Please note that all guests must have a valid photo ID at check in.
AGE RESTICTIONS
Guests are requested to inform the property when children are coming along. Guests under the age of 18 can only stay in private room and must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Guests aged 16 or 17 may also stay in a private room without being in the company of an adult, provided they can present a filled in consent form by their caretakers upon arrival at the hostel. Please send the hostel an email for the consent form.
ROOMS
Please note when booking a Double/Twin Room, it is possible that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests.
AMENITIES
Please note that the beds are not made, except for Comfort Double Rooms, but bed linen will be provided and guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival.
Towels are only included in Comfort Double Rooms and Family Rooms. Guests can bring their own towels or rent them at a surcharge of EUR 3.50 per towel.
GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night are considered a group reservation and different conditions apply. Group bookings can only be made through the hostel. Please contact the hostel directly for this. Stayokay reserves the right to cancel reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night.
MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
Maximum length of stay is 7 nights. This also applies to multiple reservations totaling more than 7 nights.
CASHLESS
This is a cashless accommodations. You can pay contactless and with all major bank and credit cards. It is not possible to pay with cash in our accommodations.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. I would have appreciated being made aware of this school trip, so I could have made other arrangements to stay somewhere else. Nobody wants to be surrounded by 30 children while trying to enjoy a drink at the bar

Es gibt eine gemütliche Bar mit Getränken und Snacks für den Abend. Das Frühstück war gut mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Humus. Die Lage am Stadtrand war für uns super. Die Atmosphäre im Haus war sehr angenehm.

- Martien (7/5): Goed en hygiënisch. - De gezellige woonkamer. Ook heerlijk fris beddengoed. Met meerdere mensen in een kamer is wennen maar dat weet je bij het boeken. Jammer dat ze geen lockers hebben. Daardoor moet je steeds op je spullen letten want je kent je roommates niet.

Was van tevoren niet duidelijk dat je eigen handdoek moest meenemen. Er waren tegen betaling handdoeken beschikbaar. Had ook niet verwacht dat je zelf bed moest opdekken.

It is clean, comfortable and the owners are friendly and helpful. They have a bar and a restaurant. The breakfast is excellent. It is a pity we only had one night to stay there. I highly recommend it Everything was very good

When I felt uncomfortable in my room, the receptionist immediately helped me and changed my room without any issues. This made me feel safe and cared for. The service left a very positive impression on me. In the beginning, I felt uncomfortable because I was placed in a room with two older men, and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the room. This was not suitable for me, especially as it was my first hostel experience. It would be better to offer female-only rooms or consider guest preferences when assigning rooms, such as grouping guests in a way that ensures more comfort for everyone.

The road from bus stop was quite dark (no street lamp), so I should use my flashlight. They didn't provide soap and shampoo so travelers should prepare their own.

No cash, card only. You have space for your belongings Shower and Toilette are in the room, very small and the doors don’t open quite, the lock snaps back and is very loud.

Nachts war es ruhig. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn man nur zum Schlafen dort ist, reicht es aber aus. Die Lage ist etwas weiter außerhalb.

- Fabian (8/5): Preis-Leistung top. Ruhige Lage im Villenviertel. Mit dem Auto oder Rad in wenigen Min. in der City - Die Dame am Empfang hat uns freundlich und sogar auf Deutsch empfangen. Wir wurden mit guten Tipps versorgt. Haben das Bar-Angebot vor Ort zwar nicht nutzen können, doch das Service- und Getränkeangebot hätte uns auf dem ersten Blick richtig gut gefallen. Angenehme und klasse Aufenthaltsqualität für ein Hostel. Das inkludierte Frühstück im großen Speisesaal war ausreichend und dir vorherige Nacht war entspannt. Im Hostel waren bei unserer Übernachtung nur 8 weitere Gäste. Deswegen auch super entspannt! Mit 5 Schulklassen wäre natürlich mehr Bewegung im Haus. freue mich immer über Rührei zum Frühstück ;-) - Aktuell sind Bauarbeiten rund ums Haus, dadurch kann es tagsüber zu Lärm und Baustellenverkehr kommen. Morgens überraschend viele Krankenhaus-Parker vor dem Hostel, die einen zu parken (könnten). Die Größe der Zimmer und des Bades sind überschaubar und jugendherbergsmäßig funktional für 1 Nacht und Wochenendtrips aber völlig ausreichend. Handtücher dabei zu haben ist hilfreich. Gäbe es notfalls auch vor Ort.
