Le personnel du parking proposé par l'établissement est également efficace. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. La chambre côté cour, silencieuse, spacieuse et très confortable. Nous reviendrons. Petit détail, le joint de la douche serait à changer.

• Carole (8/5): Florence visit - The location is excellent close to the Duomo and walking distance of all the sights. Hotel is in need of sprucing up and a kettle and tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

• Sophie (7/5): Une nuit était suffisant, sans plus ! - L'hôtel était près de la station du train et près des attraits touristiques, le tout pouvait se faire à pied. Personnel, avenant et sympatique. la personne à la réception nous a changé de chambre vu que nous avions des valises à monter et qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur, à l'arrière, à l'avant il y avait un ascenseur. Nous avons bien apprécié et la chambre était prête à notre arrivé à 12:30. Manque d'oreiller, l'air climatisé pas vraiement fonctionel, le ventilateur de la salle de bain était très bruyant. Pas de verre de disponible, pour boire. pas de café disponible le matin, en bas près de la réception.

• Valorie (8/5): - For someone on a limited budget, this is the perfect place. The staff were extremely accommodating and helped change our room so we had use of the elevator. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning and water pressure were working well. Thotel is in a great location, within 10 minutes of the station, the Duomo, Medicci Chapel and only a few more to The Uffuzi and Gallery de Accademia. Central to many great restaurants and shopping. The place is a bit tired, although the rooms were refreshed a few years ago, the common areas need some work..

If you have large suitcases just note no lift - The location was good, close to the station and other attractions One or two nights it was ok however any longer I would not stay. It didn't have a lift, so we had to lug 4 large suitcases up two floors. The staff did help but still it was not convenient.

• Keith (7/5): Overall it was a pleasant experience - It is in a great location and the staff was super friendly and help full. There is no lift and the pillows are very flat, we had to ask for another pair. A bit expensive for what it is (you’re basically paying for the location)

Tenía una cama kingsize y dos camas individuales, el baño hermoso equipado con Bidet (en europa se agradece), la limpieza muy buena, la ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos caminando de la estación Santa Maria de Novella y a 3 minutos del centro neuralgico de la ciudad. Realmente lamentamos no habernos quedado 1 o 2 días mas pero volveremos sin duda. Renglón aparte para el personal que fue realmente amable desde el minuto cero. Pudimos dejar maletas antes del checkin y luego del checkout pudiendo tambien esperar en una especie de sala que tienen ahí y haciendo uso del baño. Nada

Hotel bildiğin sallanıyor biz iki gece kaldık ama korktuk.Kalacaklar bu yorumumu dikkate alsınlar.Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir sorun bu oldu. Ve odalar dört tarafı duvar gibi çok sıkıcıydı,küçük penceresi vardı ama yeterli değildi .

• Alena (10/5): Проживание 19.03-20.03.2026 - Очень понравился отель во всех отношениях. Заселили сразу по приезду в 10.30 в большой просторный номер с хорошим ремонтом. Все в шаговой доступности и железнодорожный вокзал, и достопримечательности. Можно порекомендовать оснастить номер чайником и минимально чашками или стаканами для воды. Но для нас это было неактуально, так как останавливались на 1 ночь. Рекомендуем этот отель -
