Cambian las toallas y las sábanas cada tres días, porque son eco-friendly.

• Cynthia (10/5): Meet our needs. - We were In room 306 I think. Location was right off the elevator which meant everyone had to pass our room to get to their room. So people are just not courteous and feel they can shout and run down the hall ways. The bed was very comfortable. Yes the room was small but for a one night stay it was perfect. The staff in the afternoon, evening and in the morning were very helpful. Did feel the price was a little much but then we were in Madrid.

I would come back The room is small, so it is not recommended for people with claustrophobia. The bed is along the wall, so very tall people might struggle with space

SLEEP'N Atocha did a wonderful job making a comfortable and enjoyable room in this space. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the location was perfect for travel to/from the train station, the Prado, food, the botanical gardens, etc. Thanks so much!

They not only refrigerated my diabetic meds for me since there was no fridge in the room, they also let me know that I left them behind and kept them refrigerated for me until I could figure out how to get them back. Once I found a courier service they measured, weighed and packaged my item for shipment!! They went above and beyond for me and my family and will always stay here when in Madrid!! Highly recommend this hotel! It’s a wonderful location to get out and see the city, as well as a quick walk to the train station!

• Gregory (9/5): Cute little room - This little hotel is very cute. It is super close to the main train station and walking distance to the central area (about 1.5 km and up a slight hill at first). It was the best price/value for my solo trip to Madrid. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The single room is very tiny (just the length of a twin bed) but there was room to open my suitcase on the floor. The shower was great too. There is just a pedestal sink, but there is a shelf off to the side to store toiletries. There are lockers to store luggage after check out for 1 euro. nothing
• Deborah (9/5): A great place to stay in Madrid. - The best thing about this hotel is the location — steps from the Atocha station and the Reina Sofia museum, a few more steps to the Prado museum. Anyone needing to catch a flight out of Madrid can simply walk across the street and catch one of the frequent public buses to the airport for 5 euros. The other best thing is the breakfast served in the rooftop lounge. The room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked; the staff were pleasant and welcoming. This was my second time staying here, and I hope to stay here again on future trips to Madrid.

• Claire (8/5): A good stay in a great location. - The location is excellent near all the big art museums, the Prado and Parque del Retiro and much more and next to a Metro station. The room was well soundproofed so the busy traffic nearby didn’t intrude. The big bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (at extra cost €12) was SUPERB, a delicious array of many foods in a lovely top floor room looking out over roof tops. This made up for other small inconveniences. Tiny narrow bathroom with just one very small shelf to put things on. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, so had to go down in the lift to get hot water etc. The one small clothes hanging space was above the one narrow shelf in the room, which isn’t practical. (Arriving at the main Atocha station from the airport and getting out of it to the hotel was a total nightmare, obviously nothing to do with hotel itself)

I loved the hotel, everything was clearly detailed, the environment, the facilities,the room was comfy and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. If you complete your checkin on line you are allowed with free soft drinks: coffee and tea Bonus: the breakfast is so good!! I don't have any complaints with the hotel. My only complaint is with booking. When I booked through Booking.com, I was under the impression that breakfast was included. However, my confirmation shows it is not.

Very central to the metro, literally around the corner. The main train station, Atocha, is about 2 blocks away. The people that work are extremely nice, hospitable and eager to help you in whatever you need. Karina, Ana, and Sebastian are awesome. I highly recommend this hotel. Whenever I come back to Madrid, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the train station, which made our transit seamless. The room was a decent size and very comfortable for our stay. However, the real highlights were the facilities and the perks: • The hotel is well-maintained and offers a great atmosphere. Including lockers facility. • Having free coffee , tea and drinks available was a fantastic touch that we really appreciated throughout the day.nice sit out area behind the reception was very warm with option to watch a movie night on the projector screen. • The breakfast spread was impressive! There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the fact that it was included made it even better. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and hospitable place to stay in the area.

• Marcia (10/5): Ubicación excelente, sobre todo si usas la Estación Atocha , atención inmejorable y cama confortable - Contraté este alojamiento para pasar una noche y al otro dia tomar un tren a Barcelona, y me sorprendió gratamente. la ubicación es excelente para quien busca un pernocte y usar la estacion Atocha para otro viaje. El personal más que 10 ! Si haces el check in on line tienes bebidas de cortesía, y todas de buena calidad. El café espectacular. Elegí una habitación super pequena pero muy funcional ; tenía todo y de excelente calidad ( destaco las sábanas, la ducha, el secador, los toma-corrientes ) en un espacio super reducido ! Cómo lograron hacerlo !? En la misma calle del hotel existen muchas opciones para comer y hasta un autoservicio para bebidas, snacks y otras cosas que se pueden precisar en el viaje. A la manana siguiente fué perfecto levantarse, tomar excelente café y cruzar la avenida para la Estación Atocha. Lo recomiendo y voy a volver ! 😊 No existe algo que no me haya gustado. Para mi estancia todo estuvo perfecto !

O quarto pequeno é realmente pequeno, se vc tiver malas grandes será complicado, mas já sabíamos e não foi problema.

• NAOYA (10/5): 誕生日を過ごせて良かった😊 - アトーチャ駅やマドリードの主要なスポットからのアクセスの良さ。オンラインチェックインでコーヒー等飲み放題となる点。 誕生日の宿泊でしたが、ホテルの方が朝起きたら部屋のドアにバースデーカードを飾り付けてくれており嬉しかった！ 特にないです。
• Santiago (6/5): - Al lado de la estación de Atocha. Pequeño pero funcional, para uno o dos días, no más. Caro para lo q ofrece como toda la oferta hotelera de este país(llegará el día, no muy lejano q tengas q hipotecarte para poder alojarte en un hotel...). El baño, acorde a la habitación, muy pequeño.
• Pilar (10/5): - Las instalaciones, sencillas y cómodas. Buen desayuno en la terraza. El personal de 10, atentos , amables y profesionales.

• Tamara Agustina (10/5): Bienvenida! - Es sencillo pero súper confortable pero lo que más me ha gustado es su personal. Todas divinas y Karina excepcional! Tiene don de anfitriona La verdad me encantó. Un súper secreto, el bar de tapas de enfrente tiene comida de locos! Un sueño

• Karell (9/5): - Très bien situé et endroit très charmant. C’est bien décoré et tout est propre et au goût du jour. Le déjeuné était très complet et délicieux en plus de la vue imprenable. Le personnel a été vraiment sympathique. Je recommande. Un peu dispendieux pour des mini chambres mais je crois que c’est le prix régulier dans le quartier.
• olaya (9/5): Céntrico y acogedor - Todo! Hotel céntrico con las comodidades de un apartamento. Servicio excelente y muy agradable. Moderno y acogedor. Desayuno casero esquisto. Muy recomendable.

• Kazuhiro (9/5): いいホテルだと思います！ - 何人かのスタッフに会いましたが、どの人も親切でした。駅はアトーチャ駅から近いのでロケーションはとてもいいです。部屋はコンパクトでしたが、必要なものは揃っていました。ドライヤー、シャンプー、ボディーソープはありました。部屋にセーフティボックスがあったのがよかったです。エレベーターもあります。1Fで水やサンドウィッチ、ケーキなどが売っていました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらいました。マドリードに行くならまた泊まりたいと思いました。 今回の旅行でこのホテルを２回利用したのですが、１回目の部屋の時に浴室の部屋からベッドのある部屋に水が漏れることがありました。浴室のガラスの扉を閉めても下から漏れていました。２回目の部屋ではそのようなことはなかったので部屋によって違うのかもしれません。部屋によってはコンセントの場所が違うので、高い位置にしかコンセントがない部屋は少し使いにくいかもしれません。
