• Vidal.AGP (8/5): - Overall, the hotel left a good impression. It has large, spacious rooms with all the essentials, and a good breakfast. Although the room listing says it has a double bed, it's very narrow; four-star hotels typically have two such beds, each measuring one meter forty. The hotel is unfortunately located quite far from the center, so you won’t be able to get by without a taxi or public transport. Overall, the breakfasts are not bad, but you expect more from such a well-known hotel chain and four stars.

With the baby bassinet placed there was not much space to move The food was disappointing for such hotel. Very limited options. The food served at dinner is nicely presented, but lacks the taste. The bed mattress very soft and not that comfortable.

• MEHMET AKİF (8/5): Temizlik ve konfor açısından başarılı, araçla seyahat edenler için uygun bir oteldi. - Otel genel olarak temiz ve konforluydu. Bizim için önemli olan detaylardan biri kiralık araç kullanıyor olmamızdı, bu nedenle otopark imkânı tercih sebebimiz oldu. Şehir merkezine araçla ulaşım oldukça rahattı ve gezilecek yerlere kolayca ulaşabildik. Sabah kahvaltısını başarılı bulduk. Otel çalışanları da ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Temizlik ve genel konfor açısından memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Otelin şehir merkezine yürüyüş mesafesi açısından uzak olduğunu söyleyebilirim, ancak araç kullandığımız için bu bizim için büyük bir sorun olmadı. Otoparkın ücretli olması da olumsuz bir detaydı; günlük 20 Euro otopark ücreti yerine, bunun otel misafirlerine ücretsiz sunulması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Ayrıca burada da otel terliği ve ücretsiz içme suyu bulunmaması eksik hissettirdi. Sunulan imkânlara göre fiyatının bir tık yüksek olduğunu düşünüyorum. Belki merkezi otellerde benzer fiyatlara daha iyi şartlar bulunabilir.

• Piotr (10/5): - Spędziliśmy tylko 1 noc. Nocleg wybrany celowo ze wzgledu na bliskość lotniska. Czysto, miła obsługa, nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań ani restauracji. Udało nam się zaparkować za darmo na ulicy pod hotelem. Aczkolwiek hotel oferuje płatny parking. Malutki minus za brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience. Jeden mały na drzwiach to dla 3 osób trochę mało:)

Muy atento muy simpático y muy buenas personas. Lo cogería siempre. No hubo nada que no me gustará todo genial. La televisión pantalla grande las camas una maravilla. Lo bonito que es el hotel en general nos encantó.

• João (5/5): - Optámos pelo pequeno almoço continental e a experiência não foi boa dado que o pão era muito duro e de má qualidade. Quando chegámos ao andar onde estava o nosso quarto, verifiquei que havia um cheiro horrível que saía de um saco que estava colocado junto dos elevadores, Dado que era completamente insuportável o cheiro, fui imediatamente à receção para investigarem e resolverem o assunto. Infelizmente, só à terceira tentativa é que resolveram o assunto, sem nenhum pedido de desculpa. No último dia, uma toalha de banho estava mal lavada, com traços visíveis de fezes!

• Kristina (8/5): - Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. Bequeme Betten, tolles Bad , ruhige Zimmer. Alles da. 4 Sterne hier. Das Hotel liegt nördlich und außerhalb der Altstadt. Man kommt aber gut mit dem Bus hin. Jedoch fährt man da fast 40 Minuten wenn der Bus frequentiert ist. Zurück geht es mit nicht mal 30 Minuten deutlich schneller. Ist aber voll okay. Man ist ja im Urlaub und in der Innenstadt sind vergleichbare Hotels deutlich teurer. Super Tiefgarage für das Auto. Kostet aber extra. Ausserdem ein netter Pool, davor ein ebenfalls netter Sitzbereich. Ausblick eher "industriell". Das Restaurantessen war furchtbar und erinnerte mehr an eine billige Kantine. 2 Sterne. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht viel besser, wenn auch große Auswahl. 3 Sterne. Was gar nicht geht: im Aussenbereich stand das Geschirr und überquillende Aschenbecher von morgens bis abends. Sehr schade wie lieblos das Hotel geführt wird. Von daher schlechtes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

• jose luis (9/5): Un gran hotel donde sentirse como en casa. - Si bien ha habíamos estado en el hotel hace algunos años, el hotel no ha dejado de mejorar en cuanto a sus servicios como el trato personal que ofrecen, el cual fue en todo momento, inmejorable. Quizás el hotel se podría plantear algún recurso o medio de transporte ofrecido por el hotel en horario regular a diario con el fin de facilitar una comunicación fácil, flexible y segura de sus clientes con el centro, lo cual afectaría de forma muy positiva al valor final del servicio ofrecido por este gran hotel.

Found 2 long grey hairs on bathroom floor, mentioned but met them again next morning. I have short blonde grey hair and husband has short brown grey hair.

• David (9/5): Good hotel, clean and comfortable and excellent staff. - Very clean and nice room which was serviced each day. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were really pleasant and helpful and the hotel had a good atmosphere. Dinner was a bit disappointing flavour wise and expensive. The children's pizza was pretty tasteless but of course there is so much competition in the city with many wonderful restaurants its probably not fair to compare.
