Habitación con mal olor desde el ingreso, olor a cigarrillo en todo el edificio.
Cama incómoda, los resortes del colchón saltan y suenan, cama sin sábanas y almohadas viejas.
Cortina del baño en pésimo estado, se moja todo.
TV en la habitación no se puede prender, el cable no alcanza el enchufe.
Cuando contacto al alojamiento para ver posibles soluciones con respecto a la TV y las cortinas por lo menos solo me responden

- Petra (4/5): En tule toista kertaa. - Majoituspaikassa haisi erittäin voimakas tupakka jatkuvasti. Asunnon sänky natisi aina kun käänsi kylkeä. Lisäksi huoneen keittiön liesi oli rikki, joten emme saaneet keitettyä pastaamme. Myös tv oli rikki. Äänieristys oli luokattoman huonoa ja jatkuva meteli häiritsi. Lisäksi asiakaspalvelusta ei vastattu soittoihimme, vaan paikallinen mies auttoi meitä ongelmamme kanssa.

Alkohol- und Rauchergeruch im Zimmer. Kleine Doppelbetten. Betrunkene Dauer-Gäste. Keine EU-kompatible Stromlösung. Niemand war erreichbar bezüglich fehlender Heizung.

Réactivité de l'équipe en répondant très rapidement aux messages envoyés. L'état du bâtiment en général. Cage d'escalier très mal entretenue. Fenêtres en très mauvais état et peinture qui s'écaille. Volets complètement cassés. Tâches, traces et marques sur les murs.

- Sarah (2/5): Gestion scandaleuse - Bon emplacement, à 150 m. d'un arrêt de bus et tram. Coop et Migros tout proches. Établissement très mal géré. La prise de la TV était arrachée et aucune réparation n'a pu être effectuée en 4 jours de séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel, atteignable uniquement par téléphone ou mail, ne parle pour la plupart que l' allemand (même pas anglais), ils m'ont bouclé régulièrement le téléphone au nez alors que j'étais polie et calme. La communication était donc impossible. Au bout de 2 jours, ils m'ont donné un nouveau code pour une autre chambre... qui s'est révélée pire que la 1ere chambre : qqn avait visiblement lancé violemment un objet contre la TV... le son fonctionnait, mais évidemment pas l'image ! De plus, il n y avait qu'une seule chaise pour manger alors qu'il s'agit d'une chambre pour 2, il y avait encore moins de vaisselle (1 seule minuscule casserole, aucune poêle) que dans la 1ere chambre, et au lieu de stores, ils avaient collé un papier aluminium sur les fenêtres pour l'obscurcir; résultat : la chambre n'avait pas de lumière naturelle, il y faisait sombre toute la journée. Nous avons donc refusé cette 2e chambre. Fatigués d'essayer de communiquer avec des gens qui nous ferment le téléphone au nez, nous sommes restés ds la 1ere chambre, sans TV. Autres problèmes : 1 seule tasse, un seul bol. Rideau plein de taches (traînées jaunâtres suspectes et dégoûtantes). A part ça, tout va très bien, madame la marquise. En résumé : gestion scandaleuse et irresponsable, irrespectueuse des clients.

The building itself is dirty, dirty sheets and garbage bags haging around on the ground of each floor. There was even garbage in the elevator. The room was smelly the first time I entered it, bathroom the same. The room was very cold, took a day and a half for some heat to kick in. The bed itself had 2 joined matresses, from which one was sticking out, who were very lumpy. I also booked a dermatology appointment next week, as I have itchy skin from the bed linnen. The bathroom had a damp and stink smell to it, there were no soap or shower gel and the towels were crusty and old. Overall, the worst experience I've ever had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Better make an effort and pay more.

We had problems in the bathroom, the shower hose was leaking and the sink was clogged. But they fixed it the next day. Hallway was always dirty. Strange smell in the building.

- Francesco (1/5): Terribile - Purtroppo posso raccontare solo di una pessima esperienza, ho trovato la stanza con la serranda rotta e riposta sopra l’armadio, c’era solo una tenda finissima e trasparente completamente inutile. Ero visibile da chiunque all’esterno senza possibilità di privacy e impossibile riposare al mattino dopo l’alba perché la stanza veniva illuminata a giorno. Inoltre il cuscino era minuscolo e basso, non era presente nessun tipo di sapone per lavarsi nella doccia e nemmeno le mani al lavandino, nei 4 giorni di permanenza mai è stato svolto il servizio di pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani. Ho contattato subito la struttura segnalando il grave problema della serranda ma non mi hanno dato la possibilità di un cambio stanza e nemmeno una soluzione al problema, si sono rifiutati di effettuare alcun tipo di rimborso nonostante la stanza che mi hanno affittato non era a norma e non sarebbe dovuta essere disponibile si clienti. Ma nonostante questo si sono presi i miei soldi a prezzo intero come una stanza perfetta abitabile.

- Ziad (10/5): - Pretty good, I was intimidated by the previous reviews but my turned out very nice, easy check in procedure, it has an elevator, the shower needs improvement however, the curtains don’t contain water, the soap/bodywash/shampoo wasn’t good so think of bringing your own. Aside from that, very nice balcony, fridge and TV works, I’m pretty sure reviews about them not working just forgot to plug them in and thought they didn’t work.
