Marissa (8/5): - Prima hotel voor een bezoek aanmlille. Goed parkeren, tram in de buurt maar je kan ook goed lopen naar centrum en westfield eurolille. Prima kamer, ontbijt ook prima. Personeel spreekt ook wat engels dus dat is fijn.
Vicky (10/5): Fab hotel - This is our second stay at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, our rooms were clean and bathroom, spotless. The walk into Lille is about ten minutes and the free parking at the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is varied and last time we stayed we enjoyed a very relaxing evening meal in the hotel restaurant.

Verified traveler (2/5): - 駐車場が近隣のホテルより安かったのでこちらにしました。エアコンは外せない条件でしたが、こちらのホテルは確かにエアコンはありましたがほぼ機能しておらず、一晩中暑くてよく眠れませんでした。私の部屋だけでなく隣の部屋も同様でした。また、2階か3階（どちらか忘れてしまいました）の部屋でしたが、部屋の電気をつけると中くらいの大きさの虫が隠れるのが見え、部屋の中を歩いているアリもいました。フランスのホテルではそれくらい普通と言われるかもしれませんが、今回の旅行で宿泊した他のホテルではそんなことはありませんでした。

DUSTIN (6/5): - Not a bad hotel. But what pissed me off is they have control over the air conditioning at the desk. So they would turn it off when they felt necessary to turn it off. I would wake up in the middle of the night hot. So I would turn it back on, and they would shut it back off. This is why I took away two stars.

The staff were young and a bit rude about it and perhaps their lack of english and not understanding I did not want breakfast but it got sorted out, as I had my reciept from hotels com.bI must say the chamber maid ataff where lovely and polite as were the staff in evening. I would definately stay with this hotel again.

Établissement super propre et excellent wifi pour bosser. Insonorisation au top. Pour ce qui est de la literie, il faut que vous y dormiez pour comprendre 👍😴😉 Un petit déjeuner qui vaut la peine d'être dégusté. La solution également pour un city break à Lille Bravo à l'équipe !
Rosemary (6/5): - In a slightly odd area outside the centre, but it didn't take long to walk to the old town. The hotel was perfectly adequate for the price with a comfortable bed and good double glazing. The breakfast was quite good and varied, however see below! On arrival I was told breakfast would be served until 1pm on Sunday, however when I arrived not long after 11am several items were unavailable (most of the hot food) or about to run out. I was therefore rather surprised when a member of the hotel staff came along and finished off what remained of the cheeses and the brioche...

C’est vraiment inadmissible ne serait-ce que d’un point de vue légal et pire encore selon moi totalement inadapté de viser une inconnue qui est seule !

Unfortunately, the bed sheets triggered an allergic reaction for me. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower design was flawed, with no door or curtain to contain the water, leading to splashes on the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Trevor (10/5): - This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my time in France. Honestly the bar was low, since most other properties had plumbing issues, no 24 hour staff, and a host of other things that made this one stand out even more. Its just a nice, brand new, clean, and modern hotel with a good hot breakfast option, small but very well designed rooms. I will most definitely stay here again if my travels take me to Lille again.

Hooks pulling from walls, towel rails coming away, rust around shower tray base. Get the picture? Staff very friendly and trying their best amidst lockdown was its saving grace. Evening meal and breakfast really nothing to write and tell folk about under the Covid rules.......
