Phillip (10/5): Best stay I’ve ever had in Hoi An. - Everything about the Emerald was first class. The room was divine the staff were the most helpful and accomodating I have been seen. The breakfast was varied and the range of food was amazing and the pool was WOW!!!!! Loved everything about it.

David (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were great, the included breakfast was to a high standard with plenty of op - The resort is in a great location, close to the main tourist spots but in a generally quieter spot over looking the river. There was some building noise from the hotel next door, I believe the area was flooded in the wet season so I guess repairs were being made which is understandable.

Les lits sont confortables. Personnel aimable. La chambre est basique et il est impossible de dormir dans le noir: une fenêtre de la sdb est éclairée par le couloir, et une autre fenêtre donne directement de la sdb dans la chambre. Les stores des autres fenêtres ne sont pas non plus assez occultants. La piscine est jolie mais les transats un peu usés. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Des cafards vus dans le couloir, mais il y en a presque partout au Vietnam.

VALERIE (9/5): Cadre exceptionnel avec une piscine magnifique - Sa localisation centrale, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Les petit-déjeuners sont délicieux avec du choix. La piscine et la vue sont exceptionnelles. Au Vietnam les gens travaillent très tôt, donc les bruits liés à cela (coups de balai, arrosage,…) peuvent être dérangeants si on y est sensible.

La ubicación es excelente porque se encuentra en una zona tranquila pero a 3 minutos del centro. La piscina y el jardín muy relajantes. El desayuno excelente con muchas opciones. Nos dejaron bicicletas para ir a la play de forma gratuita.

Sara (8/5): Struttura molto bella, anche se un po "rumorosa" - La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro storico, ma lontana abbastanza dal caos. Le biciclette sono a diposizione senza costi, il che è vantaggioso per fare un giretto tra le risaie e fino alla spiaggia di An Bang. Personale gentilissimo. Il giardino con piscina è molto bello e rilassante. La struttura non è nuovissima. Il nostro ventilatore era rumoroso (indipendentemnte dal programma), il che ha disturbato il sonno. Le pareti sono sottili, si sentono parecchio i vicini di stanza, soprattutto se con bambini. Consiglio le camere con vista sul fiume, sono più tranquille di quelle vista piscina.

Possibilité d utiliser des vélos mis à disposition par l établissement. Piscine très bien entretenue dans un cadre idyllique. Massages proposés par l'hôtel : génial ! Je recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement. Une pensée particulière pour Maya qui est toujours d une grande aide pour vous aider dans le choix et le programme de vos activités. Happy hour l après midi !! Bref que du positif pour cet hôtel idéalement situé près du fleuve proche de la vieille ville tout en étant reposant. Mon point de base au Vietnam ! Rien !!

Os quartos mais perto da zona de restauração e pequeno almoço, sofrem com algum ruído que vem logo de manhã das pessoas que vão tomar o pequeno almoço cedo.

Auch bei Abreise konnten wir unsere Koffer problemlos an der Rezeption abgeben, um die Zeit bis zur Weiterreise in der Stadt zu verbringen. Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl. Aus dem Pool und der Gartenanlage hätte man noch etwas mehr machen können.

The rooms are lovely, with peaceful views that make it truly relaxing. The pool is stunning and impeccably clean. The staff were amazing, especially Miss Maya—she made us feel incredibly special and went above and beyond in every way. She even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the lantern boats go by at sunset. Every staff member that I came in contact with was exceptional. Well trained and very friendly. lisamY6230NM (10/5): Excellent location, super friendly staff and so accommodating! - We loved our stay at Emerald Hoi A Riverside resort. It’s the perfect location close to all the action of the old town (less than a 5 minute walk) without being so close to the center that you’re up all night listening to the bars. The staff are impeccably friendly and all speak excellent English. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is tasty, and the pool is so nice for a relaxing swim after an outing in the heat. They were even kind enough to let us stay and use the pool all afternoon and store our bags for the day after we checked out since we had a dinner reservation in Hoi An before heading to Da Nang for the night - at no extra charge! We are very grateful to them for their hospitality. All in all, an excellent place to stay in Hoi An!

Katie (9/5): Simply beautiful - Loved it, it was so quiet, away from the hussel and bussel but close enough to find the markets. Music is played throughout the day to add the relaxation to it. Noting to not like it was simply beautiful.

Berit (10/5): Beautiful hotel - I had a wonderful stay at Emerald Hoi An Hotel. Unfortunately I was only there for two nights. I would have liked to stay longer. The hotel has a fantastic location within walking distance to everything. I had a room with a river view and a balcony. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony with view of the garden and the river. The room was very cozy and had everything you need. The pool was absolutely fantastic, there were enough sun loungers, and there were other cozy seating areas in the garden. The staff were very service-minded and the breakfast was beyond expectations. My favorite hotel on the trip, and I would gladly return. Recommended to anyone who wants comfort and good service. Nothing

pianolady2 (10/5): Wonderful oasis of calm with easy access to all Hoi An has to offer - This hotel is a wonderful oasis of calm in a very busy city. A short walk from the river activities and the old quarter. From the moment we arrived we were treated as special guests - with the wonderful woman at the front desk checking on our needs , booking things for us , providing directions. All with the most lovely smile. The restaurant is lovely and quiet with a great view of the pool and the river. Lovely Uyen , who worked at the restaurant was a pure joy every time we arrived. Knowing our names and just being such a lovely gracious ray of sunshine. I highly recommend this hotel for a most pleasant stay.

C1995HRcathya (10/5): Amazing in every way - We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this lovely resort. The location is excellent, it is just a short walk to the night markets, lantern boats and the Japanese bridge. We loved using the push bikes to ride to the beach and around the countryside, The pool and grounds are very nice. Special mention to the restaurant manager, Hung. He was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely interested in making guests have a great experience. There was also a lovely and friendly young lady called Uyen around the pool and at breakfast. We did a private cooking class at the hotel and it was one of the highlights. The chef, Duoc who led the class was great and made the experience so enjoyable. Hung was there to take photos and explain more when needed. The food was so delicious and there was plenty for us to eat for lunch. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

L’hôtel est super bien situé proche de la rivière à lanterne et du marché Le seul bémol ce sont les travaux juste à côté de notre chambre et il attaque de très bonne heure

Susan (10/5): Emerald riverside is a gem - The location was great. Right next to the river, in a quiet street just a few steps into the heart of the old town. Easy access for transport pick ups. But best of all, the staff were amazingly hospitable, helpful and friendly. I didn’t stay long enough
