Przy dłuższym pobycie można się mocno zdziwić. Niezbyt fajna praktyka podbijania ceny.

• Guest (7/5): Overall comfortable stay in the heart of Hanoi close to everything we needed. - The location was perfect to explore Hanoi and the Hoan Kiem lake nearby. Having breakfast included helped us to stay fed until dinner. Good selection of cooked and cold asian dishes. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was too small compared to what appeared and booked on website. The toilet door did not close properly and room has no windown.

• Norm (6/5): - For me, the wonderful staff of this property were it’s greatest asset. My city view was little more than a glimpse of roof tiles and scaffold of a neighbouring property. The internet had issues, the property or at least the room I was in is in need of some renovating, the A/C didn’t have the capacity to cool the small room in an acceptable timeframe, especially given the sweltering Hanoi heat. The buffet breakfast, while limited, was good and served in a friendly manner. After my booking dates expired at this hotel, I found an amazing property that was only a few dollars more per night.

• Rebecca (6/5): Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. - The room was exactly as described, however there was only about a foot from the end of the bed to the wall which the TV was on so you had to shuffle to get from one side to the other (we are average size Aussies). The outdoor courtyard didn’t look like the photos online but was still nice to be able to sit out there of an evening. Breakfast was included but we never actually ate there. We were discounted slightly one night for having to move to another hotel (see comments below). This hotel was overall really nice and in a great location of the old quarter. Was quiet at night compared to their sister hotel (again see below comments). Staff were all lovely and accommodating. Had we not experienced the issues of moving hotels, our stay would have been completely different. Would probably stay there again due to the location. When we arrived, we weren’t able to check in (it was after 4pm) and were ushered into the restaurant where eventually the hotel manager came and said to us our room wouldn’t be ready today due to plumbing issues from the previous guests. We were sent to their sister hotel which was located further out of old quarter and on a busy strip of pubs and clubs. The hotel manager here informed us that the room was exactly the same quality as what we had booked however it can be noisey at night. The room definitely wasn’t exactly the same, and the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the music didn’t stop until after 2am in the morning!!! We move back to our original hotel the following day but still couldn’t get into the room until after 10am. Whilst this was somewhat out of the hotels control, it did waste almost a day of our stay in Hanoi. Shower service in our new hotel was ok, but the hot water ran out very quickly.

Bathroom was a touch small (knees almost touch the wall when using the loo) but I expect that’s typical of many properties in Hanoi.

My room is bright, clean, and quiet. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a small buffet but the food is delicious. I want to give my thanks to David and Henry. Before we came, David communicated with me via email and answered a lot of my questions. On our arrival, he found I booked the wrong dates and managed to arrange a good room for us. Henry helped me book bus tickets to Ha Long. Especially on the check-out day, he went out of his way to help me solve the pickup problem through a lot of communication with the bus company and sent us to the right pickup point. My good impression of Hanoi mainly rests on these nice people. I'll surely choose the hotel again next time I visit Hanoi. none

• Compass33541746620 (10/5): Good Stay - Is a 3 star hotel with 5 star service by the staff. Big thanks to Bun who checked us in around 1130pm and helped us to bring luggage to room. Breakfast was simple and tasty. One thing was weird is they locked the main door once 12pm and no one at reception afterwards. We thought want to go out explore but sadly the door is locked 🤣 maybe for safety reason.

Rising Dragon Legend Hotel helped book hotels, transportation, & tours for our visit through Central & North Vietnam. Henry had a list of local people's favourite food & coffee places & each one was stellar. If you don't book here, you will miss the best! Easy walking distance to EVERYTHING!! In Old Quarter Hanoi, 2 small blocks from the Lake.

• Kim (9/5): Good nights stay - We only stayed for one night as a stopover to Ha Long Bay, and it served its purpose well. Despite some negative reviews about room size, we found it spacious enough for our needs (we easily accommodated two large suitcases). Our flight delay meant we arrived after midnight, past reception hours, but the staff kindly waited for us to check in and were very responsive in their communication. Bed was rock hard but somehow i still slept well :)

There are better options nearby. - The Rooms were clean and the location was center to all the old quarter and markets nearby Next day we were shifted to another room which was a bit outdated. A little renovation is needed and ventilation required. Most importantly be careful about your belongings. I had forgotten my handbag at the hotel dining and by the time I reached back to get it, all the cash was stolen.
• Matzoaac (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was alright for an Asian one. We had nice beds and the towels were clean. The room was a little bit small for three people, but we managed it. The location is also near to the city center, or even in the center. The thing that we struggled with was to communicate with the staff. The lack of English language knowledge is frustrating sometimes. But we managed to communicate via Translate in the situations where we could not understand or they could not understand us.

A bit noisy. We had to change hotels for one night due to overbooking. Rising Dragon paid difference but the inconvenience of packing and moving our luggage was disappointing. Also when large groups stay there is not enough room in dining room to accommodate everyone.
