- Bridget (6/5): The grounds & public areas of the hotel are a good stamdard, rooms unfortunately do not match this & - The hotel was impressive on arrival with a beautiful reception & ground floor. Lady on check in was nice. The breakfast was good quality & plenty of variety. The waiting staff could have been friendlier The rooms were very dated & not matched to the ground floor. I was dissapointed we had booked a triple room but there was only 1 bottle of water & only 1 shampoo & bodywash for 3 people.....not a 4 star hotel standard. On check out i was asked to pay again for accommodation that had been pre paid
- amagnew (8/5): Recommend this hotel, will stay here again. - Friendly staff, spacious room, good facilities bar and restaurant, parking on site, tasty breakfast. Leisure centre was excellent however pool was a bit too cold for me. Not enough shampoo and shower gel in the room for 2 people. No safe in room.

- Sean (7/5): I enjoyed the stay, but was woken by the early sunshine a few hours too early. - Hotel is comfortable and well maintained. Restaurant and bar were very nice with good atmosphere and staff throughout the hotel are fantastic. Room was nicely decorated and spacious. Room was too bright in morning. Curtains needed to be better fixed to the wall to ensure less light enters in the early hours of the morning. I was in a room directly above the bar and music could be heard very clearly until late.

The bar was comfortable Room was very warm
- Paul (10/5): Very enjoyable, will recommend it to friends and family and definitely will be back. - Everything from the hotel reception, to the bar, the bedroom and the dinning room. I have never seen a display of assorted breakfast food in a long time as in this hotel, from the fruits, cereals, cold deli ham, cheeses, smoked salmon, yoghurts, breads, to the hot food buffet.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. And the leisure centre was something else for an early morning swim, sauna and jacuzzi.
- Elysse (8/5): Overall enjoyed our stay, but some minor things could've been a bit better - Lovely and helpful staff, great pool and spa facilities! Bed was very comfy The food was overall pretty good but could have been better at times (steak was overdone) and one of the breakfast items didn't arrive as described in the menu.
- William (10/5): All Lovely - Good facilities, nice room, lovely dining options, beautiful decor Nothing, it was all good
- Sinead (3/5): - The girl serving in the bar was excellent. Breakfast was nice Check in took too long. NO ROOM SERVICE which was in room folder & on the TV that it was available.

- Bernadine (8/5): Overall very good location for overnight stay with easy access. - Room was great and bed was very comfortable.
Dinner in Bar was very good and plenty of choices for breakfast in the morning. Bathroom in room could do with some attention. Paint peeling at bottom of door. There was rust on the shower curtain pole. Lights above the mirror were not working.
I was in one of the front rooms so woke early in the morning with the noise of traffic on the nearby road.
- Aileen (8/5): - Staff were brilliant!

- Victoria (9/5): I did enjoy my stay at the hotel, staff were some of the nicest staff I've come accross. - We had dinner in the restuarant, the food was exceptional and the staff were really friendly. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was served buffet style and they had a really good selection. The dinner bill was a bit expensive, I've had the same in another hotel in Wexford that was cooked as perfectly but with more on the plate for âŹ12 less.

- Sandra (5/5): -
- Eva (10/5): - Spotless hotel and leisure centre.
Poll amd facilities were really clean, staff were all really friendly. Nothing
- Niall (8/5): Comfortable, friendly mostly 4 star but a few things lacking. - Breakfast was good, well stocked and variety and the staff friendly, The bathroom was very dated, shower curtain in a bath tub is not what I'd expect for a 4 star hotel.
While the bathroom was clean, and the towels had been cleaned they were in poor condition and badly stained.
Only one small bottle of water available in the room for 2 people.
- Una (4/5): -

- Voyager52252828893 (2/5): Gym, pool and Spa terrible. - Pretty bad experience in this so called 4 star hotel. The gym and pool area most of all. There were several things out of order when I was there including cable machine , water fountain, sauna , steam room . The changing room was dirty and utterly jammed and uncomfortable with unusable locks. Members i spoke to while there said its constantly like that. They ram as many members in as possible. 3000 members in a tiny gym and changing rooms as well as hotel guests. 3000 members and 1 Olympic bar I mean come on. With that many members I think they could afford some investment. Seems like just a money grab. Hotel rooms were ok but iv paid less for better. Bar was sterile and 7 quid a drink. Far cheaper pints to be had in the town of Mullingar and far better atmosphere. Over all I think the facilities ruined my stay here. Its really terrible value for money if that's what you want. Maybe pay less elsewhere and skip the gym and pool it's useless as it is.

- Morgan (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Food was excellent A little noise at night
- siobainb (4/5): Bar staff need customer service training - Very disappointing experience last night. Went for food in the bar as we do regularly. It took a long time for the food to arrive and when it finally came and we were eating, a member of staff tried to clear our plates 3 times and was quite sharp and arrogant in tone. When we were finished, we were considering deserts as you do, but the bill was brought down, which wasnt asked for! and the woman stood there with the card reader. I said we'll pay in a minute up at the bar, and the eyes were thrown up to heaven, and a big sigh was made. We decided to go without deserts and coffees as it seemed we were not wanted. This was only 9pm btw so I dont know what the rush or the rudeness was about. Earlier, while I was at the bar, I could hear 2 female staff giving out very loudedly about another customer, and they didn't seem to care who heard. Perhaps you could do with an overall bar manager to keep an eye on these staff or maybe some customer service training could be done. It's a shame such a lovely hotel is let down by it's staff.
- mullooly (8/5): - Location Expensive
- 849AnitaM (8/5): Great choice for a family celebration đ - We stayed at the Mullingar Park Hotel as a family group of 11 to celebrate my motherâs 80th birthday, and overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
The hotel itself is lovely, with a beautiful reception area, a fabulous restaurant, and a really nice bar. The hotel was busy during our stay, yet everything felt well run. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful on arrival and throughout our visit.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent â everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The leisure facilities were a big hit with all ages in our group, from 11 to 80. The separate kiddie pool, generous main pool, and jacuzzi made it a great option for families and multi-generational groups.
Our rooms were clean and comfortable, though they could benefit from a bit of a refresh to match the modern feel and high standard of the reception and public areas, and to keep up with newer hotels. The bar staff were efficient, though a little more warmth and friendliness would have elevated the experience further.
That said, these are relatively minor points, and overall we had a lovely stay. We would certainly recommend the Mullingar Park Hotel for family gatherings, celebrations, and trips where you want comfort, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere.
