- Elliott-Smith (8/5): Shabby chic! - Amazing location with the Arc de Triomph right on your doorstep. Also the Metro located about 20 metres from the hotel made it very easy to get around. The hotel has a delightful old world feel. Our room was small and sparsely decorated but with a lovely, large bathroom. The room was accessed with an old fashioned key which was quite tricky to work, also the lift and passage ways are very small and narrow which may not suit people with mobility issues

El lugar transmite una calidez especial y está decorado con un estilo que te sumerge de lleno en la experiencia parisina. Las camas resultaron muy cómodas, las habitaciones impecables y la atención fue de primera. En particular, David de recepción estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo una cuadra del Arco de Triunfo y del metro, lo que facilita moverse por toda la ciudad, incluso llegar al aeropuerto sin complicaciones.

De plus, il faut payer 30 € supplémentaires si une personne vous accompagne. Et sans oublié les serviettes trop vieux.

Cleaning is not bad, but not as described. The staff were really nice though. Anyway, the next time we won't choose this hotel. Not clean and qualified as written on booking. The only 2 things that was definetely good were its location and the politeness of the staff.

- Sorakha (10/5): A magnificent stay in Paris! - The location is exceptionally fantastic, the balcony is luxurious for Paris especially the view of Arc de Triomphe and the tip of Eiffel Tower. It is is meters from Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro Station & breakfast available at the hotel or just walk to Le Drugstore on Avenue des Champs-Elysees. Inconsistency with quality of towels, and when i ask for a knife for peeling and cutting an apple, i got a cheap.plastic knife - that is no way 4**** Hotel to me.

- Amal (10/5): - J’ai eu un vrai coup de cœur pour Hôtel Belfast. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La propreté est irréprochable, rien à redire. La vue est tout simplement magnifique, avec un panorama sur l’Arc de Triomphe et la Tour Eiffel — un vrai plus ! Le lit est très confortable, la chambre bien équipée avec une jolie télévision, et le bain chaud est parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée. Bref, une excellente expérience que je recommande vivement La baignoire ne marche pas

- Melissa (10/5): - Very easy to get to from the airport using the trains, I was able to walk with my bags to the door of the hotel easily. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had undergone a lovely renovation and was in great condition.

The rooms weren't soundproof like they claimed, and you were able to hear everything from other rooms including other buildings. The door would shake everytime there was movement outside and there was only 1 socket that we were able to use with our adapter as the ones by the bedside weren't suitable.

- Sarah (10/5): Great little hotel in the heart of Paris. - The hotel is in a fantastic location, the road it's on is quiet street for such a busy area. The hotel is spotless, the staff at the front desk and the housekeepers are absolutely lovely accommodating and very friendly people. The room is a little small but I have no issue with this, it's Paris but the room has everything you need and is spotless, the best and pillows are very comfortable. The view or the arc de triompe and eiffel tour right outside your window. The metro Charles de Gaulle etoille is outside the door. There are multiple restaurants, supermarkets and a takeaway on the street next door and across the road from the hotel. The value for money of this hotel is very good. Very affordable for what you get. It's a traditional Parisian hotel not the Ritz but a very friendly, clean hotel in a very good location where you can access the whole of Paris very easily. I would recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again. No issues

- Rikako (8/5): 景色が素晴らしかったです。 - なにより1番はバルコニーからの眺めです。凱旋門がとても綺麗に見えます。年越しの際には花火を見ることもできます。内装もプリンセスが住むような感じで可愛らしかったです。部屋も清潔感がありました。お土産のキーホルダーやお菓子も可愛かったです。 鍵が古いためか開け閉めに手こずりました。コンセントの数は少なめです。私の部屋はシャワーとバスタブが一緒になっていたので洗いにくかったです。共用廊下は時間が経つと電気が消えるので、自分たちでONにする必要があります。ホテル周辺でスリにあったので、夜に出歩く際には気をつけなければいけません。

- MADER (1/5): Sadece konumu ve banyosu güzeldi ama ekstra para öderseniz - Tesisin sadece konumunu beğendim oldukça eski bir bina artık yenilenmeli ayrıca standart oda diye verdikleri o da boşluğa bakan ve boşluğun içinde perihan pisliğin olduğu bir alan ekstra ücret ödemek zorunda kaldım daha iyi bir odada kalabilmek için fotoğrafların hepsi kandırmaca
- Olga_S_Ukr (4/5): Це не 4-х зірковий готель, максимум 3-х зірковий - Гарне розташування, близько до Тріумфальної Арки. 1. Персонал: лише Майк гарно спілкувався англійською і був дуже любʼязним. Решта дуже складно добирали слів. 2. Номер дуже маленький, розеток дуже мало. Біля ліжка немає жодної (!) розетки чи тумбочки. Натомість є дві шафи, у яких внизу є розетка, це дуже незручно. 3. Дуже мало вішалок для одягу. 4. Гель для душу та шампунь не оновлюють - треба ходити на ресепшн та кожен раз просити. 5. Підлога дуже скрипить. Дуже велика чутність - через скрипучу підлогу чула кожен крок сусідів і не могла нормально спати. 6. Ключ від номеру треба кожен раз здавати. Ключ старий і замок до кімнати теж. З першого разу не завжди вдавалось відкрити кімнату. 7. Дзеркало висить дуже високо у ванній кімнаті. Я невеликого зросту (167 см) і мені потрібно було ставати навшпиньки, щоби побачити своє обличчя. Загалом, не зрозуміло, чому цей готель отримав 4 зірки. Я б поставила максимум 3.
- YOSHIKO (10/5): 旅行最終日で最高でした。 - 凱旋門が見える部屋を指定したので、眺めは最高でした。 部屋の鍵が開けにくかったです。でもこれもヨーロッパぽいって思いました。

- Neshat (3/5): - hotel it was very close to everything i wanted to visit i can walk instead getting transportation . I booked the room double bed for me and my wife also incluse breacfast & free shuttle from airport to hotel and back, when i checked in non of those it was included i have to pay extra for everything , also when i checked in they didnt give me all keys including safe box only key for the entry door , i had to go back downstairs to get key for the safe box very disappointed
