• Wendy (1/5): Horrible do not stay - I was charged $35 for checking in an hour and half before 3pm. Our beds were hard as rocks, the bath tub had scrates that looked like dirty stains. The pool was so cold all the kids were shivering while swimming. There were no pool towels. My grandson found a golf ball and a very large metal screw. Breakfast was disgusting !! The orange juice was so bad everyone was talking about it. I wanted to spend quality time with my grandchildren to enjoy the pool. I will never stay there again. The pool was freezing, breakfast was disgusting and I was charged $35 for checking in at 1:30pm the regular check in was 3:00pm

• Beth (5/5): It's okay. - This hotel was very close to Waverly, NY, where we had an appointment, so convenience was great. The room was very spacious and seemed to be clean. The front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived, and the breakfast worker was very helpful and attentive. It was nice to have warm sausage and scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet, in addition to the continental offerings. Parking was free and plentiful. The room is in dire need of maintenance & upgrades. The cable was out of the back of the TV, so we had to fix it. There was a cigarette burn in the chair cushion, and the chair was not comfortable either. Many areas of the room were very worn. Though the room was spacious, it wasn't set up well-with all that room, a table would have been nice, and maybe one more chair. The closet door was so sticky it didn't work well, so we left it open. The bed was stiff, and not very comfortable. The front desk charged the card on file, though I specifically gave them another credit card on check in and asked them to use that one.

• N (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! - The exit The premises were dilapidated. The sheets were dirty. The cleaning staff didnt speak english or understand what clean towels meant. Multiple times I went to reception desk and there wasn't anyone there. It seems the receptionist and general manager preferred smoking out back instead of working. The shower was covered in rust and mold. There was a vial smell of chlorine suffocating guests in the pool area and " gym "( not sure a gym can be defined as 3 machines and 1 yoga mat). After less than 5 minutes in the pool area I felt sick and when i brought it to the receptions attention, they claimed the chlorine levels were acceptable but wouldnt show me these daily checks . Next morning there was a sign up that read "closed for maintenance " . The GENERAL manager was unprofessional, abrasive, and disrespectful and I would never stay at this hotel again. I strongly recommend customers find an alternative hotel. Its worth paying.the extra few dollars especially when there are other hotels nearby.

If we hadn’t sprung for the jacuzzi option maybe it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we couldn’t use it when we wanted to. Otherwise it was great.

• Mandy (7/5): Für die Durchreise super Lage - Die Lage für die Durchreise war super, Walmart auch gleich um die Ecke, wenn man noch etwas benötigt. Zimmergröße und Betten gut. Pool war ok, Raumtemperatur sehr warm, die Öffnungszeit bis 23Uhr sehr lang. Freundliches Personal. Die Verdunklung im Zimmer sehr gut, Klimaanlage ließ sich auch komplett ausschalten, sodass dadurch kein unnötiger Lärm entsteht. Das Frühstück war einfach, leider zu wenig Sitzplätze. Die beiden Damen, die sich um das Nachfüllen gekümmert haben, kamen nicht hinterher, sodass man immer wieder warten oder nachfragen musste. Im Bad gibt es in der Badewanne/Dusche zwar Shampoo und Conditioner, aber nur ein kleines Stück Seife statt flüssiges Duschgel. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr laut. Oberflächen waren nicht abgewischt worden, man sah noch Flecken von Getränken der Gäste vor uns.

• Loredana (2/5): - Personale alla reception davvero poco professionale. Appena arrivati ci hanno detto con poco garbo che la nostra prenotazione a loro non risultava e non sapevano cosa fare. Ci hanno lasciato nell'ansia una buona mezz'ora senza nessuna rassicurazione, nonostante avessimo la conferma di booking e persino un messaggio del loro servizio clienti. Alla fine non si sa come sono riusciti a sistemarci. Ma la sensazione è stata comunque di estrema scortesia. Le camere non sono un granché. Forte odore di disinfettante. Scarsa insonorizzazione. Colazione davvero poco attraente. Cosi come la piscina interna.

Unfortunately, we were told that the hotel is fully booked( We are their guests too)and we needed to wait 4 hours to get extra towels only because the laundry room is packed, I was also told that house keeping is not available and i needed to bring dirty towels,garbage to the main floor? Not sure if they got any training but honestly i never heard any front desk telling their guests that we are super busy,the hotel is booked and we can't help you at the moment?? We booked our reservation in advance therefore, they know that the hotel will be booked. Im sorry but its unfortunate to say that i will never go back to this hotel.

But the room had remnants of hair in bathroom and in sitting area - maybe someone had a shaggy dog in the room or got a haircut in there and the cleaning turn around was too fast? And to top it off there was barely any food for breakfast- no yogurt, no oatmeal - some sausage came out but went so fast my kids split one. Not what I expected
