it up when packing and no one even bothered to reply. The master bed was so small I had to to sleep in the spare room. The heating thermostat was turned down to zero but the heating came on and at 1am I was boiling and opening all the windows and had to turn the boiler off.
- Jane (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment. - Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The nearby shop was handy for supplies. We experienced some noise and cooking smells from the flat below. We weren't sure if we could access the garden as it wasn't mentioned when we made our booking.
- Lisa (10/5): Great weekend stay at Belle-Vue. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden is beautiful to sit outsid - Spotlessly clean. Everything you need. Beautiful garden.
- Helena (7/5): -
- shelagh (9/5): - I didn't like the young man parking his bike right outside our bedroom window.
- David (9/5): -
- Dennis (8/5): Best sleep I've had in ages! - The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. It was just perfect for me, and I had such good sleep in it. In fact, I had to sneak a Pic of the label so I could track one down! The facilities were great, exceptionally organized, and well appointed. The lounge area was comfortable, and it was lovely having sea views. The climb up to the top floor was awkward with bags and such but not much you can do about that. The twin room mattresses were a little too soft and squishy for our tastes, but might be perfect for the next guests.
- Lucy (8/5): Wonderful apartment. Great location to stay. - Great location. Very clean and well furnished. Lounge great size. Kitchen good functional space with good sized kitchen table. Great sized fridge freezer. Easy key store. Access to garden Only small imperfection was that the sofa bed wasn't comfy at all for large teenager/adult. Could have added a spatula or bacon flipper to kitchen.

- eric (10/5): Great place to stay in Hunstanton. - Space , location, clean, facilities well equipped, perfect . Nothing .
- Reginald (8/5): A pleasant stay - Spacious, warm, comfortable, quiet, well-equiped, sea view. We weren't prepared for steep stairs and awkward access especially for people with mobility issues.
- Mike (8/5): -
- Winfred (10/5): -
- Hanifa (10/5): - Excellent location, only 5 minute walk to beach and pier. Good sized apartment with garden available to use. Quiet area, on street parking available.
- Nicola (9/5): - Great location, apartment was spotless and very well equipped with a great view. nothing
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Grant (8/5): Great stay in a quiet location. - The property was spacious clean and well equipped My mother in law struggled with the amount of stairs.
- Terence (9/5): -
- Roseli (1/5): Bad - I didn't like the service, I didn't like the apartment because it shows one thing in the photo and everything is different there (terrible) They said it was an apartment and showed access to the garden and tea there. They put me and 2 children on the 3rd floor and when I rented it I said I had two children and even so they threw us in a prison at the top where I couldn't even see the garden through the window and not to mention that they offer sky and internet and nothing works. My children didn't want to stay there for even 1 day and I rented it for 3 days.
- Judith (8/5): -
- Sandra (9/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): Clean excellent ease to access and get information comfortable good amenities - Ease of booking
Excellent communication Be nice to have a pint milk and couple that’s as a welcome
- Kim (9/5): A lovely break away Thank You. - We liked the easy ground floor access especially with reduced mobility issues & the option of using the back kitchen door also if necessary.
The flat was very clean with a good layout, lighting was good, kitchen well equipped with everything one would need.
The garden is beautiful.
The TV was good with Freeview, the fire gave a cosy homely feeling, heating was very easy to use. Decor was lovely.
Beds were comfortable & bathroom was lovely.
Emma the cleaner was very helpful.
Perfect location to the small corner shop & only a ten minute stroll to the seafront & town.
Thank you Sandra & staff for a lovely visit we shall return. Not a dislike by any means, but It would have been an advantage to have had a grab rail in the shower for those with mobility issues as the accessibility to the flat & layout is perfect & so suitable for those with reduced mobility or disability, one of our party is 83 with very reduced mobility & although It didn't impact our stay, she just didn't feel safe enough to use it, but we improvised & got around it.
It's just more of an observation & a suggestion for consideration which could make it easier & safer for future guests with reduced mobility.
- Ewelina (10/5): -
- Paul (8/5): Great accommodation for Hunstanton and beyond - Clean, spacious and good access to the town and beach.
- Man78jit (7/5): Sunny Hunny home - Excellent location for the promenade and bus stops. Norfolk Coastal Walk is within easy reach. Local shop was a minutes walk away. House had everything needed for the stay, including oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, drying clothes rack, iron and ironing board and TV. I would suggest having a tiled area next to the door to put wet shoes. I was considerate and used a carrier bag to put my hiking boots on after walking in the rain but others might not and with cream carpets it would be a shame to have muddy footprints all over them. An ok stay... a few little tweaks would make this perfect. When I got there someone had used the loo and not flushed it. The top of the loo flush was broken. The beds are too soft so not very comfy. There was no fan and it got hot in the bedroom. No where to leave wet shoes/jackets. Once the payment has been taken for the stay, I think the key box security code should be emailed. Was a bit unnecessary making me call two people to get the code when you had already taken the money for the booking. I know it's self catering but a few little essentials added like tea and coffee would have been nice.

- Sheila (10/5): Most enjoyable - We stayed in the ground floor apartment. The twin beds were comfortable with good quality bedding. The kitchen was well equipped and access to the property upon arrival was smooth. Lovely garden area. We have no complaints
- Barbara (6/5): - Location good - clean and spacious Contacting staff on arrival not very good - a welcome pack would of been nice - flush on toilet broken, kept coming off
- Denise (7/5): - Lovely large apartment with parking on the road outside the property. Well placed for both Old and New Hunstanton. Due to the apartment being at the top a fan would have been nice. On arrival we were told to ring the mobile number when outside the property. This we did but phone went to voicemail. After 2 calls I rang the landline number which was answered and we were soon in. The next day we had an issue with the shower, it wouldn't turn off. So made a call which was answered and the owner came out. We were told the maintenance man had a day off but would be there the next day. There wasn't anymore contact from the owner about the shower, so we didn't dare try to use it incase it hadn't been fixed. A phone call would have been appreciated.
- keith (10/5): Very enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone. - The apartment was within a ten minute walk of the town, with a small shop nearby. We didn't cook while we were there, but the cupboards contained everything you'd need. The beds were very comfy, we would definitely stay here again. We were very happy with everything.
- Annaliese (10/5): - Fantastic apartment & brilliant location
- Jemma (10/5): - Loved the location, so clean, everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, lovely views, fab staff Nothing at all!
- Janet (9/5): - Convenient for beach and centre.
Well equipped , clean, bright and spacious. The stairs and that we had to go out front to get into the garden.
- Karen (6/5): Overall enjoyed stay however would not return due to stairs and wouldn't recommend. - Nice quiet location with easy parking
Very close to the beach and in walking distance Very steep stairs up into the attic top floor flat.
Dining chairs all very dirty and stained which considering the cost per night was not acceptable.
Kitchen sink bowl extremely grubby, dirty and split and belongs in the bin.
No information in welcome folder on where to dispose of rubbish.
Internet poor.
- Louise (9/5): Very clean ,nice and cool in hot weather, good place to stay - It was very clean . Near to town 5-6 minutes walk away.it had two televisions one in bedroom one in lounge .Out side was very clean and tidy. Had a lovely time and comfortable beds. I think the show needs a bit more sealant in corner as it leaked a little on to black floor tile but didn’t bother me enough. I don’t want the property to get damp so needs doing .(I’m a builder)
- Jayne (9/5): - Great location with a view of the sea from the main bedroom and a few minutes walk from the beach and amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to park on the road outside. Would certainly return. The instructions said to ring a lady on a number on arrival to get a door code but when I rang the number a man answered and said the lady was elsewhere. At first he asked me to ring another number, but then said he would ask her to ring me. I did not get a call, but fortunately a lady turned up at that moment who said she was the cleaner. She was very helpful, and gave us access and the code, but it could have been difficult if she had not arrived coincidentally at that moment. Also she arrived as we were leaving so we handed the key back to her, but it was unclear what the arrangement should have been. The apartment was advertised with a parking space, but it was unclear where the space was and there was another car on the drive at the side of the building. It did not matter as parking was unrestricted on a quiet road outside. None of this interfered with our enjoyment, but communication could have been a bit clearer.
- Alexandra (8/5): -
- Jonathon (10/5): -
- Kelly (10/5): - Lovely clean apartment, beautiful garden great location.
Would book again Booking pages are a bit confusing as pictures of both apartments were shown. I thought I booked the 2 bed apartment, but had booked the one bed. It didn't matter as the one bed has a comfy sofa bed and is very spacious.
- Richard (9/5): the apartment was clean and spacious. the lack of wi-fi did not spoil our stay. - the location was great. the road was very quiet. just a 5 minute walk from the shops and beach The lack of Wi-Fi was annoying. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and unfortunately the signal did not reach. Changing the channel on the TV in the lounge was a challenge. The TV in the main bedroom probably needs replacing.
- Kathryn (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again but not with a toddler in tow. - Very spacious property that was very clean and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable with beautifully clean fresh linen. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even though we were aware there were stairs to the apartment they were fairly narrow in places. Getting luggage up was a bit difficult especially with having a toddler with us. The stairs were also open from the landing so a stair gate would have been useful for us.
- Heather (8/5): Had a really enjoyable stay would stay there again if we return to Hunstanton - The location was excellent. The garden was lovely Nothing to dislike.
