Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a basic apartment which was large enough for a couple but would have been too small if you brought kids. It was located near a tram station and supermarket.
- Maged (6/5): - Everything was fine except, there is no AIR condition, or fan , stayed for 3 night from 29 June till 2nd of July. It was very hot couldn’t sleep well at all
- Stuart (2/5): - Terrible place, do not stay here and I do not say this lightly. It’s unsafe! No fire alarm system at all yet has a pizza joint underneath running and stinking the place out. Walls and floors are paper thin, and attracts the noisiest clientele it appears. Flickering light out wide that is fluorescent so will be hearing the ballast up, could easy start a fire. I could go on and on with all the reasons why not to stay here but those should be enough. Never ever again. I usually don’t mind places as long as bed is comfy and shower is good but these weren’t factors sadly.
- Eugene (10/5): - Nice stay. Good location.
- Anthony (6/5): Not far but not as good as it'es near - Light of the sleeping room was not working.
A towel was not clean, the sheets of the bed where small...
Etc etc
- Abigail (8/5): - Great communication
- Kevin (8/5): - I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap.
- Stefan (10/5): - Sehr zufrieden
- Iryna (4/5): - Not even two matching cups. Minimal to No cooking utensils. Absolutely bare, no fan.
- Franziska (10/5): - Overall, the location of this property is awesome!
The room was in good condition and had everything that I would need for three nights, including a kitchenette.
It is by far the best option for an affordable but great stay in central Zurich. Any time again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice stay, but parkett & the floor slipppery
- Byan (6/5): - The property is conveniently located in the heart of Zurich.
Sound insulation between units is terrible. I slept terribly because of that as it felt like the neighbors were in the same room as me. You could hear every single noise, including normal level conversations.
If you’re lucky enough not to have neighbors, then this is great (that happened on my 3rd night)
- Byan (6/5): - The property is conveniently located in the center of Zurich.
The huge pain was the terrible sound insulation. You could hear everything happen it the adjacent units: full conversations, typing on the computer etc. I slept terribly the first two nights because of that. The neighbors were not even particularly loud, they were just going with their life and if felt like They were in the room with me.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Arriving and getting the key was so seamless. We got into the apartment so quickly, it was lovely! Very centrally located, within a 5 minute walk of a direct train to the airport, 10 minutes from the centre and 15 from the lake. Could t have been any better! Only the kitchen utensils could use an upgrade—knives were too dull to cut a loaf of bread. But it was clean, and well stocked.
- Ruth (6/5): - Only a transparent voile panel at the window which limited privacy at night and woke me up at 5am with sunlight every morning. Only one towel for a 3 night stay and about 3 sheets of loo roll! That said, the apartment was very clean and spacious and was in a good location for business. About a 15 min walk from Zurich HB.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location and apartment features.
But:
1. Extremely noisy upper apartment. Guests stumped all the way through 4am.
2. Pillow was stained
3. TV hardly had working channels
- Verified traveler (8/5): gut für unkompliziertes Übernachten - ganz ok. Matratze gegen innen abfallend hat Komfort beeinträchtigt.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - TV , Refrigerator , cook , Microwave , private bathroom , private WC , utility and Iron and electrical kettle.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Me gustaría q tengan what’s up para comunicarse, el chec in es muy sencillo, pero no tenía internet
- Liwen (10/5): - Love the stay , nice set up. Everything else are brilliant but the bathroom had strange smell
- Verified traveler (10/5): Will book again! - Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking ware and utensils. Comfy bed, nice shower, and beautiful city view. Super easy check in/out and awesome customer service.
- Verified traveler (2/5): No help from these guys - I made a booking date mistake....and immediately called the hotel to ask for help when I saw the mistake. Completely cold fish...not even any help on booking one night earlier. Be VERY careful when you click those buttons.
- emma (2/5): Bad condition. Dirty room no electricity in bedroo - We checked in and put our stuff down to go eat out. Came back to room and it had no air-conditioning, dirty room and bedding. Kitchen stuff was hardly useful and the light switches, power sockets and were all not working. Not even a fan was provided. The kitchen had electricity so.fridge was running but no socket available for the kettle just sitting there unusable. I called the number provided and no answer for 4 calls over 5 hours. I checked out the next morning not using the room for three nights as I seemed it unusable. I emailed the hotel and got a reply next day saying it was a non refundable booking so my checkout after 1 night instead of three nights did not have a refund. I will be taking this up with Orbitz. Kindly call.me for this or.email because this is certainly unacceptable for Orbitz to be agents of such a bad service.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very lousy
- John Paul (10/5): Holiday visit - Location is perfect and very clean and with efficient lift. The only thing are the towels that were not provided another time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A fair stay - Good location, close to a couple of bus stops. Good to have a small kitchen. Bad things : no services at all, cannot see any staff during the stay 3 days. No room cleaning for the entire stay and no supply of any items like tissue. Only have a phone no. that you can contact someone but usually the tourist do not have the local phone line, so I suggest that the apartment should provide a direct local phone somewhere in the apartment to facilitate the tenant to contact them if something need to help or for emergency.
- Ebi (4/5): Good lication, place bit run down - Heating not working. No hair dryer. Water leaks out of the shower. BUT very convenient located near city centre.
- izzy (4/5): dusty land - i am having mix feelings the location was good but the room was so dusty!!! they were working on dry wall or something. i just think if you are under construction do not put guests on thr room or at least clean it up. i had a lot of problems breathing during 2 days. i contacted the apartment people but nothing was done. that's why i am giving it a poor review. I should have at least a free night because of the mess.
- Daniela (8/5): - Well located and comfortable
- Andrew (8/5): Good value for money - Well located and what you expect. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Unlike some reviews the check-in system was no problem and the hotel is well located near multiple trams, rail and easy walking to main parts of Zurich. Nearby supermarkets and numerous specialty stores allowed simple in room options and plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. Pizza place under the building very friendly and served good pizza at great value.Would recommend for simple option in Zurich.
- Erzsebet (8/5): Perfect for a weekend stay - Easy to find witha short walk from the main train station. City centre close by.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, very convenient for the price - Knowing how expensive Zurich is, we tried this apartment which had mixed reviews and we were very positively surprised how well located, clean and confortable the flat was.
Worthing saying that we took the Deluxe option so possibly the issues for other may have come from the most cheapest option.
Highly recommended anyhow
- Rameez (2/5): Worst stay experience - Pathetic and poor management ! Idiot people work here extremely bad experience ! They deducted 200GBP extra from my card without informing me !
- Verified traveler (6/5): cozy - the apartment and location are fine, the only issue is that it doesn't have AC it rained at night so that helped but if it didn't it wouldn't be pretty hot in the apartment.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Everything was very convenient - This hotel has a really efficient system of check-in and check-out. All I had to do was fill out a simple form online and obtain a code to retrieve the key to my room. Check-out just involved dropping the key into a box. It was great for me, as I had an early morning train.
Speaking of which, the location was really close to the train station. Since it was right next to the Sihl River, it was easy to navigate in the streets. The hotel was also next to an S-Bahn Station of the extensive transportation network of Zurich.
The room was clean and spacious. It also had a small kitchen with many essential utensils from which I benefited. Meals in Zurich can be expensive, so having a kitchen was helpful.
I did not have any interactions with the hotel staff, as everything was automatic.
- chris (6/5): - This place is centrally located. The layout is cramped with a low ceiling.
- Yair (4/5): Horrible place - avoid if possible! - I stayed 2 nights. The location was convenient for me, and the price was quite reasonable, but I got a shock when I got there: The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor - I had to carry my suitcase in the steep stairs up to the 5th floor apartment door, and then another set of steep stairs to the living room in the attic (see picture).
There was a heat wave (33 deg. Celsius) and no air conditioning or even a fan or a window to let some air in (only an attic skylight that opens upward and provides no ventilation). The attic location meant that it was horribly hot. Pests/insects/spiders were all around the living room and bathroom. A spider fell on me from the ceiling one time (see picture). The shower had low water pressure so I couldn't even take a decent shower to cool off!
There was also no proper wifi - it was not working half the time that I stayed in the room.
Horrible experience altogether. I do NOT recommend this location.
- Mike (8/5): Nice basic room with kitchen - Nice basic room with kitchen. Key code was sent out with the booking confirmation so no problems. Fast WiFi. Pizza place below which sells nice salads. Asian restaurant next door.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Not as bad as I thought it would be - Very clean and modern apartment. Everything was working as it should be and it had everything we needed. Check in was very simple, the code worked fine and we got our key from the box. Only issue was that we were a little unsure of what room and what floor we were on. The apartment building is right next to a few restaurants and bars and close to metro stations - Zurich Wiedikon station is only a 5 min walk away and is on the same line as the airport.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient and clean - Check in with key code was simple(my 1st time). Room was clean and small kitchen was useful. Location is superb, 3mins walk to Zurich Selnau train station and 5mins walk to Stauffacher tram stop.
No Housekeeping so it would be difficult to call the hotline if you need anything extra and do not have a local line. Even to obtain the wifi code, they would send an SMS to your phone and this would also also incur cost if you do not have a local line.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Fair value stay in the city centre - Overall a reasonable value room and location, no luxuries but that's expected. Furniture and room itself is a bit worn out, bathroom could have a better light, and a few more kitchen items would be good (just had one of some plates etc).
- Jawad (6/5): Feeling Annoyed - Since there was no reception at the hotel. We were given instructions about key acquisition from key box. This turns out to be an another problem for us as this is a new box for me. Even one of the guest didn't received her key code on that day. Our stay was just for 1 day so we didn't bought local sim card. Therefore hotel manager was out of our reach in case of any problem. Room's price was way far high for our expectations regarding room's condition & hotel management service.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad Room, Great location - This is a very honest, straight-forward review of this hotel. The hotel is nestled in between a lot of building like a normal apartment complex. From the beginning the "key box" was broken so we had to wait over an hour for the manager to show up to the location to give all 5 of us standing outside our keys. There were no directions instructions or anything. Just a number on a door to call. I was on on the 5th floor (Elevator only goes to 4th floor). There is no insulation in the walls so you can hear everything all your neighbors on the same floor are doing and everytime the elevator goes up or down and everytime someone comes in or out of their room.
The Rooms were cozy. You can tell the owner tried to give a cheap modern feel to the rooms. It had cable, wifi, dish soap, shampoo, towels, a little kitchenette, table chairs and obviously a bed and a private bathroom. Its true what the other reviews said about the cleaning lady. They only come once a week. While the bed was made up when I got in my room the first day I got there, there were other peoples hairs in the bed, *NASTY*.
The hotel location is perfect and close to everything. That is the best things its got going for it. The price is low, and you get what you pay for here.
- Richard (6/5): Cheap and Convenient - The Hotel was Cheap and Convenient for our business stay although we needed a code to obtain the key to the room on arrival. This should have been provided prior to our arrival but we obtained them eventually after phoning.
Also TV didn't work.
- Gerald (4/5): Disappointing, uncomfortable bed, kitchen lacking - Price expensive for what was provided, sagging bed and kitchen equipment missing and all non matching utensils, glasses etc. One dinner and one small plate, we couldn't even have dinner together! Carpet was threadbare in the hall and everything was just very outdated and shabby.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Appartment in general is ok, on good place, good price, etc. There is only one problem, but the same problem have the others appartments and hotels in Zurich. You arrive in Zurich in the morning, but you cannot get in the room before 2 p.m. even if room is free.
- Not Provided (2/5): Shame on any one list this place as place to stay - The worst place to stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): Functional, cheap apartment-style room - A slightly sub-par apartment hotel but quite cheap for the area. The bathroom had been renovated recently and was good, but the rest of the fittings have seen better days.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment with great location - Very easy walk from the train station along the river to the apartment. Cell phone a must to call management to get keys. Quiet. Felt safe. Food and drink nearby. Lake and train close. Sights nearby. Nice IKEA furnishings, clean. Price was good for central Zurich. I was satisfied.
- Ann (6/5): Good price; no cleaning service during the week - The location is fantastic, but the set-up is confusing. We arrived and didn't know how to get the key--there's no one on the premises. Getting on the internet was also very confusing--later we found the instructions behind the door about how to log on to the internet. And no one cleaned the room Monday-Friday. We did not know this. I was stealing toilet paper out of public restrooms because we were running out at the apartment and I had no idea when it would be replaced. Also, the stairs and hallway (and sometimes the apartment) smelled like cigarette smoke. And although there's a kitchen, there's no dish soap or dish brush, making it impossible to wash the dishes. It's a great neighborhood, though, and I would stay there again. The price can't be beat.
- Tsz Yan (4/5): Never go back again! - A hotel that has no service at all. The lighting in the coridors are not working, I need to use my cellphone as a torch. Still tripped over twice.
Free wifi is provided, but has to register with mobile number and get a password to login. If you do not have a mobile number, they ask you to call them with a landline to get the password, however, there is no phone in the room. What kind of design is this!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Acceptable for one night - There's nothing overtly wrong with these apartments, but they seem tired and some of the furniture is a bit worn. They are fine for one night just as a place to leave your things whilst your out in the city, but they don't feel homely.
- Scot (2/5): Loud, uncomfortable, and a hassle - Hassle to get your keys from a strange sercurity box. Code wasn't provided beforehand, and had a difficult time getting in touch with them to get it...not what you want after a long flight. The bed was uncomfortable and room lacked any charm. Would find somewhere else next time.
- Kashi (8/5): Great location, clean, safe and comfortable! - First time - Arrived, got key as per instructions and found the flat, clean, with all the basics, no worries.
Second time - Arrived, got key but it wouldn't open the flat. Called number at the door, after some discussion got given another number for another flat and all was resolved, no worries.
- Traveller (2/5): Terrible Nights Sleep...If You Get a Room Key! - There is no reception, the keys come out of a security box once a code is entered. This code was not supplied beforehand, and as a result we were frantically trying to call a number on the door to get help. After half an hour, we got our keys only to find the room was not representative of the photos. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was a joke. The showers were old and dated, dare I say dirty. It was a noisy night. I would not recommend under any circumstances and do not know how they justify their price.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - * we have asked 2 single beds , but that was 1 double bed .
* we were there 4 nights. No one came to clean the rooms .
* only 2 pillows & Mattress is bad.
*There was nobody to ask an advise.
- Verified traveler (8/5): good experience for short stay. - Good for short stay for couple. equipped with kitchen but no coffee maker that should be better in future. Near to city centre & walking around would be very nice.
- Verified traveler (4/5): difficult to gain entry to premises - I arrived shortly after 3 PM. There was no one on the premises to help me get into the building itself or into my room. The instructions that were emailed to me simply said use the last 4 digits of your confirmation number of your reservations and your key will drop down for you to get into the building. That did not work, so I had to go next door to a Japanese restaurant to have them call the owner's of the apartments to get the proper code to get my key from the lock box.
The foyer of the building was a mess with stains in the carpet and unclean stairs.
The shower had a plastic cloth that was a bit mildewy.
There was no fan, even though the temperature inside the apartment was in the upper 90's, and there was only one window, hence no cross ventilation. FYI--it does not cool off enough to even sleep until about 3:30AM.
- Kenneth (4/5): Cheap, no frills place, good for a short stay - Had to email the hotel to get my keycode beforehand, as no emails were sent out by them. Unfortunately I had the luck to stay when the heatwave hit Zurich - it got up to 36C during the day. The apartment is clean but could really do with a ceiling fan or desk fan to say the least, as the rooms face the street without a breeze (especially in the bathroom - there is no working ventilation fan). There is a laundry room in the basement with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers - if you need to do your washing, just buy some detergent.
The location is convenient, it's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and where things are.
Would recommend for short stays, but only if the temperature is lower than 25C.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect if you just need a self service crash pad. - Short business trip, so met my needs for cheap, convenient accommodation perfectly.
2 minute walk to Selnau station and from there another two minutes into Zurich HB. You get what you pay for, so not exactly luxury - don't expect it to be! But it was clean, and all the appliances worked.
My stay was during a heatwave so the place was baking hot, although mercifully a fan was provided! Shower was on the small side for someone who 6'4", but still got me clean, so no complaints (except shower curtains are a bit last century - they could do with upgrading to screens).
For check in: call the number printed on the door, give your name, and the name of the street you are in, and then type the code they give you into the key dispenser. Easy.
I'd stay again, as it suits my needs, but it's not a hotel so don't expect it to be. And it's not the place to stay if you sleep in late - the local clock tower slams out its chimes at 7am and they go on and on....
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean - Comfortable with no service and clean
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice appartment without daily room cleaning - Very good location and comfortable place. But has a complex system of registering to internet especially if you dont have a mobile. We stayed 3 nights and the rooms were never cleaned up.
- Verified traveler (8/5): SImple appartment central location - The appartment had everything that was needed. Bed was ok and room was clean. 10 minute walk to the main Zurich station. close to restaurants and shops.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very uncomfortable bed - We picked this apartment for the convenient location and price, but it wasn't worth it because the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows were terrible. We really just needed a place to sleep because we were out most of the day, but the bed made sleeping very difficult.
The location was decent in a good neighborhood and the wifi was very reliable. But the uncomfortable bed negated any positives.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Poor lights - We stayed in two separate apartments and neither had working bedside lamps. The rooms were very hot, even with the windows open however it is June so expectant of time of year.
Otherwise apartment was clean and tidy
- gregory (8/5): Swiss Star Apt - This is a nice apartment in an expensive town. The kitchen had everything except coffee making equipment.
- EIKO (4/5): Okay for the price. But will not recommend - No hair conditioner. Not enough outlet including in kitchen too.
- Radu (8/5): Great value for money, good location - This is a flat in a building and you need to be given a code to get the key or call a number, there is no reception of any sorts. Just saying so you know not saying it is a bad thing.
The location is great, walking distance to city centre and main attractions, the neighbourhood is quite and nice, there are 2 supermarkets close by also. It takes 15 - 20 minutes from the main train station to get to the flat on foot.
The flat we stayed in was not to big not to small, it had a fridge a stove a dining table.
The room was clean and tidy nothing to complain for the money we paid. It's a great value for money and a good location.
- Roswitha (8/5): Great apartment - but no way to call a taxi - Only an overnight stay, but it was comfortable. Only problem I had was that my UK phone did not work to ring for a taxi to leave in the morning. The busy restaurant could not help. I had to ask strangers in the square and they ordered a taxi for me. It is difficult when you have luggage and don't know your way about. I had to be at the station for a long train journey. There should be a local phone within the hotel since there is no reception. But everything else was ok.
- Paul (6/5): Decent budget self-catering apartment i - you are renting a very small apartment so have double bed, compact but not really cramped bathroom with shower and small kitchenette with table and two chairs. Kitchenette minimally equiped to cook, cook top and microwave no actual conventional oven. Television with remote. NO reception of staff present-any problems must be reported by phone. Check out is 11 and what seems to happen, a staffer knocks on each door to collect the key or see if the key was left in the room by guests who departed earlier-was not chased out right away if finishing packing. Location is a very nice residential neighborhood with a few restaurants within meters. 2 minutes to the nearest tramstop. One of the lowest priced options in pricey Zurich and good location. No daily maid service and not sure when towels are replaced on longer stays.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I don't want to fill out this portion of the review.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Stay - Hotel is clean and centrally located, with good facilities. We booked 2 rooms together. One got hair dryer but not the other. One got hot water kettle but not the other. It would also be better if the shower could be stronger. Other than this the hotel is pretty worth the price, and it's pretty close to train station too.
- Tobias (8/5): Good, quiet, clean. Recommendable. - (+) Stayed at the top floor. Very quiet. The room wasn't spacious but clean and nice. The neighborhood isn't exciting, but this is what you get in Oerlikon.
(-) Had to call the hotline to get my key code for the room (usually you get those via email).
- David (8/5): Served the purpose at reasonable cost - The hotel was actually an apartment which served the purpose for a few nights at a reasonable cost for Switzerland. I had the same problem that others reported which was that the code I was given didn't release the key from the box.
However a phone number is posted prominently on the entrance to the building and when I called, the person who answered was able to give me a new code over the phone. When I entered this code the key dropped down properly and I was able to get access to the building and the room.
- Chris (8/5): The Perfect Low Cost Option - This is an excellent low cost option. Basically it is an apartment building with small self contained flats. You are sent a code which gives you access to the keys via a drop box outside. You return the keys to the box when you leave. No staff, no reception, no other facilities at all. The block itself is a bit tired and old, but clean and fine. The flat likewise. But decent furniture, comfortable bed, a table to work at and proper cooking facilities make this an ideal choice. Eating out in Switzerland requires a second mortgage, so this makes sense all round. The real surprise was what a nice area this is. A ten minute walk to the main shopping street. Trams and rail very close by. Perfect.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Very basic apartment - Hotel provides no pillow but cushion, no water kettle
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic but ok - It's spartan and basic but for the price is acceptable and convenient for Zurich. Be aware the walls are very thin so you hear everything going on with your neighbours - yes, everything! So if you are a light sleeper then avoid.
- Verified traveler (2/5): I would not recommend to stay here! - We arrived and there was no reception you had to call a number written on the door of the apartments then had to wait till 2 to check in to be told someone would meet us but they didn't so had to call again to be told a code to get the key for the room out of a postbox type thing! As we went it there was an extreme strong smell of spicy foods we opened the windows to air it out but could not get rid of the overpowering smell it was awful!!! It was VERY basic and only a single duvet on a double bed with cushions not any pillows! The bathroom was ok but just didn't feel clean in the apartment/small room! I think It is VERY overpriced for what it is and the location is ok but quite a walk to metro station!
- RN (8/5): Good budget apartment, great wifi - great wifi, good small room. A little noisy/thin walls though. Room was decent and accessible.
- Martin (8/5): Reasonably priced self-serviced apartment - The hotel is good value for money. The room was fairly large, kitchen was well stocked, bathroom spacious and clean (but rather dark). The downsides were the double bed which I often expected to break and rather thin walls - almost everything could be heard from neighbouring rooms.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean but facility not well equipped - Impressive cleanliness, room size average. Instruction to Collect key and drop key quite clear.
The staircase could be better lit.
The hotel did not provide any hand towel or bath towel. I was not warned on the website and not mentioned in my booking confirmation. Disappointed.
- Timothy (8/5): Nice and clean - Nice, quiet place to stay. It's a short, lovely walk to get downtown. Room was clean, but small. When we stayed there in mid-September, the street was very pretty with the trees changing colors. There are also a couple nice (but incredibly expensive) pubs to visit nearby. My only complaint was with regard to the wi-fi. If you don't have an active cellphone with cell service (I'm an American and didn't have cell service), you won't be able to get wi-fi. They use a service where they send you a text to confirm your info, so without cell service there will be no confirmation. If I'd known this ahead of time, I never would have booked with this hotel.
- merza (6/5): - it was an ok property.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing experience - For starters, there is no staff- no front reception, no signs or instructions; nobody there to help you in the event you get stuck or have any issues. Room size is small but fine. Very limited furniture- which again is fine but it's rather beat-up.
Seems like a quiet street but since there a couple bars right below hotel, it stays very loud right outside your window until 3-4am. So not a good location is you want sleep.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It is almost centre of the city. You can reach banhoff, Zürichsee by walking 20min.
- Lou (8/5): - Could use a ceiling fan to circulate the air in the room and keep the bathroom from forming mold.
- Tom (8/5): Fine - Everything was great, except the bed was very squeaky.
- Jen (8/5): Experience - I really enjoyed the location and I felt as if it was my neighborhood. Very nice people around and very family oriented.
- Alan (6/5): Good Location for Zurich on foot. - The Apartment was clean and well presented, with all the basic facilities. The fridge, microwave and tv were all working fine. The Apartment was well located, within easy walking distance to the ' Oxford Street ' of Zurich, the Bahnhoffstrasse. Also straight out the entrance, turn right and over the bridge to the nearby subway, or continue on foot to Lake Zurich, some 15 minutes walk. Good sightseeing within walking distances, throughout.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There is no service at all. Somehow at this price and location should be no complain as well as its condition.
One thing I really don't like is the pillow is too small and flat. Should do something better for adult guests.
