Guest Reviews
- benjaminsE2948HM (10/5): Days Inn experience - Very good service and housing. Clean and tidy room with little to no noise. Very welcoming and nice workers.
- jameszX8658MH (10/5): Great place and very reasonable prices. - Not too crowded or noisy. Clean. Good location right off the highway. Owners are professional and very Kind. Great weekly rates. Fresh towels and garbage taken out daily.
- pubgmg (10/5): Great place - One of the best places to stay for work. Manager is a great guy. Definitely my go to spot when I’m in Wichita Falls
- Raymond (8/5): - Parking was easy and reassuring that all parking areas were video monitored ( in real time, not delayed) at all times
- Joshua (4/5): - Soon as I turned the light on in the room, 5-10 cockarochs went scrambling. Mostly under the bed, also found baby roachs in the bathroom.
Staff was nice to me though so I let it be. Not upset, Just passing along as an fyi.
Thanks
- Kerry (10/5): - My room was clean and comfortable and seemed recently updated. There was a small breakfast with waffle, granola bars and coffee and juice. Plenty good for a nights stay.
- Piper (10/5): - Pets were happy
- Victoria (6/5): It was fine for the price. - The price was cheap. Staff was nice The check in area smelled like shrimp. Both when I checked in and checked out. It was terrible. The room had roaches. The shower still had hair in the tub. And there were dents and scratches all over the bathroom that they either repainted or put clear tape over.
- allen (6/5): - Breakfast options very limited. No microwave in room. No place to hang cloths in room. Room size very small. On the upside, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was clean and recently renovated.
- Lara (2/5): - The room smelled so disgustingly bad when I walked in that I had to go to the store and buy air fresheners to make the room smell better. The bathroom bathtub was filthy nasty disgusting. Looks like it had never been cleaned. I literally wore shoes to shower. Very questionable characters wondering around the property. Staff lady who checked me in was nice.
- Leigh (10/5): - Nice room….very clean
- Guest (10/5): It was an AWESOME experience - The customer service was GREAT!! The rooms were just right. The access to restaurants was AWESOME as well. GRATEFUL for this hotel. Nothing
- Alex (2/5): So bad - When I arrived at the hotel, check-in was terrible. The lady at the desk then went to the room to rest. It was the worst nightmare I've ever seen. The bed was stained with stains and the mattress had animals in it. The floor was dirty. The air conditioning didn't work. When I noticed all of this, I went to the desk and asked if she could give me a credit for another Dayinn hotel and the lady said she couldn't, meaning I lost all that money and had to book another hotel. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't even know how it's listed on the Hotel app because it has no ranking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.
- Troy (8/5): - It was good
- Natalie Strawn (8/5): - The bed was comfortable The hair dryer was broken.
- Natalie Strawn (8/5): -
- Guy (6/5): - No coffee or coffee pot. My sisters room didn’t lock properly
- lotsey (9/5): -
- Lisa A (10/5): - This inexpensive motel was perfectly located off the interstate. It was remodeled and very clean! Comfortable bed, nice linens. I would stay here again!
- lotsey (9/5): - The staff is super nice and accommodating.
- Benjamin (8/5): - They call you to close your room door. If you wanna sit with the door open and talk with people she calls and tells you to close it immediately
- Andy (1/5): -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amber (6/5): Okay - The bed was just that a bed. The ac had to be turned down to 63 to get the room cool. The carpet was old and out dated. Now the tub was great. The best part of the trip was that tub. It covered my big fuffly self. It was deep and long
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - What breakfast. Waffles, orange juice, coffee and granola bars was all there was. Smallest room I've ever been in. Seemed clean until I spilled some juice when I wiped it up with a white towel it turned black. Desk clerk said there was coffee in the room, there was not.
- Maureen (10/5): - Very nice lady at front desk
- Esperanza (10/5): - Very nice
- Lolita (7/5): Good -
- M (4/5): - They ripped us off and they shorted us towels and the room was a tiny room wrong bed nightmare
- Tanada (7/5): Meh... - The bed was nice but hard I hated the towels... they were threadbare and rough.
- Rogers (1/5): Bad -
- Brad (6/5): - Good
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing -
- Steven (5/5): Passable - Somewhere to bath and sleep Had flying bugs getting into the room somehow
- steve (2/5): - The property and facilities were very nice and clean.
However, upon booking my reservation I realized I had lost my wallet withy identification. I was informed that there was a no refund policy and I could not stay in the room I had just moments ago reserved and payed for. Very unaccommodating customer service.

- V430LKcherylc (10/5): Basic “Very Clean” Hotel - Rooms were extremely clean and front desk very efficient. Basic hotel. Beds are comfortable and pillows fluffy. Breakfast area had option of waffles, coffee, and orange drink. Staff very friendly and helpful. Floors in hotel room clean.
- Clifford (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karl (10/5): - Great
- Anthony V (8/5): - Everything about this Days Inn was really good. The price was very economical. The staff were all friendly and ready to help with any needs or questions I had. Every time I saw a staff member they asked if everything was to my satisfaction, and if there was anything they could do for me.
The parking lot felt safe & secure. The room was very clean and had everything I expected. Even the towels were a medium quality - which is unusual for a moderately price motel.
Minor downside - the "breakfast". Coffee, granola bars, waffles (?) that was all ... no yogurt, eggs, or even milk with cereal. No protein for me means no breakfast.
But, like I said it's a minor issue for the price I paid and how good everything else was.
I will stay here in my future travels.
- Clifford (8/5): Very good - The quiet is
- Rose (2/5): - Go check in my room I take up my shoes I need to stepping on one then I kill another I could not sleep there
- Sidney (7/5): Good -
- James (8/5): - Really great stay for the price. The walls were thin and the breakfast options weren't great but for the price you really can't be upset by those things
- juan (6/5): - It was a little noisy. The room we were in had a lose door. But all in all the stay was good. Great deal for the price we got. The bed was comfy, the cleaning service was good. We stayed two nights. Not bad at all.
- Doyle (8/5): - Decent and affordable. Room was clean.
- Nicolas (10/5): - The staff was very patient and they did a great job cleaning our room
- Robert (10/5): - Staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet.
- johnnybC6090JT (10/5): Outstanding performance by the staff and owner at this Day's INN - From the time I arrive to the time I leave the service is excellent... The people here are great and have always worked with me and I have never had a problem.. I always stay here when I come to Wichita falls for a visit.. anytime I have asked for a lower floor room. They have always made sure that I was on the first floor.
- datrezm (10/5): Great - Good prices, clean rooms , housekeeping and front desk are great, no issues at all with location. - jovanij627 (8/5): My experience 🥰 - It's nice that it's a new hotel with new management, but at the same moment you try to take food because it's more comfortable to eat in the room in private with the wife and not to eat in front of everyone, everyone chews differently, so simply when you try to take food out the door, they comment on you for it, it's a bit uncomfortable, even embarrassing and embarrassing at the same time So without a doubt I would be happy if it changed but all in all nice and comfortable service smiling and comfortable people there are language limitations but ok this is not a hotel for 800 dollars a night it is a hotel for more or less 60 dollars so everything is fine comfortable even relatively clean Hotels that I have seen in the area, the truth is that the smell is also perfect, so I would definitely recommend coming to the hotel to stay there, and in terms of the system, they are a little more courteous🙏❤️
- Erika (8/5): Very good - Wasn't able to enjoy breakfast closed at 9. At 10 would have been better. Expensive for what I got!
- Gilbert (10/5): - Good job
- Victoria (10/5): - We stayed for two weeks and everything was great beds and pillows were the best overall sheets were fresh and smelled brand new wasent crowded very queit and the owners were great very responsive and so sweet to my kids 10, 9, and 2 thank you sooo much for the home away from home
- Leslie (4/5): - So me and my man spend a night in a motel about once a month for reasons. This was our first time here. On check in i was informed there was a $50 deposit, cash only. I told him we don't have cash, so he just double charged the room. As long as it goes back on my card, no problem other than being kinda shady. Bed was comfortable, but not enough pillows even though I requested extra on booking. The room is pretty small, not even a chair. But we did appreciate that the towels were decent and the bathroom light is separate from the vanity light so you didn't wake the other person up in the middle of the night. Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker (no butter), granola bars, sunny D, and coffee that looked like dirty water. Oh, and the room next door kept slamming their door hard enough to make the wall shake. Oh, and I really wanted to take a bath but the bathtub didn't look clean enough for that
- Carlyjmason (1/5): Bad - The remodeling The workers, management and the lady that works there as well I was bugged constantly before checkout at 10:00 a.m. started they I got my door knocked on five different times p f*** when they knew what the guy at the office who did my check in for my reservation had told me that 12:00 p.m. check out was just fine no extra charge everything was okay and understood but I got harassed and yelled at and just treated very rudely I felt very uncomfortable it made me super stressed I was my anxiety was so bad I would never ever in my life stay there again just do to the people that were non-stop bugging me about leaving before I had already been told I could leave at 12:00 p.m. check out I did not appreciate this I had a clean room and I paid my deposit and I was a good hotel guest cause no issues this is one hotel I will never revisit and I hope no one else does.
- Clint (4/5): - Just seems like nothing but the indian people own the motel hotels. They let people stay in those places that are sketchy and or on drugs. They tear the property up in some way, so then in turn you have to pay a deposit along with the regular hotel rate even so you do get your deposit back to you card.
- Bryant (6/5): It was functional - Not much Poorly remodeled
- Marsha (9/5): Good value, I would stay there again - The housekeeper and staff were friendly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. The property was quiet and I felt safe there.i I had trouble figuring out how to use the television. Written instructions might have helped.
- Olivia (10/5): - Great stay!
- Nikolaylite (10/5): Exceptional - Everything fine! Very clear room, no smell 👍
- Serhiy (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (4/5): - Poor
- Devin (2/5): It had roaches and bedbugs - It had roaches and bed bugs
- Robin (4/5): Need a refund - The clerk on duty, and his manager, would not honor my Hotels.com reservation and made me pay AGAIN. I need a refund from you please.
- Joshua (7/5): Good -
- Penny (8/5): - My room was extremely Clean .But tge bed was so very uncomfortable I felt the Coils coming through the mattress. I did not likenthe fact there was NOT a coffee pot to male me a cup of coffee
- Williams (1/5): Bad -
- Ted (6/5): - Only issue was when we saw a roach crawling on the wall. No amenities, very noisy. Other than that it good for a one night stay
- Williams (2/5): Very poor - The rooms were not clean, hair on table, beds were in poor condition, no coffee maker of any kind even though at the time I booked it was told there was. Front desk was very rude. Would not stay again, if other places wouldn't have been booked up, I would have moved to a different hotel.
- Maria (4/5): Disappointing -
- Monica (1/5): Bad - The property is great however the staff is horrible.. I got double charged for room. Called hotel to rectify staff literally told me more than once to “shut up”. I will never stay with this chain again or recommend to anyone and I travel a lot.
- Cassandra (2/5): - For the low cost the property was still not worth staying there. Staff were rude.
- Cassandra (2/5): - Female staff very rude. Asked for toilet paper and she said go buy your own. The toilet paper had 140 sheets per roll. There were 3 adults, we finished a roll in one day and they told us with a attitude just one roll a day and go buy your own.
- Liliana (8/5): Very good -
- Cecilia (7/5): For the hours that we stay to sleep can't complain. - Great price for the value.
- Elbert (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (10/5): My stay was very nice - It’s very quiet No dislikes
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nookie (10/5): - IT’s around a lot my dislike there’s men hanging out in parking lot
- Nookie (10/5): - The property is very quiet I like the fact they have vending machines the office is always open I don’t like the fact men are out in the parking lot
- Frourious (1/5): Bad -
- Smith (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Need more blankets and towels - The location it’s very quiet
- Anonymous (9/5): Need more blankets and I did see roaches - IT’s around a lot of different others places it’s quiet
- Jorge (8/5): - Easy to book
- Jeffery (10/5): Happy but not happy! - Room was nice and cool upon my arrival and throughout the two nights I stayed! The one thing I did not like was the fact that some lady took it upon here self to open my room door peek her head inside and then closed the door. Was she looking to rob me?
- Roddrick (2/5): - I was never able to check in. The receptionist had a line of 8 customers and i waited a hour just to be turned away due to circumstances out of my control. I need to be refunded.
- William (5/5): Passable -
- Zak (8/5): Apparently marijuana is allowed in rooms - Was arriving after midnight and let the hotel know I would be in late, the front desk did understand, but not the most friendly folk- something to note if that bothers you. The room i stayed reaked of marijuana! Very off putting, but i was so tired i didn't notify front desk. The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure with hot water. The furnishings looked scuffed up, so I'm thinking some shady folks stay here. The property was fairly noisy, so not the best place for light sleepers
- Daniel (1/5): Bad -
