- Tony (6/5): - Ein Hotel, welches gut für eine Nacht ist. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sind die Zimmer leider auf dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge. Soweit war alles ordentlich und sauber (bis auf einen Rotweinfleck im Teppich). Positiv war, dass man direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos parken konnte. Auch die Anbindung in die wirklich sehr sehenswerte Altstadt ist gut (10min mit den Fahrrad). Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir keines in Anspruch genommen haben.

- Laurène (6/5): - L’hôtel est correct mais j’aimerais comprendre où sont les 4 étoiles ? Cheveux dans la douche, ressorts du matelas désagréables, télévision plutôt ancienne… et personnel assez antipathique.

Je ne crois pas - Déçu du Kyriad « Prestige » qui n’a de prestigieux que le nom… Nous avons demander 1 chambre pour 3 personnes, nous avons eux 1 lit double et 1 lit d’appoint (chauffeuse) avec matelas bas de gamme contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. La nuit sur le « lit » fut très longue… Concernant la salle de bain… pas de sèche serviette et un seul crochet pour accrocher sa serviette, très pratique quand nous sommes 3… Étanchéité de la baignoire ? Inexistant, salle de bain transformé en piscine, aucun joint sur le pare douche. Concernant les parties communes, nous ne sommes pas informé de la présence de la salle de sport ou du sauna , existe t’ils? Impossibilité d’acheter 1 bouteille d’eau au bar après 23h et aucun distributeur présent dans l’hôtel. (Oui petite blague, vous êtes 3 dans la chambre vous avez 1 petite bouteille d’eau). Petit déjeuner hors de prix, 18€ pour les mêmes buffets présent dans d’autres hôtels pour 10€-12€ mais bon ne sait on jamais peut être que ce petit déjeuner est prestigieux… Pour les points positifs, heureusement qu’il y en a tout de même , le personnel est très accueillant très sympathique L’hôtel est propre et plutôt bien insonorisé malgré la présence du chemin de fer très proche.

Revoir support douchette, manque joint dessous le pare douche, eau chaude compliquée à régler. Prévoir un support serviette près du lavabo et une marche pour accéder à la terrasse. Rien de grave pour y passer un bon séjour.

- JEAN (8/5): A déjà fait nettement mieux - Prix très concurrentiels, Equipe toujours au Top, accueillante et professionnelle, chambre très confortable (dommage que la nôtre sente la cigarette), petit déjeuner excellent. Il y a 4 ans cet hôtel avait un restaurant qui méritait 4 étoiles et c'est une des raisons pour lesquelles je m'y arrêtais; actuellement on ne propose au voyageur que des bocaux ??!!! excellents ?? peut être, mais indigne d'un hôtel de ce niveau (nous ne sommes pas à l'armée pour manger des rations de combat). Sans compter qu'aucun restaurant ne se trouve à proximité de l'hôtel. Messieurs les actionnaires, si vous voulez fidéliser votre clientèle faites un effort et rétablissez le restaurant si vous ne voulez pas nous voir aller chez vos concurrents.

- Franck (6/5): Bof d - L’hôtel est très bien placé avec un métro à ses pieds. Cependant les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes. On entends tous les voisins qu’ils soient dans leur chambre ou dans le couloir. Et la salles de bains toute petite aurait été bien lus agréable avec une véritable douche plutôt qu’une espèce de grignote hybride trop minuscule pour y prendre un bain et pourtant nous étions en chambre supérieure. La piscine est certe jolie mais trop petite donc surchargée des 9h avec comme partout des indélicats qui réservent des sites sans être là. Le petit déjeuner est correct et le restaurant assez agréable. Dommage ce bruit

L'accueil irreprochable le samedi 29/11 au soir par une petite dame a lunette brune dont j'ai oublié le nom mais que je tenais a saluer pour son professionalisme et sa gentillesse. Ma femme, ma petite fille et moi nous sentions comme a la maison grace a elle. Ce genre d'accueil dans le chaines d'hotel à tendance a se perdre.

- Monika (8/5): Eine Nacht in Vannes auf der Durchreise - Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Um in die Stadt zu kommen muss man das Auto nehmen, es gibt aber genügend Parkhäuser. Vannes ist eine sehr interessante Stadt und es empfiehlt sich dort länger zu bleiben. Das Hotel hat 2 Ladestationen für E Autos.

Un personnel un peu surmené . l'établissement est situé pas trop loin du centre et de la gare.

Par contre le ter qui passe à coté jusqu à minuit, pas terrible. Je ne parle pas des clients qui rentrent tard et discutent juste devant votre porte. Isolation phonique des portes nulle. Le personnel d'accueil et du petit déjeuner sont très sympas. Le nettoyage de la salle de bain est partiel, toile araignée qui pend au dessus du lavabo. Nous étions en rez de jardin au niveau des voitures. Ch 16. A éviter. C'est plus un hôtel pour une nuit que pour un séjour.

She was just chatting and on two occasions I had to wait about 5 minutes for her to attend to me and on the third occasion I had to find another member of staff. Apart from that the hotel was very good and comfortable and the food at dinner good value for money

- Elizabeth (8/5): Hotel OK but location and staff could be better - Our sat nav had difficulty in locating the Kyriad but on arrival we found it on a roundabout some 10 mins drive from Vanne harbour. The rooms were ok but not enough wardrobe space, all French TV channels and a really hard bed! Strangely they do not provide sachets of coffee in the room just tea. We had drinks in the tiny lounge bar and ate in the hotel. Delicious food. We found the staff to be offhand with no pleasantries apart from the gentleman who checked us in.

We also booked an extra room by mistake as we never got confirmation by Hotels.com of the first room i had reserved, Once we got to the hotel, the personnel was very dismissive as they couldn't do anything to reimbursed the room. Not one word of apologies, or offering breakfast maybe. The location was really inconvenient.

Our room was clean with good amenities. Ladies, bring hair conditioner if you use it. Reliable wifi and free car parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely area to explore. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel again as everything was pleasant and straightforward. The fresh orange juice deserves a special mention. The hotel was full but reception staff were being very helpful in sourcing accommodation elsewhere for drop-ins on holiday weekend.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Easy highway access, suited our needs. - This is NOT a waterfront hotel as described on your website, please correct. It is however a pleasant 15 min walk from the main port and suited us with free parking, fuel station, supermarket and laundromat 5 mins walk away. Easy access to highway. Staff were pleasant, bar has a nice balcony to unwind although we were disappointed restaurant was booked privately and then not open Sunday night. Breakfast was standard continental and well stocked.

- Darkbytes (8/5): Its in the title of the hotel - We stayed at this hotel and the room was clean and colour scheme is very pleasing with nice wood accents and solid furniture. The bed sheets and pilows made good soft feeling. I found it difficult to fault this hotel and that is why its got the prestige label. I loved the balcony that is ther in our room. The breakfast area are looked clean and airy, although we didn't have the chance to have breakfast. There is information at the door entrance for all the local events. There is room for parking for about 20 cars. Its a nice place, we would come again.
