When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was a lot of long hair in the shower. I skipped it! There was no hand soap so you had to get soap from the dispenser in the shower. Also, the fitness center wasn't much more than free weights and treadmills.

The bathroom shower there was a dark spot from the water just sitting there for a long time. The drain cover was broken and wasn’t on there right. Other than that it was ok. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. But for the price and name I would expect it to be closer to good

- Curtis (6/5): Smelly, Dirty and Poor Maintenance - Customer service was fine. Room smelled bad and was dirty…dirty hand prints on the wall, dirty foot prints on the ottoman, dirt and leaves in the hallway, etc. The shower floor was sloped the wrong way. Water ran away from the drain and collected in a big puddle at the wrong end of the shower. Will not stay here again.

There were a few hairs on the bathroom floor and the ottoman was filthy with stains. The bathroom floor looked like the dust had just been swept into the corners. We stayed at this hotel about 4 years ago and it was so much nicer than it is today.

Will probably not stay here anymore.

- Kenneth (2/5): - As a traveling professional I stay in a lot of hotels (3 to 4 days a week. As such, especially in high crime areas, checking rooms for cameras, mics, etc. is common and respected by traveling professionals. The room I stayed in had a mirror placed over the sink (area between the bed and the bathroom) that was beyond shady. Like we all know the saying, " If there's no space, leave this place", when it comes to placing your finger on the mirror. There should be a space indicating a real mirror vs a fake/spy mirror. That mirror HAS NO SPACE. I made a video as proof. I STRONGLY SUGGEST (FEMALES ESPECIALLY) NOT STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. RATIONAL= UNSAFE. Unfortunately, these days and times where sex rings have become a norm there is little to no accountability and/or responsibility whenever establishments are notified of this happening in their facility. Stay safe out there y'all 🙏

- Gasalea (10/5): - The entire staff was nice, there was one staff member that was outstanding her name is Alizay C. we drove for 7 hours to Odessa for a funeral she made sure we were able to check in early freshen up and change our clothes in time for the funeral. She didn't have to do it but she did. She understood what we were about to go through and her comforting spirit make it better for all of us. Thank you Alizay!!

- Amber Jordan (6/5): - This has historically been our go-to hotel for business trips. They offered dinners and happy hour. Breakfast was always incredible. The common area air conditioning was off. The front desk girl didn’t acknowledge the complaints of it being too hot despite multiple people saying something. They no longer do the happy hour/dinners. And breakfast was mediocre at best. Just disappointing all around.

- Justin (10/5): No complaints - Overall was very pleased with my stay. For the $120 price, this room came with a lot! Cook-ware, utensils, a Keurig, K-Cups, powder creamer, sugar, coffee mugs and wine glasses! Free breakfast in lobby as well. Definitely a much bigger bang for your buck compared to The DownTown Odessa Marriott, which ranges anywhere from $200-$500 for half of what this location offers. The room was also a 9/10 on cleanliness and atmosphere. Thermostat worked well also. The location of the hotel also felt very safe, so I had no issues with the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this location to others, and would definitely return!

I went to bed only to find out I was sleeping with crumbs from the guest before me.Also pulled out a knife out of the drawer to cut an apple to only to find hair attached the knife. I took pictures of both the bed and the knife and went to the reception and was blown off. No offer of apology or a discount. Make sure to check the cleanliness before unpacking.

- adam (8/5): Spacious but not clean - Check in was very quick. Room was very spacious but dirty. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. There was food left in the cabinets,legos on the floor and stains on the bathroom wall. Staff was friendly and breakfast had some good choices.
