Sales Manager Douglas Lee went above and beyond to ensure our wrestling team was able to book multiple rooms without any issues. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a special shout-out to Esperanza and Tynisha. They helped make our stay extremely comfortable, answered all questions and ensured that everything was seamless for our group. Their friendly attitudes and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Traveling with a team can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. - 701tc (8/5): Good stay - We checked in on a Sunday afternoon for a one night stay. King room on second floor was quiet. Room spacious and clean. Also had refrigerator, coffee, and microwave. Refrigerator was the only thing we used. Staff super helpful. There was an issue that arose but staff was on top of it, communicated well, and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Breakfast the next morning was more than enough hot, cold, and beverage items. Would stay again.

Missy gave us great conversation, patience at a late hour, and warm hot cocoa to warm us up after coming in from the cold. - miketJ3801SZ (10/5): Excellent, Caring Customer Service-Esperanza and Ms. C!! - My husband and I were flying in at two different times to attend a concert. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 a.m. and was greeted warmly by Esperanza at the front desk. I explained that I was 7 hours early but wondered if there could be a chance I could check in earlier, maybe by noon. Esperanza called Ms. C and these kind ladies quicky scanned rooms and availability and had me in an upgraded room in less than twenty minutes. They made sure I was comfortable, explained hotel amenities and local places to eat and shop. Did I mention it was upgraded?? We will be back and we will return to this hotel. Thank you, ladies, for going above and beyond what I was hoping for, and for doing with smiles, warmth, and laughter. You really care for your guests.

- Gordon Zimmerman (6/5): Nice place! Breakfast lacking! - Nice place. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Very little variety, fresh fruit, no butter for waffles. Hampt9n is usually a whole lot better for breakfast than this. And it cost $175 for one night! Not worth it.

- James (10/5): Great stay! - We were in Huntsville for a one night stay. Felecia greeted us at check in and got us on our way in a timely manner. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was adequate. The only inconvenience with our visit was the painting that was going on outside the hotel. The property is well cared for and the area is safe. We will definitely stay here again.

- Erika (8/5): Please read customer requests - It was nice stay. The reasons I didn’t give it a 5 start is because I only requested two things. A crib because we were traveling with our ten month old and a room that was close to the elevator because I was four days post op. I don’t believe they read the request at all. The crib wasn’t ready and what they provided was a pack and play that was so dirty we didn’t even use it. And our room was not near the elevator is was all the way down the hall. Other than that the stay was typical.

- Nancy (4/5): - We have stayed in this Hampton several times and have always been pleased. However, when we arrived, front desk staff indicated the room we reserved was not available. They moved us to the Home2Suites that was connected to the same hotel, saying the room was much better. It was not. So this review is more about the inconsiderate treatment when we had a reservation than the Hampton property itself. We will not return to this hotel.
- ScottK825 (10/5): Convenient Location - Perfect location for attending a concert at the Orion Amphitheater. Lots of restaurants around and only about 5 minutes from the Amphitheater. Room and hotel was very clean, Ac worked great, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend hotel to others.

- Danica (8/5): Great location in Huntsville - I really liked the location. The hotel and our room were incredibly clean. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. Our air conditioner was a little loud and it was pretty easy to hear other guests above us (unfortunately moving around very late at night ) and outside of our room. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel.

- Jennifer (8/5): Good deal, safe location, good breakfast, but bring your own pillows & check the showers for mildew - Breakfast was good and hot. The cook was very pleasant and attentive to the stations in the breakfast area. Shower pressure and temp was perfect. We felt safe in the location and noise was not an issue. The bathroom ceiling/shower appered to have mold/mildew in some spots. Pillows on the bed were not supportive for head/neck support.
