Há um problema no encanamento de água fria. Quando se dá descarga (pelo menos na unidade em que fiquei, a 104), é preciso esperar a caixa de descarga encher para que se possa ter água fria no chuveiro e na pia. Um pequeno inconveniente que não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estádia dado o conforto do quarto com um todo. A curtia de black out é excelente como pouco se vê em hoteis, por exemplo.

• Sarah (9/5): Perfect place for couples - The staff was exceptional and made our stay memorable. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. They had fake candles lit and rose petals on the bed when we arrived (celebrating our honeymoon). The pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing. We had a private balcony overlooking the pool. The location can't be beat! The room was a bit small and hard to navigate (the bed took up the whole room), but it wasn't a problem for us.
• rattydukes (10/5): Wonderful hotel in the heart of Palermo - This is a terrific hotel, in a great location, with a wonderful and attentive staff. The hotel has a small gym in the basement, which is terrific for a hotel this size. There are even showers down there if you arrive early and your room is not available yet. The breakfast is great, the pool is nice for a relaxing dip, but it's not a large lap pool (FYI). The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. As someone who travels often, this hotel succeeds in many ways and I would highly recommend it.

• Manuela (10/5): Das beste Hotel in Palermo - Eigentlich alles hat uns gefallen! Sehr schönes kleines Hotel im Herzen von Palermo. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, top Frühstück, sogar am Nachmittag gibt es kostenlose Getränke und Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Es ist mit Geschmack und Liebe gemacht und man merkt es! Alles war sehr gut, schade, dass wir nur 1 Nacht hier waren. Es gibt relativ wenig Zimmer, besser früher genug buchen!

Tegelijk ligt het in een mooi klein dorpje met mooie huizen, kastelen restaurants en vlakbij mooie bossen en natuur om te wandelen. Het ontbijtbuffet staat in de mooie keuken, prachtig kader hiervoor en is heel uitgebreid. de mensen vullen het continu aan en alles is vers. het hotel zelf is prachtig van stijl alsook de kamers zijn heel mooi en goed uitgerust. Wij namen de kleinste kamer, deze is perfect voor 1 nacht, zonder valiezen en op de 2de verdieping. je kan er ook perfect wat wijn proeven en kopen. eigenlijk niets, de parking is betalend, wat een beetje raar is, maar je kan perfect op de parking van de kerk staan en de kost van hun parking is niet groot.

• Dawn (7/5): Very Good stay in a wonderful location but could use just a few improvements. - STAFF! Pool, gym, location,bar, nice breakfast spread, nice sized rooms, great bathrooms with large jet tub on the terrace that were light and bright, gorgeous white baby grand in lobby (why is no one ever playing that gorgeous instrument?!) My only real Negative was that the Air conditioning in the rooms was not strong enough and no apparent fix or effort to fix from night staff. For me, this is a deal breaker when I travel. If I can’t get the room cool enough to be able to sleep well and sleep comfortably, it will sour the experience overall. Also, they really need to up their bed game, specifically higher quality mattresses and most importantly the pillows. With today’s standards having most 4 & 5 star hotels providing a pillow “boutique” where you can choose your preferred kind pillow, 1828 need to throw out most of their lumpy old pillows and do a complete update.
• Adrian (10/5): Sophisticated, quiet and very comfortable stay. Staff is amazing as well. - This is a great small boutique hotel and I wish we had spent more time here. Common areas like breakfast are amazing, small but sophisticated. Rooms are very comfortable, good size and quiet. The pool was amazing during the summer days and a good way to refresh and recharge after a long day walking the city. Staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, location is quiet and a little tucked away from the bush streets. All and all a great experience and would love to come back. No big families, no screaming kids, no splashing in the pool. Just like and adult traveler needs and it’s highly appreciated in a small hotel.

Бассейн красив, но выложен очень скользкой, опасно скользкой плиткой.
• Claudio Villavicencio (5/5): Aceptable - El desayuno era rico, pero poco variado. La atencion era buena y amable. La ubicación del hotel era buena y los servicios en general son aceptables. Me parece muy extraño que el hotel no tenga una recepción abierta. Es muy incómodo tener que llegar a un portón cada vez y tocar el timbre e identificarte a través de un yitófono y una cámara de seguridad cada vez que llegas, para que te abran la puerta. Es raro, porque el barrio no es peligroso (o al menos no lo parecía y nosotros nunca tuvimos un problema) hemos estado otras veces en Palermo y siempre nos hemos sentido bien seguros. El resto es todo aceptable.

• chrishanv2023 (10/5): Excellent Staff - This hotel is at an excellent location right in Palermo neighborhood and very close to some of the best restaurants and shopping. The hotel is small and quaint with around 20 rooms and has an excellent breakfast that goes till 12pm !…. And a pool, room service and workout room that is 24 hrs !!!…. But overall the best reason to stay here is the staff. They have the BEST staff incredibly helpful, caring and friendly folks…. Loved the front desk person - Horacio and Mariana / Ojenea at the bar / breakfast. I have been traveling over 30 years across the world and I have not found a better more attentive team as in the hotel. Just the very best !….

• Elisabeth (9/5): Super ! - Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un choix très satisfaisant compte tenu de la taille de l'hôtel et surtout des produits frais, des fruits délicieux, des jus frais, des patisseries fraiches, un choix d'oeufs et pain perdu, produits laitiers... Puis des boissons et gâteaux à disposition la journée. Le patio avec piscine est agréable. Le quartier est très agréable. Le wifi fonctionne bien Seuls petits bémols: un robinet de ma douche était un peu dur à tourner et la décoration est un peu kitch mais je reviendrai certainement. Le fait de devoir sonner à chaque fois pour rentrer mais surement une bonne chose pour la sécurité.

• Flyer04710723245 (8/5): Excellent location, attentive staff, time for a refresh? - Spent the first and last part of our BA visit at the 1828. This hotel is in a GREAT location for bars/restaurants and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. It is that sort of personal service that leads us to book at boutique rather than large scale hotels. Each day a new sweet treat was brought, loved that. They allowed us to come back and shower in their spa area for a late flight out of EZE. Although the rooms (we stayed in both suites) were nice, there is a need for deferred maintenance and some freshening of paint. Apparently the large sliding doors to the patio aren't waterproof at the base, causing the curtains to water stain, they need to be elevated from meeting the floor and cleaned/replaced. Largest issue was with the little work out area, which would have been fine if the equipment worked. The adjustable dumbbells couldn't be "adjusted" making them unusable and the treadmill simply didn't work at all.

The pool was lovely, the breakfasts delicious (omelets and Eggs Benedict are included), and the service top notch. We had the top floor suite with a balcony and truly enjoyed the outdoor bathtub too.

Buen horario para check out. El ingreso para estacionar el coche y descargar el equipaje. Puerta de ingreso no vidriada dificulta un poco la entrada.

We highly recommended - My name is Lesley Francis and together with my family, Adrian, Mark, Evie, Henry and Sam, we stayed recently at your excellent and stylish boutique hotel for eight nights. Your hotel, reception staff and bar staff exceeded all our expectations. They couldn’t have done more for us, both to make us feel welcome and to help us find the area in Santa Catalina where my husband, Adrian’s, Scottish ancestors arrived to settle exactly 200 years ago. Of particular mention are the front desk staff, Bruno, Horatio and Hernan, and also the bar staff, Lucia and Naomi, all of whom were so kind and helpful.😁 The stylish decor is beautiful. We felt very much at home, relaxing both inside and in the pool area. My grandson particularly loved the pool. We very much look forward to returning to stay with you again soon. • Verified traveler (8/5): Clean, safe & modern - Nice hotel which is very secure. Rooms are small however comfortable. Shower is wonderful and good bathroom amenities. Nice touch of having a treat in our room each day after housekeeping. Breakfast is lovely and there is a nice bar/lounge for relaxing in. Staff were nice although it would have been helpful for them to go through all the wonderful amenities they have around the building as we read they have a spa and gym although we didn't see these. Benefits indicated for Gold members were also not provided. That being said, a very nice hotel and the neighbourhood has plenty of bars and restaurants.

A pia do nosso banheiro entupiu e levou uns dias para consertarem

• 0413selinas (10/5): Best hotel ever - I stayed here for a week on my trip to Buenos Aires in July 2025. The service was impeccable, the bed was very comfortable, and everyone who worked at the hotel, even the rotating doormen, were so kind and thoughtful. I also used the sauna and it was wonderful and extremely relaxing. Also, they accommodated a late check out for me with no charge, which was so convenient since I had a business meeting. I could use my room instead of having to go to a café. This is a Michellin star hotel for a reason; I cannot recommend it highly enough. If I ever come back to Buenos Aires, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
