• jan (8/5): Prima verblijf, jammer van de Vegan maaltijden - Ontbijt is prima verzorgd, al het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is top, uitzicht op de wadden en west terschelling Voor het diner is de hotelketen Stayokay blijkbaar overgegaan op de VEGAN tour. Overal wordt rekening gehouden met gasten die allergieën (uiteraard perfect!) hebben of Vegan zijn. Vind je echter Vegan ronduit vies, helaas je krijgt het voorgeschoteld en deelt ongevraagd en zonder alternatief de "genoegen" van deze doelgroep. De menukaart stond vol met benamingen waarvan de receptioniste ook niet zeker wist of er vlees/vis bij zat... Helaas hadden we al besteld in de veronderstelling dat het geen Vegan was.... wel dus.. echt jammer!

• Julie (10/5): Cozy hostel in a stunning location - Exceptionally beautiful location, with stunning sights from all windows and the restaurant deck. There are kids play areas on the outside and ball games available, which is also really appreciated for families.

• Marit (8/5): Top voor kort verblijf! - De prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding. De bedden lagen ook goed. De ruimte om het hotel was leuk voor de kinderen. Met een speeltuin etc. Ook ballen etc te leen. Ik zou er geen week blijven. Maar voor een nachtje of 2 kan je hier prima vertoeven.

• Nathalia (10/5): Pleasant stay with a good view - The view from the room is amazing and the breakfast is super delicious! Location is very good, close to the city of West-Terschelling. The terrace at the bar is very pleasant, perfect place for a coffee with a beautiful view! Highly recommended! There is no kettle available, not in the room or anywhere else in the hotel. It would have been nice if we could at least have made our own tea. It’s not allowed to bring food or drinks in the room (including the private rooms). Never saw such rule anywhere else before.
• Hendrikse (8/5): Best okee - Lokatie, service, ongedwongenheid. Was gewoon heel fijn voor een kort verblijf. Natuurlijk moet je je aanpassen bij een gedeelde kamer maar prima kamergenoten. Zeer sociaal en rustig.

• Marcia (8/5): Bring your own pillow - Wonderful view, good breakfast included, nice people. Quite close to the port (5 minutes by bus or half an hour by walking). I had an allergic reaction in the first night sleeping there, most probably due to dust mites on the pillow. They call it a beach, but it is just a boardwalk to walk or cycle, there's no sand. It is beautiful and peaceful though, and one can see many birds from there.

• Eline (9/5): Alles naar wens, al met al topverblijf! - Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op zee was prachtig. Voor mijn zoon was de lounge erg fijn. Hij heeft daar een leuk stel kinderen ontmoet waar hij mee heeft kunnen spelen. Voor hem als enig kind erg prettig dat die mogelijkheid er is. -
• Greet (8/5): Ik heb genoten! - Ik vond het heel fijn om er te logeren. Wel is het zo dat de badkamers m.n. de vloeren beter schoongemaakt horen te worden. De voegen en in de hoeken zijn vies! In de slaapkamer hangen de gordijnen niet goed . Slordig en de haken missen en in de schuine kant komt er teveel licht binnen van de vuurtoren. Bij enkele bedden zit er geen lampje met een stopcontact. Dat is echt lastig. Het ontbijt is fantastisch!!! Het personeel is heel erg aardig!! Zie bovenstaande

• Hans Maarten (9/5): - I was very surprised by the sort of people staying there. Everyone was very friendly, both staff and visitors. Breakfast & dinner were great. Our dormitory and the people staying with us were fine. Also a plus, 1 min. walking from the sea [the Wadden side] and 5mins. from town. Beautiful, quiet location. As hostels go, one of the best I've ever stayed at. I had such a good time that I can't really say there were any at all.

• Damian (10/5): Exceptional value, great location and amazing staff. - Exceptional value for money. We booked a room for two people, and got one with a beautiful view on the sea (and the stars!), which was made even better by the huge window through which you can look out. The location is also really good, with a 20min walk from the ferry, or a 5min direct ride with the city bus. The room was very clean, and the beds extremely comfortable - despite being quite narrow, which is to be expected from bunk beds, I got a really good, peaceful sleep and woke up well rested. And the best part is the staff. The reception desk lady was very kind and super helpful with one difficult query we had. This hotel is absolutely worth recommending, and I will definitely visit again soon! Absolutely no complaints, especially not for the money spent.

• Rob (8/5): Fantastische overnachting voor hele goede prijs - Locatie direct aan de Waddenzee en met uitzicht op West-Terschelling is fantastisch. De veerhaven is op loopafstand van de accommodatie. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vanwege kamer inclusief ontbijt. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik miste een gordijn om het bed op de slaapzaal.
• ivonne (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno - L'ostello ha una vista incantevole sul mare e dà sulla pista ciclabile. Raggiungibile a piedi dal punto di sbarco, camminando per venti minuti. Di fronte, ad ogni modo, ferma anche il bus 1. Personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura è pulita, organizzata e ben gestita, oltre che arredata con gusto. La colazione è varia e abbondante (prevalentemente salata). Il dormitorio con letti a castello è spazioso e luminoso. Sinceramente è andato oltre le mie aspettative. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

• Judith (7/5): - Het fantastische uitzicht op het wad en de Brandaris. We lazen al dat het gehorig was. In de huisregels staat dan ook stilte tussen 22.00 en 7.00 uur. Wij als gezin vonden dat een fijne regel. Echter waren er dezelfde avond/nacht gasten die daar anders over dachten. Rond 22.30 uur en tussen 3 en 4 uur werd luid gepraat en klapten deuren hard dicht alsook gestamp op de vloer. Een deel van ons heeft daardoor een gebroken nacht gehad.

• Антон (7/5): Overall it was great. I had my time there and it was relaxing. - The breakfast and the location were super. The staff is ok, I don't know how to evaluate it. Everyone was friendly. i could not open windows in my room fully, so it was quite hot and stuffy inside when 10 ppl sleep. I didn't like the absence of the kitchen, even though I knew about that. It's still a big minus for a hostel, because they push you to buy their dinners. And in general, the food in restaurants is quite expensive all over the island. So I either had to spend a lot of money on food, or go and buy food in a supermarket and eat cold food. I didn't like it.
