- Ty (6/5): Comfortable stay but not as advertised - The King size bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower were decent size, and the staff that we came into contact with were friendly. The room said it had a view and the view was a corner of the roof that the pool is on with a building block the rest of the view. The balcony was inaccessible for "safety of the residents" even though it had a railing. The price would've been acceptable if the view was actually a view worth looking at and the balcony was accessible. Also, I grew up traveling alot and have stayed in many hotels and motels and have NEVER heard of paying for parking tell I moved to Texas but I cant really say I am surprised with the way the world is going...

- Andrea Garza (3/5): Won't be giving anymore service here. - Friendly personnel and very clean environment. When booking it said the pull out sofa would fit my 11 and 15 year old and it was smaller than a twin bed. So my 11 year old had to sleep on the floor with cushions. The bed in the suite was horrible there were huge dips in the bed that it hurt or backs and the pillows extremely flat even coming then in half didn't help, so we were up at 5am. In the shower the nob was broken out leaked all night and the temperatures weren't correct as shown in the temperature scale displayed.

Refrigerator very unstable on the stand it’s on. No updated rooms or amenities. Room furniture old and unstable. Balcony doors screwed shut … not safe in an actual fire emergency. Mold on outside of bathtub. Overall definitely not worth the price I paid. Will not stay here again.

- Davenport (2/5): First and Last Stay - The staff was very pleasant and professional and responsive. The beds were comfortable. The hotel room was dated. The bathroom fixtures were old and stained, as was the floor tiles. When I took a late night shower the water was cold. The window to the balcony was dirty. The refrigerator needed defrosting. On our first night, the heat was not working, we were cold all night long. However , the heat was fixed on our second day. The telephone in the room did not work. The lampshades and the sheer curtains were stained. The outlets that were available for charging did not work . Thankfully we had our own source for charging our electronics. No one was available to clean our room however a man did come down the hall with a cart to offer us clean towels. In fact, several guests who traveled with us and who checked in after us were upset because the rooms were cleaned and available, even after the 4 PM promised check-in time.

- Efren (1/5): It’s was bad don’t recommend. - Nothing. Our check in was at 4pm and they made us go back to ours cars because they had no rooms cleaned. They said 5 more people are in front of you so we will call you. Never received a call so I got down after an hour and 40 minutes and I said I am here to check in and they gave me a card like if nothing happened. Apart from that to take an elevator down to the ground it took us 30 minutes.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities could use some maintenance. The room had sheetrock peeling. And there were spots in the lobby that were being repaired due to water damage.

- Bianca (3/5): Not worth the price - The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice The gym was leaking and flooded . The pool area was sinking in. There was water damage everywhere. Breakfast was not included with the stay , neither was parking . There was also extra holds we were unaware of. They had no access to the balcony’s. Shower was clogged water wouldn’t drain. Towels felt horrible super dry if you have sensory issues

The suite I got didn’t feel like a suite at all, just another room with an extra room to it. WiFi wasn’t accessible till my last day of staying and did not allow any of my other devices to connect. Last but not much of a big deal but did not help the experience, the pool. It was due to the water just constantly being cold, even during the day it was not swimmable unless you really willed yourself to do so.

For the price if I didn’t have the issues I had, it would have been worth it. Late to put me in a room because house keeping still had it, it was about an hour after check in time that I had arrived. They did remedy that with free parking. (Hopefully) also want to note, I booked my room at 7 am that morning, so they had time to get my pre booked room ready. Again, free parking remedied that. From what I understood from what a worker told me, the night we stayed the elevators had been going in and out and taking a long time. Literally took 30 mins durning high awake hours to get to our room from the first floor.. or even the third (pool) to the 9th which we were on. Check out time? Omg! About 45 mins to get down to check out because of the elevators and the amount of people also needing to check out. It took us 45 mins to get on an elevator. 45 mins standing in a hallway with half of our floor waiting on an elevator. Told the staff about that and they didn’t say sorry, just said it’s check out time, it’s going to be busy. Nothing we can do. Which I replied, you can. You could have fixed your elevators, you have 4 not including the service elevator which we were told we were not allowed to use. Again, they were just not nice about the situation, that may not could have been fixed that day but they could have handled it better and been nicer about it. Also my room didn’t have an ice bucket, asked for one, they said they would bring one, never did. I asked again, they said they don’t have one. There was food from previous guest left in the microwave. They didn’t have soap in there either so thankfully I brought my own. All in all beautiful hotel, just not worth the $250 I spent for it. Could have went with a cheaper option and felt more accommodated.

- PATTY (10/5): The hotel is definitely clean and comfortable the extra cost added to our bill was not appreciated s - The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful The room was comfortable and clean We did have to go down to the desk to ask for towels on our second day but we enjoyed our stay The cost to park is outrageous especially after all the extra tax charges on your final bill I expected taxes but not occupancy taxes and several other taxes As nice as the hotel was we will do a little more research next time and stay somewhere else
