• Victoria (7/5): Hotel funcional para dormir cerca del centro - Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue su localización ya que a justo dos minutos se encuentra la parada de tren que te conecta con el aeropuerto.Además, se encuentra a unos 12 minutos andando de la plaza central.También, el último día pudimos dejar las maletas en recepción tras hacer el check out.El personal es educado y servicial. Entre los aspectos negativos destacaría que la habitación tiene la calefacción centralizada teniéndola muy alta por lo que pasamos bastante calor.Además, tenía una pequeña nevera que no enfriaba lo suficiente así como nos tocó pedir un secador porque no nos lo pusieron el primer día siendo este baja potencia.El segundo día pedimos que nos hicieran la habitación ya que si no lo pides el día anterior no te la hacen.Nos dejaron las toallas limpias y nos vaciaron las papeleras pero no nos hicieron la cama y el suelo lo dejaron sucio.El hotel no cuenta con ascensor.La habitación no cuenta con demasiados enchufes.También las puertas de la ducha no acababan de cerrar por lo que el agua se salía mojando el suelo.

Couldn't leave the windows open when - Very disappointed.Dirty, rundown, not mobility friendly. Couldn't sleep for trains and people coming in and out. Street cleaning machine at 3am. Shower door off hinges, broken bin, safe not working,tv not working, general maintenance not good.
• eilidhm723 (2/5): Worst hotel we’ve visited - Honestly the worst hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Location was good in terms of walking - near to the city centre/food spots etc. however, the hotel is next to a train line which was noisy and did keep us awake. The hotel unfortunately was surrounded by graffiti and in a rather run down area that didn’t feel the safest. The hotel itself was also rather run down, definitely in need of some fresh paint and a new carpet! Our room also came with a big free dead bug on the back of the door - hard to miss in terms of room cleaning! The room was mismatched and worn out. Cleanliness not up to scratch at all. You did have to ask reception if you wanted your room cleaned/fresh towels etc. Didn’t sleep much at all during our stay as the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, we kept waking up with sore backs! The noise was awful too - next to a train line, a ground floor room where you could hear the main door to the hotel opening and closing at all times of the night, people stomping up the stairs, suitcases being hauled, all conversations could be heard too. The WiFi also didn’t reach our room - even though we were the closest room to reception. Hotel staff were friendly and did try to solve some issues - they were able to give us earplugs which did allow us some broken sleep in the end.

Likte ikke att vi måtte gå i 10 min for frokost på eit anna hotell (det gjorde litt opp att frokosten var ganske ok, egen omelett/eggerørekokk,luksus😍 Ødelagt og tapet dusj 🙃 om vi tok normalt trykk på dusjen sto dusjstrålen opp i taket,vi måtte derfor holde dusjen🙃🥺

Entering the front door you are met with the stench of fried food (possibly fish) that permeates the whole building! The filthy heavily stained carpets lead up the dirty staircase to various dirty rubbish bag & dirty linen bags piled about the corridors, left for days on end (we endured 3 nights), It’s an old building that could be beautiful but it’s neglected, cracked, chipped, dirty painted doors & skirtings, stains up the walls, The room was awful, dirty, tired, Mis matched furniture, heavily stained with cigarette burns, every piece is either chipped, cracked, stained or damaged in some way! The tv didn’t work, the room safe didn’t work, The bathroom was grimy, dirty shower tray, chipped, cracked wall & floor tiles, broken toilet seat, someone else’s personal waste in toilet bin,! TUI use this property so BUYER BE AWARE!

• Benigna (8/5): - Die Nähe zu sowohl Altstadt als auch Kazimierz war für uns, die wir nur einen knappen Tag in Krakau sein konnten, ideal. Sehr praktisch, wenn auch nicht kostengünstig, war der privat bewachte Parkplatz direkt unterm Zimmerfenster. Wenn man mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen gewohnt ist, können die in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbeifahrenden Züge stören.

• annefD7095SD (6/5): Great location - Great location. Just off main street and 10 minutes walk to excellent restaurants. Julia on reception was very friendly, always had a smile and she was really helpful. It could be excellent but it needs the hallways painted and it needs new carpets and more attention to detail. The lower floor is in really shabby condition but on the plus side there was new carpet down there waiting to be fitted. Our room was tidy and clean and warm but again a little in need of tlc. WiFi comes and goes. You need to ask the night before if you want your room cleaned. If you have mobility issues its not for you, we were on 3rd floor which if you count the stairs to the reception area was 7 flights in total as there are no lifts. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food. I would stay again if it got a revamp. The pictures on their website are obviously a few years out of date. It was good value for money. Make sure you add a name to your bags for storage, bags could be more securely stored as n my opinion. Overall I'd give it 2.5 out of 5

Wszędzie blisko, można spokojnie przejsc spacerkiem na Wawel czy na kosciol Mariacki i Sukiennice bądź skorzystać z pobliskiej komunikacji publicznej. Firany i zaslony- początek sezonu a one nadal pamiętają poprzedni sezon. Szkoda ze śniadania są w innym miejscu

Personale disponibile e cosa molto importante sono sempre presenti anche di notte. Per chi non è abituato alla mattina alle 5 la luce solare entra nella stanza nonostante le tende.

• Simona (1/5): - blizko centra Nedávam nikdy recenzie ale sem musim. Hotel aj izba v hroznom stave za tie peniaze si predstavujem niečo lepšie. Špinavá kúpelna, smrad. Postel ledva držala pokope aj pradlo postelné rozrhané. Koberce už teda niečo zažili treba vymeniť vyčistiť. Izba nezodpovedala fotkám, chladnička nefunkčná zastrčka visela zo streny. Za mňa velké sklamanie. Škoda že aj raňajky 750m inde ale tie boli chutné.

• PALMOAUTO (4/5): Leone ApartHotel - On arrival to this hotel the location and surrounding buildings attached were very run down and full of graffiti which doesn’t look very welcoming at all. The first thing you see on opening the front door to the hotel is “STAIRS”leading to a very small reception area at the bottom of more STAIRS! The hotel receptionists were ok but not very welcoming or friendly. We asked about breakfast and was told they don’t provide it and we had to go to a different hotel which was a fifteen minute walk away. Then we had to climb a further 4 sets of “STAIRS” to get to our room as there wasn’t a lift. The staircase looked like it could all do with a dam good clean. We are a couple in our late sixties so it was exhausting to climb all those stairs with a heavy suitcase. On entering our room it was large and clean but very out dated with the carpet and furniture past its best. The noise of trams and trains was very loud and woke us up during the night. Would I stay here again definitely not, me and my wife expect a little better when we go away on vacation and don’t understand why it gets such good reviews.

Niestety syn raczkujący nabawił się na ciele potwornej wysypki😑 to przysporzyło problemów zdrowotnych i wydatków finansowych na lekarza prywatnego już w Krakowie. Dobrym rozwiązaniem byłoby pozbyć się tych brudnych ,,dywanów" które tylko zbierają cały syf.

• A2319DPjasmineh (6/5): Budget hotel. - The hotel was a place to stay. As we arrived we couldn’t find the hotel as it was not accurate to the picture given on the outside. The street is full of run down/ shut down hotels full of graffiti so the street looks abandoned. Our room was a lot smaller than pictured shown on the website however, it still provided us with what we needed. It was reasonably clean and we had no issue with noise and the staff spoke very good English. I would also like to point out that there was only one fork in the kitchen when two of us were staying to the amenities were little. I would stay in this hotel again if it was on offer however it would not be worth spending too much money on. It is in a good location; It is about a 10/15 min walk to the old town, 20 min walk to the Jewish quarter and a 20 min walk to the main train station. This hotel would be ideal for those on a budget who aren’t fussy in where they stay.

• GoPlaces00884187495 (10/5): Perfect location - Arrived late after a long wait at passport control. Took a Bolt from the airport which took 20 minutes. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Breakfast was a 10 minute walk away but well worth it, a mixture of hot and cold foods and even made to order omelettes. 15 minute walk to the old town and right in the centre of the Jewish quarter so it’s the ideal location. Polo bar at the end of the street was a great place to stop for a nightcap on the way back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. It is definitely a place would go back to, the surroundings don’t look too pleasant with lots of graffiti on the walls but it was perfect for us.

Lukot, ovenkahvat vaatisi fiksausta,. Vessassa/ kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut käsienpesuun saippuaa. Pyyhkeet täytyi pyytää erikseen. Lattiassa huopakokolattiamatto. Siivooja ei käynyt kertaakaan 4 päivän aikana.Lakanoita ei vaihdettu.

• Margo (7/5): - The staff were helpful Our room was on 3rd floor however this turned out to be 6 flights of stairs not 3. We were aware that there was no lift however as suggested 3rd floor equates to 3 flights of stairs not 6. The communal areas were very worn and grubby. Our room was an attic room with a slanted roof and when you sat up in bed if you were not careful you would hit your head on the ceiling. The room was very dated and the sink was cracked with no plug, the shower doors did not close however it was pleasantly clean. We did not have a fridge as described on room info however when requested the staff brought us one. We were a party of 4 and had 2 rooms the other room was on ground floor, however bedding was grubby and beds were not comfortable

• Hanna (1/5): - Старый отель. Лифта нету. Хорошо что есть швейцары который помогали поднять чемоданы на второй этаж. Обратно сами тащили. Отель в старом стиле. Картинка не соответствует реальности. Когда подымаешься к номеру - ощущение будто в больнице , стены, запах. Вообщем если вам чисто переночевать то нормально.

• Johanna Sabrina (6/5): - Schöner Altbau in guter Lage, 15 Min zu Fuß zur Altstsdt und Bahnverbindungen in direkter Nähe aber leider das Potenzial nicht genutzt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und nett. Kein Speisesaal/Raum. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und billig, der Ferneseher war zu klein und das Bett war zu weit weg als das man was gucken könnte. Der Teppich müsste auch mal grundgreinigt werden. Ansonsten war es sauber aver müsste mal renoviert werden.

• O6761FKeileenp (10/5): Lovely place to say. - The room was clean, tidy and warm. The staff were helpful, polite and we were always greeted with a smile. We would recommend to others.
• Camuña González (10/5): Muy recomendable. - Fue genial. La entrada no es muy intuitiva, pero la zona es muy buena, cerca de todos los lugares turísticos. En recepción todo genial, el chico es muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Además el último día nos dejaron dejar nuestro equipaje allí todo el tiempo que quisimos. 100% recomendado.
