Ida Arnesen (8/5): Anbefales:) - Hotellet i Hanoi var veldig bra. Personalet var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende. Rommet var stort, ryddig og rent, noe som gjorde oppholdet komfortabelt og trivelig.
tania (10/5): Muito bom - O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Jasmine e o outro rapaz da recepção estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar, mesmo antes da nossa chegada. O café da manhã é servido na mesa com uma boa variedade e quantidade. Quarto e banheiro sempre limpos. Não teve nada que desagradou.

Pauline (7/5): - L'emplacement de cet homestay est génial: nous étions au cœur de l'ambiance d'Hanoi, jour comme nuit . Toute l'équipe s'est montrée à l'écoute de nos besoins, arrangeante , très souriante, a pu nous donner des conseils. Rien à dire à ce niveau ! Merci pour votre accueil ! Néanmoins, notre chambre sentait l'humidité; l'odeur s'est vite atténuée après une bonne aération . Étant en pleine ville, il ne faut pas s'étonner d'avoir qql nuisances sonores, même matinales 🙂 cela ne nous a pas dérangé de notre côté !

Florence (4/5): Very basic but clean - Clean and staff helpful Extremely basic. Very noisy - woken by the cockerel crow from 4am and again at 6am by political propaganda and music from the street loud speakers. Admittedly not the hotel’s fault as parliamentary elections going on.

Paulina (8/5): Bardzo przyjemny, nieduży hotel, polecam! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu - blisko praktycznie wszędzie w obrębie starego miasta. Pokój był duży, wygodny, łóżka - wspaniałe, doskonale się nam na nich spało. Wygodna łazienka. Smaczne śniadania ala cart. Ale największym atutem tego miejsca jest personel, szczególnie pani z recepcji (niestety nie znam imienia) - sprawiała, że atmosfera w hotelu była naprawdę wyjątkowa. Wrócilibyśmy ponownie do tego hotelu. Mieliśmy pokój na najwyższym piętrze i niestety często był problem z ciśnieniem wody, oprócz tego winda nie docierała na ostatnie piętro - dla nas nie był to problem, ale warto o tym wiedzieć.
Michele (10/5): Un petit hôtel sympa dans le vieux quartier - Petit hôtel bien situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï. Accueil parfait. A ma demande, l'hôtel nous a envoyé son taxi pour nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous y emmener en fin de séjour avec un prix fixe et raisonnable. Rien. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très copieux mais ça nous convenait.

Devo ringraziare infinitamente Minh, il ragazzo alla reception che ci ha aiutati a recuperare una borsa lasciata a Ninh Binh, prodigandosi in telefonate e facendocela arrivare prima della nostra partenza. Grazie davvero! Non sono riuscita a farmi comprendere dal personale che si è occupato della colazione per le mie allergie alimentari, ma è successo spesso in Vietnam, non sono molto abituati.

Lars-Göran (8/5): Stay here and be happy. - Great hotel in a more quite (unique in old town) small street. Lovely Jasmine greets you in the reception. Her English is very good and she is so helpful. The room could do with some panting and the shower has low pressure but the room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good with several options. It’s easy walking to most parts of Hanoi’s different areas. Nearby 1-5 minutes there are plenty of good restaurants and caffès. I will be back in the future. The pressure in the shower was not the best. Everything else was good.

Guillaume (4/5): Décevant - Idéalement situé dans le vieux quartier. Il y a une personne disponible pour vous accueillir si vous arrivez tardivement. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits séparés mais nous avons eu un lit double (140). Je voyage avec ma mère de 70ans qui a des problèmes de santé, c’est pourquoi j’avais pris cette option. Le réceptionniste de nuit m’a proposé une couette et un oreiller en guise de dépannage… La faute a été rejeté sur booking ce qui me parait plausible. Mais si le problème est connu autant prévenir des disponibilités au moment de la réservation. Ensuite il y avait un problème d’insonorisation. Nous entendions les canalisations comme si quelqu’un ronflait dans la chambre…
