• Amy (10/5): - Staff were so lovely. Receptionists were so friendly and so were the cleaning staff. Our rooms were cleaned each morning, with new towels and bed linen. Rooftop restaurant and pool were exceptional. Would recommend 100% and would definitely come back! Location was perfect also!

Even tho I contacted the property and booking.com several times !! I’m still awaiting a refund for first night That they fobbed me off each time saying money would be returned still waiting!

• Herrero (5/5): Decepcionante - El desayuno Parking retirado del hotel menos de 12 horas de estancia y lo abonamos completo, la plaza era minuscula. El check- out a las 10 metiendonos prisa para salir, cuando el desayuno era hasta las 10.

• Yves (4/5): Het ziet er mooi uit maar het is vreselijk! Geen nachtrust! - Dichtbij de promenade en daarmee is alle positieve gezegd! Het hotel ziet er modern uit maar eigenlijk is het decoratief gerenoveerd en niet structureel waardoor je uiteindelijk nog steeds in een verouderd hotel verblijft met 0 (geen) geluidsisolatie. Alles is ook stuk in dit hotel, liften constant buiten werking, telefoon gingen ze elke dag komen maken, airco doet het niet (dus slaap je met je raam open in de luidruchtigste buurt buiten de strip gerekend). Het hotel richt zich op beide soort toeristen. Zowel gezinnen als luidruchtige jongeren die tot middernacht ongeveer pre-drinken met 20 op 1 kamer en daarna uitgaan. Uiteraard komen die rond 5 á 6 uur ‘s morgens niet stil terug in de gangen. En dit desondanks het hotel redelijk ver weg is van de uitgaansbuurt. De receptie doet hier echt alsof ze niets gezien hebben. Als je een nachtrust wil, neem dan zeker niet dit hotel! Qua hygiëne is het ook niet het beste hotel. Moest je er nu toch op bezoek zijn dan raad ik je aan even de gordijnen te bekijken. Je zal verrast zijn!

If you’re looking for a place for a girlie weekend, look no further! Rooftop bar/pool 6th floor. Pretty chilled, lovely food & cocktails. There was a DJ on the Friday about 5pm. Everything was spot on.

• Francesco pio (1/5): TERRIBILE. - Fate attenzione quando prenotate questo Hotel, se così si può definire. Ho avuto insieme al mio compagno una quantità di eventi spiacevoli a partire dal fatto che siamo rimasti chiusi in ascensore che sembrava del 1980 circa. Mi sono messa ad urlare a squarciagola e a sbattere contro le pareti, per fortuna ci hanno sentiti e per fortuna c’era una signora francese infermiera in vacanza lì che mi è venuta in soccorso. Poiché stavo svenendo dalla paura e dalla claustrofobia della quale soffro. Per non parlare dello staff maleducato. Tranne che per una ragazza molto giovane di nome Jessica, l’unica che si è preoccupata del mio stato di salute e si è scusata per tutti i disagi che quell’hotel ci stava comportando. Avevamo chiesto dei servizi specifici anche ripetuti più volte poiché nessuno ci calcolava e per un semplice cambio di asciugamani ci siamo ritrovati alla terza richiesta fatta direttamente alla front Office manager (FOM) la camera completamente vuota senza neanche la carta igienica. La struttura è vecchissima e lo staff non è proprio educato verso la clientela. Soprattutto per quanto riguarda una signora alla reception che all’inizio sembrava molto educata e alla fine si è rivelata per quello che davvero è.. non educata! Poteva avere l’età di mia madre e vedendo due giovani in difficoltà avrebbe potuto sicuramente fare di più. Ma l’umanità non credo faccia parte di quella struttura, nonostante le 4 stelle. PER CORTESIA INSERITE NELLO STAFF PIÙ GIOVANI DATO CHE SI SANNO COMPORTARE MEGLIO DI GENTE CHE È NATA NEGLI ANNI ‘50 / ‘60 E RINNOVATE LA STRUTTURA PERCHÉ SE AL POSTO MIO, NELL’ASCENSORE, CI FOSSERO STATI BAMBINI O ANZIANI NON SO SE L’AVRESTE PASSATA “LISCIA” QUESTA VOLTA. Staff, pulizia mancante, struttura vecchia e rumori di notte.

Staying at this hotel feels more like being in a modest 2 or 3-star accommodation. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean and the location is excellent, as it is very close to the beach. However, these factors do not compensate for the lack of basic 4-star amenities.

Et Impossible de se garer dans la rue. La solution est le parking du Casino, à 10mn à pied (22 euros/24h, comme l'hôtel). Bref, un peu galère !

• Amine (10/5): Jessica - The stay was good but the thing that made the stay so comfortable and amazing was the sweet lady her name was Jessica she helped us so good and like she was always trying to help us and make sure everything is fine. She really made our stay and i Will defenatly come back because of her. She was adorabele. PARKINGGGGG!!!

• aurelie (4/5): Décevant ne remplis pas les conditions d’un hôtel à ce prix - L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit oui il n’y a aucune place à proximité pour se garer il faut faire 30 min de marche pour trouver une place gratuite il est difficile d’accès en voiture et les places de 15 min disponibles en face sont tout le temps prise et des fois même pour toute la nuit le parking de l’hôtel n’est pas même inclus dans le prix ce que je ne comprends pas il est à 20 euros par jour et nous avions déjà payé 20 euros pour le chien par jour sans savoir pourquoi car le chien n’a même pas le droit de venir au restaurant de l’hôtel avec nous c’est la première fois que je paye aussi cher pour mon chien sans qu’il puisse accéder partout donc très déçu
